I have a 2016 explorer and had the front windshield replaced. The side trim is extremely crooked, lower cowl trim is very loose and the upper trim seal is dry rotted and was not sealed propperly. Worst job I have ever had done on any of my vehicles. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Good experience here getting my Tesla windshield replaced. Originally ordered the incorrect one but they re-ordered and replaced it within 2 weeks. Calibration done as well. Very good work.

Showed up last Monday for a glass replacement. They called after I dropped car off saying that the windshield they got in was the wrong size. Asked if I could come in Thursday when they got a new one in. Told them no I have work, can't until next Wednesday. Showed up on Wednesday(today). Told me my appointment was NEXT Wednesday. Lied to me about parts availability to cover up the fact they scheduled for the incorrect day. Left. Decided to take my buisness elsewhere. Unorganized and don't communicate very well. Why did they ask me if I could come in 2-1-24 if there's a parts shortage?

Safelite was amazing. Checking my car in and out was quick and efficient. I dropped my car off and received updates via text, which was so great. When I dropped my car off it was so messy and desperately needed vacuumed. That was my plan for the upcoming weekend. However, when I picked my car up they had vacuumed it for me without me even asking! I was so impressed with their customer service.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I get my driver side window replaced, but they left all the broken glass down in the door.. When I stopped by the next day, I was told that it wasn't their responsibility to clear the glass out of the door.... But I thought their job was to fix your window problem? I would rather pay more somewhere else instead of going to them again. My windshield is cracked from a rock on the Interstate and I will use another service to replace it.

Dude is awesome...... make sure he is the one putting your windshield in..... or back glass or side glass or whatever glass it is that needs putting in..... extremely knowledgable about his work very customer oriented..... 5 stars all the time.....

We were driving on I-64 West and someone shot our rear window and I set up a drop off appointment for the next morning on a Saturday. The people were very helpful and actually were able to get us worked in immediately, and we were out in just a little over an hour. The technician, Joe , was great and we were extremely thankful to have our window fixed so quickly. He cleaned up the big mess that was in the car, and we were able to get back on the road by 9:15 AM. So nice to have such a good experience after such a crazy night. Was out of town in Charleston, WV for work. Rock got my window on the highway. Called my insurance company and they scheduled an appointment with Safelite to come out and replace my window at the location of my event as it stated that mobile technicians were available until 6p. Well, someone calls me at 357pm saying that they sent their mobile techs home already because it was a Friday and it was a slow day. BGot my insurance company involved again, via conference call the same rude invidiual with no empathy for my situation of being out of town on a job and having another job to get to the very next day in Cincinnati, just wanted to argue with me about him sending his techs home early. Needless to say, they scheduled an appointment for me at 830a the next morning (a Saturday), so I had to get up early, load up my vehicle (I'm a DJ) and go to the appointment. Got there and was told that it had to be replaced and the earliest they could do it was Monday.The guy at the facility was nice and friendly but I was on the road and definitely unable to wait til Monday.In the end, my insurance scheduled an appointment with Safelite here in Columbus, OH and a gentleman came out on Tuesday and replaced my windshield.I'm giving the Charleston office this rating as they sent their techs home early and the gentleman I spoke with several times that day from their location, was rude, not helpful, argumentative and totally unconcerned with my situation at all. I never asked a truck to kick up a rock to hit my windshield, while I'm out of town and on the road, I did however ask for help.

I can't recommend this establishment enough. I had to have my windshield replaced in store due to camera recalibration. Super clean place. Employees are super friendly and helpful. They got me in the next day and was on time throughout the process. Will 100% use them in the future.

I had my windshield replaced. My car was running fine prior to replacement. They came to my home to install. Was told it would be ready to drive in a couple hours. Went to my garage to start my car and it started shaking and the check engine light was on. Called store and was put on hold. Still awaiting for someone to get back with me.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The technician that replaced my back glass was amazing. His name was Billy. He was extremely polite and very professional. He not only cleaned up the broken glass I had missed. He was able to replace the back glass on my Mitsubishi Endeavor in no time at all. I was back driving my vehicle in under 30 min. Best company and technician I have ever done business with. I can not thank you all enough.

Everyone at this Safelite location was Super friendly & very helpful. I was so pleased with my windshield replacement, and the staff. Not only was it 1 of the friendliest businesses I've ever visited, it was also the cleanest!! I didn't think the replacement took very long at all, but I'd imagine some of that was due to the fact that they had an entire "play corner" for my kids (4&8)! As well as a water cooler, & coffee for mama :)I left safelite on Lakeview Dr in a better mood & happier than when I walked in. Definitely 5 stars easy!

The people we spoke with to schedule an appointment wouldn t put notes in for the people who come service. I had called several times giving them the same information such as my work number and address but it was never put in. There was a guy come out everyday but yet because of the lack of communication between them and the office it took over a week to get my windshield replaced. But I can say the workers who showed up were very nice and apologetic and did a good job once they had my work address and the right windshield.

No experience with the glass, but the fact I could not Reach a human made me so upset I was told by automated that I had to go to website. This is not acceptable to me. I took my business elsewhere.

Safelight was thoroughly professional dealing with my recent windshield replacement. They told me it would take three hours, and they were done in two and a half. Their facility is immaculate. The cleanest place I've ever been in. Amanda was courteous and energetic. I'm sending a copy of this review to my insurance company to let them know what a great vendor they have

Wouldn't reseal my windshield because it wasn't installed by them. Of course, they would sell me a new windshield and install that. Nothing wrong with old except it was literally ready to fall out. 50 miles from home and Wouldn't help me. Rules are rules, but they couldn't help me.

I was there for 4 hours to get a chip repaired because they were understaffed and didn't tell me up front. Noticeable bubble in glass where the chip was. I feel like if there were more than one person doing all of the repair work that day it probably would have turned out better. I would have been perfectly fine coming another day if I had been told about the potential wait time when I called before going in, or even if told at the counter.

We had them replace a windshield, after a while it started leaking water into the cab. We took it back for replacement as it is supposed to be under warranty. They refused to replace it because there was a very small pit in the windshield and they said that voided the warranty. The nick is small, didn't go through the windshield and didn't "spider" crack. It has nothing to do with the water draining from the top of the windshield into the cab. Evidently they use any excuse to void their warranty.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Made appointment over the phone. They would have got me in the next day, or had come to my work to repair rear windshield. Very accommodating. The place clean, the staff was friendly. It took a couple of hours, but the technician kept me updated on the progress.

Installed scratched windshield in my new Suburban. Offered to take $100 off or do it again. I chose to get a new one. Installer showed up in the rain and against my objections started pulling out the windshield. He said it was quick and he'd keep it covered and water out. I was at work so couldn't hang out and watch. He came in and gave me the keys and said he was all done and wanted me to sign for it. I went out and looked and this windshield was scratched worse than the first one and water was dripping from my headliner. After that my water sending wipers never worked again not did any of the computer assist driving aids. I ended up trading it in because Safelite refused to make good on the damages. Again they offered me another windshield or $100 off. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Called for windshield replacement and was quoted using vin# and after work had been completed was charged over $200 more. When trying to resolve the problem for 1 week making numerous calls between safelite and travelers insurance problem is still unresolved and the manager Darryn was extremely rude and was of no help. Got a crack in my windshield from another vehicle throwing rocks, so I scheduled an appointment. I arrived with my child to get my windshield fixed before it got any worse. I paid for the repair and services for there to still be a crack in my windshield and to get told that they can't guarantee repair. If I am paying for a service and a repair, there should be improvements of what needed fixed and there wasn't. I am highly disappointed and will NOT be returning.
