Being from out of state and traveling in the Christmas season, I found myself in this very well stocked parts store with staff that were polite and courteous under pressure. The phones were ringing crazy the day after Christmas and they handled it like pros as well as those at the counter. Although I do have to say that I was not impressed with the prices and taxes.

You have two great employees working for you they were so awesome and very caring and helpful to two out of state couple just trying to get home to our four legged animals. Our kia soul broken down needed and alternator and they let us stay in parking lot to fix it. I forget the names but thank you so much for being so kind and caring

I was in your Sissionville WV location and ;;;. it will be the last time i visit any of your stores. The store was busy .. used to waiting.. but overheard the sales clerks offer their employee discount to the two customers in front of me. When it was my turn I asked about the employee discount and I was treated very rudely. It was obvious that the last two customers were not employees either' Who makes these decisions;? Surely not the two make employees in the store at this time.

Friendly employees. Clean store. The only product I purchase from here is wix filters. The other products look cheap in quality and I've never heard of most of the brands.
