We have an excellent route driver. Most often they maintain the normal schedule. Communication regarding unscheduled delays could be a little better. We are satisfied overall.

Delay with pick up multiple weeks. Costumer service was horrible to deal with. Issues with their system auto pay, causing missed payment.

Pickup is not on the scheduled day the vast majority of the time. Our trash container lid hinge has been broken since we moved here nearly 3 years ago. At least the drivers and workers are polite.

I have had consistent results with Waste Management.They pick up on time,leave the area clean and if I do have interaction with them they are polite and accommodating.Highly recommend Waste Management.

Can't seem to get them to pick up the phone. Been on hold over 20 min and only had a quick question about the landfill.

Great service. Let you know if they will pick up after a holiday, running one day behind schedule so you don't put out your trash out and it sits for a day.

6 bag limit is high for the price.. Website advertised trash bins but after the agreement they will say not available in your area... Make sure you make payment on time cause the late fee is high ..

Reliable for trash pick up and clean site afterward. The biggest issue I have is navigating their website. It can be very difficult to navigate. The virtual assistant never works. I am supposed to get 2 free bulk items a month but when I try to order it online I am charged for this service. The contact number directs you to the online service. You can't speak with an actual person.This service used to be great. In the last year it has gone downhill.

Always pick up when expected, let the customers know if there is going to be a change in pick-up days. Put receptacles back away from the road. Never leave spilled trash on ground.

Waste Management charges every extra charge they can do. When i was a garbage man, we picked up everything that we could legally pick up at no extra charge. It made the customers happy, saved on man hours, and truck maintenance. The billing, online payment, and charging methods are terrible.

My trash is constantly skipped and rescheduled for the following week instead of coming back for the missed trash as soon as possible. So I constantly have about 2 weeks of trash waiting to be picked up. Super annoying and a hassle as I have to walk it down to the bottom of my hill just for it to hardly ever be taken.-add to postHad trash missed & rescheduled multiple times making my trash sit for a total of 3 weeks now. Also have had my trash missed like this twice before and this is all in the span of 3 months. They did give me $13 credit on my $60 bill, but absolutely ridiculous I had to deal with this to begin with and if I hadn t called and said I wasn t paying the $60 I wouldn t have gotten any credits on my account either.

When they do pick up, it gets picked up... Which is about once or twice a month, so instead of a bill credit they just say we'll pick up double the bags next time. Meanwhile if the bears and other animals get into double the bags then I'm stuck cleaning it up.

Always on time and consistent with pick ups. Drivers are polite, professional, and respectful of property. Rates are reasonable and fair.

Waste Management is unreliable and terrible at providing consistent trash removal services. We contract for a weekly pick up and regularly they delay or in some cases just miss our area for weeks at a time.This last winter we went a full month without a pick up of any kind. We regularly just miss our pick up and it is delayed a full week until our next regular pick up. All the while, trash is left on our street for animals to scavenge or maggots to develop in the summer heat.If you want a waste service to regularly and consistently pick up your trash on your street then do not use Waste Management.

I can't tell you how disappointed I am with our service. We have had to report and deal with missed pickups dozens of times since we moved in causing animals to get into the trash and us have to clean it up and rebag it. I'm wasting more money in trash bags because the drivers don't know how to do their jobs and pick up our trash. They miss everyone on our hill. It's January and it's happened 3xs already. If I had another choice for service I would have cancelled already but unfortunately you are my only choice. My advice get drivers that know what they are doing or give us discounts for dealing with it.

I have used WM for over ten years and have never had an issue. The drivers leave the site in a good order. They are on time every week and I really appreciate them braving the weather to ensure my garbage is picked up every week.

Only given 1 star because it made me. Horrible Customer Service. They have billed me incorrectly for 2 years and when I called the customer service agents are rude and unprofessional. I contacted them around the end of July and told them I was moving and didn t need their services after August 1st and they never cancelled and continue to bill for services at a residence I am no longer living at. Trash service was hardly picked up, and they would skip weeks. I would call and they bill for extra bags even though they wouldn t pick them up for sometimes 2 weeks at a time. Horrible company, horrible customer service reps. Don t waste your time with them.

As I am elderly and disabled, the Waste Management employee comes to the landing to my handicap ramp and collects my trash. Now I don't have to worry about my trash being piled up. Thank you.

Everytime I pay my bill it seems to trigger my trash being untouched for about a month. I've been waiting for two recliners to be hauled of since I asked for it back in July. Like seriously...what's the point of even paying my bill if the jobs not gonna get done?

Overall a Good Business, they are however hard to get ahold of by phone and there website will direct you to call in to set up service, they do not provide Bins in all residential locations nor do they offer recycling bins at all residential locations. They do have great customer service a real joy to talk to.

I do not get what I pay for. Lucky if they run 2 times a month and then increase the fuel surcharge. I would drop them in heartbeat if there was another option available.

I pay for a weekly service and I am getting trash picked up once maybe twice a month. It piles up then the man won't even dump the can into the truck he just grabbed the bags off the top leaves the ones in my can. Why am I paying weekly for services I receive once may e twice a month.

There is a $5 minimum which usually covers the cost of a car load of debris. They require safety vests for everyone and hard hats if you're going all the way into the Landfill. They have safety vests which they sell for $10. Other than that, it's about what you would expect. Just drive onto the scale when it's your turn, then dump your load where they tell you, then weigh again on the exit scale. They accept cash and visa or mastercard. Quick and easy.

Waste Management is a joke. They never pick up when there are suppose to and very often never pickup on the days they reschedule. They never compensate for days missed. Resulting in complaints to the WV PSC
