My change oil light came on and it was already after 4. I knew they closed at 5 and didn t really expect them to have time. When I got there though, it was no problem at all. They took me right in. I got my oil and filter changed all my fluids checked and topped off. They are the best! Thanks guys! You all are awesome!

They were extremely helpful and did an excellent job. Replaced the Air filter in my Cruz and changed the oil and I didn t have get out of the car.

The crew did an AWESOME job, changed my oil, engine filter, cabin filter, checked my battery and all my fluid levels in under 30 minutes. Oil change alone was less than 15 minutes which is GREAT. These guys are awesome. After waiting 30m and then being told by the Kanawha city location thru didn't have the parts I found this location, and they are by far the best in the area. Drew and Chris took excellent care of me and had me in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Definitely recommend and I will only come here to this location from now on.Service: Oil change

First time I've been to a Valvoline location and it was the best car service I've ever had. Very convenient and a lot quicker than other places I've been to. The crew did a great job and they were very friendly. Definitely recommend checking them out!

After getting an oil change, the attendant asked me how were my wiper blades and lifted up the blades, then used a dirty rag and wiped the blade. Now there s oil all over my windshield. Also, they spilled oil on the motor making it dirty and causing smoke.

Valvoline gets a bad rap from car enthusiasts, but for the everyday person, they are great and efficient.Quick change at this location no hiccups. They were funny too, had some laughs.

Service was fine today, but surely the employees are trained to not bring up politics with the customer in front of them. I have an old presidential candidate bumper sticker on the back of my car, which caused the employees to launch into a discussion amongst themselves about COVID, etc. To his credit, Chris tried to stop the conversation, but one employee Jacob went as far to say All asians are the same, Asian people invented COVID. Like uhhhh blatant racism while getting an oil change no thanks. I ve been here like 10 times, this was the last. Very unprofessional, felt very uncomfortable.Service: Oil change

I typically go to south ridge location but this time they were out of my oil and sent me to Virginia st. The service at this location from Matt was phenomenal. Great job both Matt and Scott. I will be bringing my business here going forward as well as recommending to others. Probably the worst car service experience I've ever had. Took my car in for scheduled fleet maintenance - oil change and tire rotation. The guys working didn't know how to register and accept the fleet car but manager (possibly owner) showed up as I was going to leave and made it happen. I was asked to pull my car into the very crowded bay. Service was quick. After they were done the manager/owner said they couldn't do the tire rotation because their equipment was down. I cannot just go get that done anywhere due to the way fleet maintenance works and had I known they couldn't do the rotation up front I would've left. He casually said, "looks ok to me, you'll be fine". What? Not your call, buddy. I go out thinking my car would be waiting and was told it was in the bay and to drive it out. Totally bad and unsafe practice. I'm in heels and walking through the garage, had to step over tools, etc. and drive out myself. I cut my calf on something. When I go to open the door it is greasy and covered in oil. The icing on the bad service cake was the absolutely terrible attitudes of every person there, including the owner/manager. Nobody smiles. Nobody makes eye contact. Nobody talks. I tried. Really uncomfortable, unsafe and terrible service. I'm shocked by the really good reviews.

They did good work, I can always rely on valvoline! Wonderful mechanics and the manager is great! I think him and his men worked on my car to get it done in a timely manner! They checked everything two times to make sure everything was good! Thanks guys! Keep it up!

I've never paid more than $30 for a standard oil change. However, this simple and routine oil change was $45!!! I guarantee I won't have my oil changed here again...that is until I become a millionaire!!!

Wonderful experience. The gentleman were very informative and attentive, friendly and courteous. In and out within 20 minutes maximum. Made several suggestions but no high pressure salesmanship.

The guys here are always courteous, quick, and happy to answer any questions. It's hard to go anywhere else and wait once you've gotten a 15 minute oil change!
