GET YOUR QUOTES IN WRITING AT HOBBS TIRE.QUOTED 100.00 A TIRE. Charged me 119.95.CHANGED 20 LUGNUTS without my authorization @ 5.00 a piece. (100.00) Other unnecessary things i was charged for.No way to give them a BIG FAT ZERO...Had to give them 1. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. My 436.00 quote with tax...turned into 700.00.

Hobbs Tire in Chester West Virginia is by far the best tire place around they have the best customer service Bar none.. I won't go anywhere else. They treat you like family..

Took my 2016 ram to get tires changed on it. Price was reasonable picked my truck up the same day to later discover that one of my wheel studs was stripped out and lug nut gone. So I checked all the other lug nuts to find that all of them was about a half of turn lose ! Call hobbs was told to bring truck in so they could look at it. So today I bring truck down there they look at it and tell me that the mechanic said it was cross threaded and when he took wheel off the lug nut broke. I say b.s those are factory new tires never been off and then I ask why I wasn't informed about the missing lug nut he says I don't know. Then I point out the my wheels got scratched from the machine he looks and says it wasn't us. Then he tells me that there is signs up the he isn't responsible of broke studs of lug nuts. But he would fix stud just this one time I tell him I don't trust him to fix it right. He says ok and says so you just came down to tell me your not happy, and walks off, I will never go back to this place and will tell all my friends to stay clear. Was managed better when the old man was there

Just paid $37 to get a plug put in my tire I won't be going there again I left and called Walmart it's $15 there oh well live and learn o should have asked for their price up front
