The staff were very kind, helpful, and respectful! They also found that my air filter needed changed, offered to change it, and showed me the new filter prior to placing it. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and filter in less than 15 minutes!

They forgot to put the bolts back in the skid plate on my truck. Costing me 3 hrs of time to go back for them. Thankfully, there is no other damage to my truck.

Great employees, extremely friendly and knowledgeable.Station didn't carry oil filter for 2023 Hyundai Palisade, making the 30+ minutes we had to wait for our turn a complete waste of time. Management should have these stocked 7 months into the year.

Went for an oil change, was told my filter needed changed, they had trouble putting the new one in. The next day my engine light came on. I went to my dealership & found out they broke the filter & let me drive off without fixing it. I gave 3 stars because, after calling them about it, the manager Matt had said they would fix it or reimburse me if my dealership replaced it.

Fast & efficient. Used $25 off coupon which was awesome. Employess could have been more informative. Also just handed me sticker and did not remove old one. But overall good.

Since I work there it's a great place we usually get you in and out in no time plus we offer transmission, transfer case, & difs services. radiator flush. Air & cabin filters. And top off all your fluids and set tire pressure

Beware! Went to Valvoline as my car is newly out of warranty. My dealer sends me prices for their services by email. Hunted and hunted for Valvoline s price online and could find none so I called this location this morning. I was quoted 69.95 for my full synthetic oil change, but after receiving the oil change, they indicated that indeed it was actually 89.95. Be sure to check price before they do the work. Turns out they charge double what the dealer charges!

Took my truck here for an oil change. The employees seemed confused about that they were doing entering my information into the computer, they were very unprofessional, the guy filling the oil back up couldn t read the dipstick which made me very un sure about this oil change when I left. 2 days later I see some oily spots on the side of my truck and in the wheel well. I open the hood and the oil cap was left off and sitting on the top of the motor and the dip stick was half out causing oil spray into the engine compartment. I ve contacted customer service and waiting for a manager to call. I won t be back.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation, after leaving I stopped by the store. When walking back to the vehicle I notice the holes for the lug nuts have big scratches in them (wheels are black) All 4 wheels are like this from where they started and stopped the impact gun off of the lug nuts. I filed a claim the day of the incident, we are going on 2 weeks of no answer because the area manager will not return phone calls or answer the phone when customer service has reach out to them. So I m left with awful looking wheels and an MIA manager aparantly .

Quick oil change. No issues. The price is three times what I used to pay at Jiffy Lube years ago but it's about the same as other places these days I guess.

Josh and Randy were superb. Quick and great service. This establishment has really improved. On prior visits staff were rude and used foul language. I asked my wife to not go there anymore. The mechanic just wanted money, he told my husband that my 2009 Toyota, NEEDS our transmission flushed well since we are not mechanics, he told him to go ahead and do it. Well..now we have to pay 2,000+ to have the whole transmission replaced. And we can t afford that. So now we re down a car, no money to fix it. We went to them bc they were cheaper, we went in for an oil change, and came out with a broken car.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Good service today, as usual, 15% off coupon was helpful too.Nice friendly staff; for those motorist in a rush for an oil change or other services offered, then this is the place to go. I timed it today as I shut off engine, 11 minutes and I was driving out. Bye the way, you never leave your vehicle.

Had to deal with an irritated employee doing the actual oil change this sunday afternoon. I am back to the same location now on Monday morning. Luckily I live close by, maybe 3 miles away.Actual guy doing the change under the truck kept complaining about mud buildup under the truck, had to listen to it all through the service, even the other employees felt uncomfortable listening to the guy, one of them actually finished the rear diff fluid change. Because the guy started the service became unavailable for some reason.......I felt so uncomfortable and could not wait to get out of there with no plans to come back. We'll I am back this morning, cause there is no engine oil pressure on my gage and engine is rattling.Hope to get the problem fixed and meet the guy who performed the service. Not sure what happens next.......

I came in yesterday with my daughter. I wanted a synthetic blend oil change. The total process took about 10 minutes. We didn't have to get out, and we didn't have to touch anything. The staff worked together like a team. I gave them the coupon for my phone, and we were on our way.

The staff here are extremely professional. They are quick, courtesy and friendly. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Fabulous on time. My only complaint is that it is pretty pricey for an oil change but I have paid it twice now because of the convenience. I would go more often if the prices dropped a bit. I used a coupon and still paid $42.00

It's been my experience this place consistently has outstanding service. I'm always in and out if no time at all. Friendly and professional, James and Jake are good about offering additional services you may need while your there without sounding pushy. I honestly have to pass a few similar services stations to get there - and I will definitely continue to do so.

Service was great. The problem is the new paperless receipts. I still have not recd one. Have called twice and no return call. Went there and was assured someone would call me and send receipt. Drove right into the bay and Trevor immediately greeted me! He was very professional and quick!! His coworker who I didn t catch the name of, was also very kind! 10/10 recommend. Very quick and convenient! Sit in the comfort of your vehicle without having to get out. Employees act professionally and seem to be very knowledgeable about what their doing. I've been coming here for a few years and have been satisfied with their work every time.

This is the best place to get an oil change. It's super fast service. I have been going there faithfully for about 5 years now and I have NEVER had anyone be anything but curious and respectful. I have had to go several times in between oil changes for them to check my oil and they have topped it off and not charged me anything everytime. I would 100% recommend this place if you want fantastic customer service (which is rare) and a good experience.

They were busy, so the service took a little longer than I expected, but they were friendly, made sure folks were helped on a first-come, first-served basis, and when they accidentally lost my oil cap, they ran out to another store and bought me a new one without me having to ask. Overall, a great experience!

Pulled up, they did not recognize I was outside. An employee from outside had to honk horn as the other employees were sitting in waiting area. They could not do oil change unless I had cash. No internet. Note you can take my card and run it later. When I paid cash they could not give me my discount as they did not have internet. Really - 10 percent is not hard to figure out. When I handed them cash I asked for receipt they said they could not as no computer. Again "really". Hand write me a receipt as this is for a company and I must have receipt to get reimbursed. This was a totally unacceptable experience. Do you really think I should send my company vehicles here again to get there oil change ? I am changing my review from 5 to 1 star...So last fall, we brought one of our vehicles in for it's first oil change here. Then three months ago, we had the oil changed at our normal car garage.To our shock, our mechanic brought us out to see the oil filter housing was broken and someone used the wrong wrench on it to remove it. There was now a hole in the housing because of it.I immediately called the shop, the person told me to bring it in during shop hours for a mgr to look at it and they would reimburse me the $100 repair fee. I went there two times and was told that a manager was not there and had to come back during when they were there. I gave them my number to call me about it since a manager was never there. That has been 2-3 months ago and I have never heard from anyone.

Always a good experience. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They're efficient. I can be in and out of Valvoline in less than twenty minutes, without an appointment. They change the oil, filter, cabin air filter, engine air filter, rotate my tires, replace my wiper blades, and top off the washer fluid.
