The online prices have not once matched up with the actual in store prices and some of the guys working there aren't very pleasant.

Don't waste your time at advance Auto or AutoZone the employees are totally useless have no clue what they're doing. At Napa to qualified individual behind the counter that can answer your questions and get you the right part the first time.

No one had on a mask when I walked in. I asked about masks as my husband is high risk. Two employees immediately put on masks, but the assistant manager, William S, "tsked " me. He eventually got a mask prior to ringing up my purchase, but did not cover his nose. In frustration I told him he might as well not wear a mask if he was going to wear it incorrectly. He replied, " Who are you Lady? The health department?" He then advised me that he "didn't have time for this". Don't Go Here unless you are willing to risk exposure to Covid.ADDENDUM- NAPA headquarters reached out to me, apologized and said they would remedy the situation.

Napa has been around for years they can't get your part they can have it shipped in why go anywhere else

The assistant manager who worked 11/30/19 around noon was a great help and knowledge i would come back anytime. I have to give credit where credit is do.

Staff was friendly but they did not have the equipment we needed in stock. They offered to have it shipped in the next day but we needed it immediately and had to go to a different auto shop to find it.

Ask for brake pads and the guy actually news what they was talking about we was really excited never had a place that knew what brake pads was so it was great did it break then it's on the front porch of the place and went outside and told my friend I'd be back to get a battery in about 7 weeks when I get paid yellow
