We had the best experience with Luke Sanson at Astorg Auto of Charleston. He went above and beyond to get us what we want and was so very patient with our indecisiveness. I highly recommend you ask for Luke if you stop in Astorg to shop their cars. Also, Sofian was amazing in helping educate us on all of the new features my new car had to offer. They both have been great to work with. Excellent customer service!

Just worked with Luke on our 2nd then 3 days later our third Volvo purchase. Luke worked with my for weeks while deployed ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted. He was fair, honest and so helpful. I also have to shout out to Chris Myers and TA Davis for fighting for my military benefits with the DMV. Most people would have just said no and moved on. Not everyone has your dedication and ethic! Anyone can go out and buy a car, but when you work with this team you become part of the Family. @TylerAstorg, I know you guys don t have a dedicated military team but as much time and effort as these guys have put in with us, I would say you could check that block.Luke, Chris and TA, We appreciate you guys. Volvo is what brought me to the dealership, but you guys are the reason I keep coming back. (Literally I came back three days later)Thank you for everything you do! We had a fantastic experience at this dealership! I was having a hard time deciding whether or not I wanted to trade my car in because I did like my other car as well and they were beyond helpful, understanding, and patient with me while making my decision! Very friendly, very clean, and very one-on-one experience all around! They went over and beyond when I went to pick up the new car and was more than happy to answer questions, talk us through the process, and gave us plenty of attention! I felt like a million bucks when I went to pick up my new car! Very personable and great all around great salesperson, great finance, great everywhere we went during the process! They even kept in touch after buying the car to check in, follow up, and answer questions! Great car buying experience easiest car buying experience I ve ever had! I can t thank them enough! Buying a car from Astorg Auto-Volvo of Charleston was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had and we have bought a lot of cars over the years. Our salesman Luke Sanson was outstanding. He was very professional, helpful and patient with us as we changed our mind numerous times! We cant say enough good things about Luke.Once we purchased the car and before we left the car lot Sophian Dixon explained all the options and technology of the car for us. Sophian is a consummate professional, knowledgeable, respectful and patient answering our numerous and repeated questions with a smile. What was even better is I found out that Sophian had just got back from USAF basic training and technical school and is now serving in the WVANG at the 130th Airlift Wing of which our family has been a part of for over 20 years. Thank you Sophian for your service, we truly appreciate you and everyone who chooses to serve!!!Both Luke and Sophian were absolutely great to deal with and we really appreciated that as we tried to make the best decision we could for this purchase. If we could give them 10 stars we would!!! What we liked the best about this entire experience is that Luke and Sophian will be our POCs for our vehicle throughout our ownership of the vehicle, so we get to see them and deal with them many more times over the life of this vehicle and that makes us even more comfortable with our decision and definitely eased any prior car buying anxiety we might have had.We definitely without question will recommend Luke, Sophian and Astorg Auto-Volvo of Charleston to everyone we know. It is an easy decision for our family to choose Astorg Auto-Volvo of Charleston for all of our future vehicle needs. From the first moment of introduction we felt like family ,Chris Myers went above and beyond to make the near 100 degree day a more pleasant day by pulling the XC90 inside so we would be more comfortable. The salesman Jonathan Sinnett was completely perfect and knowledgeable in every possible way.TA Davis was outstanding without being pushing as some financial folks can be. THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS PERFECT .This team is Stellar and I will always be a Volvo owner with a team like them! So glad to now be part of the family because they treat you as such. If I could give 10 I would !!

Extremely pleasant experience. Salesman (John Brown) was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the experience. I plan on continuing to utilize his expertise in the future for any car needs. Honestly , I wouldn t consider a different car lot because of him. I can t be more happy with the car I purchased Volvo xc60 recharge.

We had a good experience at Astorg Volvo. Especially with John Brown , he is very knowledgeable about the car and all ways answered all of our questions when we had them He is so nice to deal with and alll ways greets us when we walk in the door. He makes buying a car a good experience. If and when we buy another car he will be who I go to, to buy the car Everyone there we have delt with is polite to talk to. Great dealership because of people like John Brown.

Outstanding Car and to make the situation even better an outstanding sales and support team. I must say the team made purchasing my wifes new XC40 a pleasant experience. Since they know they have an great product they allow features, price and technical aspect sell the car and then back it up with unbelievable customer support and "pure welcoming" when you come back to the dealership for service or just an inclusive Saturday morning wash and detail. How great is that! The purpose of this review is to assure another buyer of 100% satisfaction across the board.... You can count on it!!!

Wonderful experience with the service department! Our air conditioning stopped working during our trip through West Virginia in the middle of summer. While we would have normally just finished our remaining 7hr drive home with the windows down, we had our 100lb dog that just had spinal surgery the day before in the car and needed to keep him comfortable. Worried that we may need to rent a car to get home or get a hotel to wait- they immediately knew what was wrong, was able to fit us into their schedule and fixed quickly (thankfully they had the part in stock), and kept us all comfortable in a vacant office while we waited. Cannot express how thankful we were for how accommodating they were to our situation!

Really enjoyed my experience at Volvo Cars of Charleston. Tanju was very informative in walking through all the levels and options available in the XC90. We were able to find the model that fit us perfectly. Process was seamless and Derek was patient in finding the financing option that I was comfortable with. Really Appreciate the guys help!

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new XC60. John Brown was very knowledgeable about the products, and was helpful but not pushy. As a woman purchasing a car without my husband present, I never felt I was being treated differently than any other customer. After comparing prices with other Volvo dealers, I feel I was given a very fair price. The new show room is great too. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

My husband and I leased a XC40 a little over a week ago. My salesman, Joseph Zegeer, was amazing. He always responded to my emails and texts in a timely fashion. He was honest and upfront. We were always treated with respect and he wasn't pushy. He has even followed up with me to make sure we are happy with our purchase. I do not normally like salesman, but Joe was the exception to the rule. I loved the atmosphere of the dealership. It is a little over 2 hours from where I live and was well worth the drive. I reached out to Paramount Volvo in Hickory, NC and asked for their absolute best price and was dissatisfied immediately. I asked for the best price upfront and he wanted to play around. I thanked him for his time and was done. Then he came back $1,900.00 lower. If you are wanting a Volvo you should contact Jospeh Zegeer at Charleston. He is honest and just a really nice guy. He also won't waste your time by playing games.

Luke went above and beyond when we bought our second Volvo. He knew exactly what I was looking for and kept in touch with me every day until it was available on the lot. Everything about the purchase was easier because he was personable. There was no pressure and no hovering. Will definitely buy again from him

I was traveling through Charleston WV from out of town when my check engine light came on. I was able to make it to the Volvo dealership which was 8 miles away. I was grateful they were able to get me in right away to assess the car. After being there 1 � hours they concluded the problem was due to a broken spark plug and a damaged #2 coil due to a cylinder leakage which was causing a misfire. In fixing this problem they suggested I needed a new cylinder head costing me $7,000 and it would take a few days to get in. I called my auto mechanic back home to have this explained to him. What they were saying wasn t adding up so he came and drove over 8 hours round trip to pick up my car, while I rented a car and continued on with my travels. Fortunately for me I have a phenomenal auto mechanic who looks out for my best interest. Once back home the car was inspected and found the #2 coil that was supposedly damaged due to the cylinder leakage as suggested was actually left disconnected causing a continued engine miss. This engine miss was resolved when it was re-connected and sparkplugs replaced. It seems clear that Astorg Auto was not dealing honestly and in good faith by trying to sell me a $7,000 cylinder head replacement when clearly there was nothing wrong that could not be resolved with a simple spark plug replacement.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC60 from Volvo Cars of Charleston and the sales staff went above and beyond from start to finish. The One Low Price system they use took all the headaches out of the car buying process and I got an outstanding deal without even having to haggle. Jonathan went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for my budget with all the options I wanted and thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle so I could see the value that Volvo offers. Anyone in the market for a new vehicle needs to stop by Volvo Cars of Charleston to see what they have to offer before buying elsewhere, plus the new facility is absolutely gorgeous.

Took XC 90 to have AC repaired. Was the rear which cost close to 3000 grand. Had it serviced, front checked alignment, rear wiper repaired. Over & $ 6200. Picked it up on Saturday ( 75 miles away) closed. . Had a driver pick it up. Engine light on. Wasn t on before. Got home & called to report the light. Had their driver pick it up. Later Charleston called & said ev pump bad. $80 part. Simple. Going to charge me close to $900? Told them clear the computer & return it. 2-3 wks I had that car delivered on a flatbed. No light. AC close to check leak, recover? Sad to take a advantage of a veteran. 100 dollar discount?

I bought a Volvo S60 brand new. Just found out it DOES NOT come with a spare tire. The paint comes off if I get a chip on it. It not only takes off the paint it goes all the way down to the primer. It isn t the car I once dreamed of nor imagined for so long.It s the simple things like: the clock doesn t even reset itself to adjust the new time.Low profiles are not the kind of wheels you need in West Virginia. If I needed it serviced they would come from Charleston ( 2 hrs away), to pick it up. No More because I have learned my lesson!!

Poor customer service and attention to detail is lacking - Volvo Cars Charleston performed the 30k mile service on my XC90. They forgot to reset it after so the service alert still came on. Additionally, they took my insurance card and registration out of my glove box for the state inspection but never put it back. Instead, they left them face down in my cupholder. I was cleaning up and I didn't notice what they were until I'd already put them and a few other items in the trash. Luckily, I realized what they were in time. When I took my car back to the dealership to have the service alert reset, I expected them to be a little more apologetic about everything. What I got felt more like sorry, not sorry. Then they had the nerve to remind me they needed a 10 star review to the survey Volvo sends out following service appointments. I recently moved to the area from Colorado and this was my first service at this dealership. I always had a wonderful experience at the dealership where I purchased my Volvo. This experience was nowhere close. Very disappointing. I go to Columbus regularly and I plan to have my XC90 serviced there moving forward. Also, I won't be buying any cars from this dealership in the future. It doesn't feel like they appreciate their customers or their business. Beware.

Just bought my first Volvo from Volvo of Charleston...had an awesome experience. Jonathan was wonderful to work with; he listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle and made it happen! Would recommend this establishment to anyone!
