We went here today to get an oil change and check out the dealership for our next vehicle. We had an appointment and a service contract for the oil change. Upon arrival, the service advisors told my wife they didn't know how to do an oil change on a service contract so she'd have to pay. My wife called another dealer to help them out but I walked in while she was on the phone. Magically, they figured it out and no longer wanted to charge her. Were they incompetent or trying to screw over a female? You decide.Then they took our number and said they'd call when it was ready in an hour. 4 hours later? Nothing. Never called. More poor service. When we showed up, the service folks were again rude and unhelpful.Now, we just got the car home and there's a large scrape on the front right that wasn't there previously.I'd strongly recommend using any other Ford service center. You can't do much worse.

Hit a deer on a Friday night west of town coming from Indiana and limped our Expedition into town. Stopped in Saturday at 9am and was told there was only one oil change tech working that morning. An off-duty mechanic was there and spent a few minutes peeking at the damage before determining it was mostly cosmetic and helping us patch it up with zip ties to get us back on the road. This type of above and beyond service is why I will ALWAYS drive Fords and I thank the fine folks at this dealership.

Picked up my vehicle after two weeks and my key fob was returned broken, missing the battery and spring. How that even happens is beyond me.

This is only for Mark the service manager who helped me out when his tech did work on my car that we told him not too! Mark was amazing!

Service was done quicker than estimated.The problem I had was, scheduling told me 8. Serviced center had me in for 9. I wasn t told about a second recall or that it was one that takes a bit of time to do.
