Outstanding service and first rate! Highly recommend them and I m very grateful of the owner! He took us in and helped fix our van last-minute on our Christmas trip from NC to Ohio, to see family as we had unexpected trouble and needed to stay in Charleston the night. Very personable, honest and hard-work folks! Thank you again, God bless!

I had to get brake pads and rotors replaced. I contacted every auto repair shop in the town and I found the best quote for the repair here at Up the Creek Auto Repair and Towing. They got me in the very next day without the appointment. Highly recommend this place for the best price in the town and super friendly staff.

Came here for tires and rims. Good service, fast, even didn't try to upsell me hard when the value wasn't worth it and were upfront about it. Delivered what they said they would without any trouble and haven't had any issues yet!

The mechanics do great work and the receptionist is friendly and there's a waiting room and their fair on prices don't over charge . The best mechanic shop in town

Had an issue with my 4 wheel drive. Staff is very nice and friendly. They quickly found the cause and fixed the problem. Wasn't too costly. Had a good experience!

Never had an issue, car has gotten fixed fine, but they take a lil while and when I get my car checked out somewhere else they take a day to diagnose the problem that I told them about and find out that it s exactly what I told them, not trying to hate or anything and I m sure they have their reasons but if I know what they problem is I d rather they just take it in and get to work on it.

Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Needed some programming for a new transmission - quick, efficient service. Was able to get my vehicle back on the road the same day. Competitive pricing, with quality results. I would definitely recommend this company for all vehicle repairs and maintenance. Easy parking, easy access.

We needed an emergency repair when on vacation. Up the creek auto repair squeezed us in same day even though they were extremely busy and had our truck back to us in less than two hours. We are so grateful!! Very kind and professional service and they charged a more than fair price. Couldn't ask for anything more. They are awesome!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went there for the first time in early February for routine service. As I was waiting I learned that one of the employees had backed into my truck causing front end damage. The owner Jamie apologized & assessed the damage. He assured me he would pay for all the damage & repair the body damage asap. He got my truck in there about 10 days later. It took all week to repair the body damage & new paint job. After notifying me my truck was ready for pick up I went there to get it. I was very pleased with the quality of work. My truck looked better than when I initially pulled in there a few weeks earlier. They even took care of some front end scratches not related to the accident. He assured I was happy with the results & handed me a check covering my car rental for the week. Jamie is a stand up guy who does the right thing. I trust the work they do there & would recommend them to anyone considering going there. I plan on being a return customer in the future.

I have been taking my vehicle s to this garage for about 8 years now and they have always been very upfront and honest with me about the issues with them.. if they can help you they will! That have great customer service and their prices are very great! The work is always on point! My daughter's 16yo boyfriend bought a car on marketplace that died after a mile. We live 2 hours from where he parked the car so we had to find a tow and someone to hold the car until we could get back to get it a few days later.This business has extremely fair prices! We must have called 10 shops trying to find a good price after he'd spent all his money on the car. Planing to let them look at it to see what's wrong too. Super nice guy!

I would and have recommended this garage to everyone that needs great service. Up The Creek Towing and Auto Repair are just outstanding. I promise you that you will never find a more honest man than Jamie the owner. He treats everyone with the upmost respect and he and his staff do a great job. If you re looking for a great job with fair pricing this is the man to see in the Kanawha Valley. Thanks Jamie for being a good and honest man.

Great people! I recently returned to this area after a 13 year absence and I have been looking for a good garage. I wish I would have came here sooner! I can tell you where not to go but I'll save that for another review lol. Do yourself a favor and go to Up The Creek! I've been trying to get my vehicle running right for 3 weeks. I was traveling from seeing a friend and something happened to my car and I had some ideas but wasn t 100% sure I called a couple people but this place just seemed like the right place to go. My experience with them was amazing! They told me it was probably this but come to find out it was something way more cheaper than that and Jamie was a very concerned man that was worried about my well being and my safety. He explained to me and showed me everything that happened and what he was doing he used good communication skills with me. Explained the price and gave me suggestions on what to do with my problem! Not only did they safe me from being stranded but they also showed me how good people still are today in this world! The front desk lady was sweet and respectful! This place actually cares about their customers. If it wasn t so far away I would get my car worked on here! I appreciate you all so much and thank you for all you did for me!

We love Up The Creek! Ms. Bonnie is wonderful, Jamie is fantastic, and their entire staff is great. We ve taken our Honda Accord, Ford Explorer, and Volvo XC90 to them and every time we have received honest work and very reasonable prices. I recommend them for anything and everything. Great people and even better work.

We recently moved to town with a car making noises and didn't know a mechanic to trust. They quickly worked us in, the staff were very kind and helpful. They explained that it was a minor issue and didn't even charge me anything for my first time visiting! I was truly stunned and taken aback by the awesome experience I had here, plus my car is no longer making noises weeks later. They are not people trying to take advantage of you but making an honest living and know what they're talking about. Don't hesitate to bring your cars here!

My husband just used this garage today, first time at suggestion of family.Was able to talk to the mechanic about the work. He was very knowledgeable. The work was done well, price also reasonable. The human side of business, very good.Best garage he's ever used, and he's 76 yr old!
