Went here when I had to pay someone to fix the incorrect balancing performed by quick lane. They had me in and rebalance in the matter of minutes and were very friendly as well as professional with me. When I offered the gentleman doing the work he wouldn't take it saying he gets paid from the company and shook my hand. My truck drove out of there better than it has in a little while and for fractions of what everyone else was trying to charge me and same day rather than next day service

Had an issue with my Michelin tires wearing out too soon. Got a claim number from michelin and this place helped me out after two other places turned me away telling me the tires was OK. They measured the tread and took care of everything for me. Friendly and professional.

We purchased new tires drove car home got up following morning and one was flat I took tire back to them it had a hole they said they plug it but doubts it'll hold where it's at REDICULOUS bought them new didn't even get 2 miles out of the tire they refused to replace tire so my kids are riding on a maybe tire they said also we don't have no more of that brand ATM anyways I walked outside called them asked them for a quote for new tires guess wat they gave me a quote on exact same tires and I asked do u have them in stock yes we do SMH we been going here for yrs my grandparents own a car lot they take there business there not anymore and we r spreading the word FAST how we we're treated PLAIN OUT HORRIBLE BUSINESS FOLKS THEY ARE

Bought and installed recap tire here for my truck with patched side cut! Doesnt hold pressure. Just wasted my time and money. Absolutely unprofessional and unsafe. I will come back with police soon!

If I could give this place LESS that 1 star i would. We brought a like new trailer tire ( powerking tow master from our camper for inspection for warranty coverage. This was set up by manufacturer. The tire swelled up on the interstate with a softball size hump on the inside edge. The tech said it was definitly a defect, and even knew they were called china bombs . But Trina copped an attitude when she found out we may not be buying tires. trina told the warranty company they found a mark on the tire and was caused from damage NOT defect. When I called her back, she made excuses for why tech said it was defect, and when I told her I would bring the tire back in and she could show me the mark she became hostile, and said they didnt want the tire back. We are going to buy all 4 new tires and rims to upgrade these cheap tires enough, BUT it will NOT be from them! I am talking to someone about their lie. see what happens then.c

Only reason not 5 stars is because it's access is not at all big rig friendly. But the people and Service we're great.

Over priced goodyear products are sold here and the staff is highly under paid so they don't do as good a job.
