I called to get two rear tires for my Camaro and when I spoke to the representative he gave me all of the pricing options and some good suggestions on how to research the tires that would be best for my vehicle.I was able to get the tires ordered and came the next day to have them put on and an alignment. Great service friendly staff! This is my second vehicle within the last year. We have had tires put on, and we will continue to come back!

Wow! What an amazing place! I was traveling from Indiana to North Carolina and I got into an accident in West Virginia! Mr. Tire stepped into action so fast, they were incredible! Brett worked so hard to find parts for my car, calling every place he knew! He found parts, expressed shipped them and my car was done by 2:00 the next day! This place is amazing, the staff is so kind and very hardworking! I would recommend them 100%!

Very thorough and professional maybe the waiting area could be a little larger. I would suggest droppings your vehicle off if possible. They usually are very busy and wait times can be extended. I still recommend them for any type of service

I made an appointment online after being recommended here. I was told the wait would be a few hours. When I said that was fine I could wait because I didn t have anyone to pick me up, the man working at the desk became frustrated with me. He said, This is why you don t book appointments online, because you overbooked us. So I just ended up leaving.

I made my appointment online and called to verify they had the tires, since it was a next day appointment. I was told on the phone they would order the tires and they would be there. I also inquired if a coupon I had could be used. Dropped my car off the night before. Inquired again about the coupon and was told the person who does the write ups was not there. I offered to pay during drop off and was told no. When I picked my vehicle up the next day, I was told my coupon was not valid. I felt the representative lied to me on the phone. I would not have purchased the tires from this company if I knew the coupon was not valid.

Very nice and worked quickly and efficiently! They helped us find their shop and repaired my tire quickly and made my children feel cared about! Thanks for having a conversation with them and telling them how you fixed the tire!

With a full day of driving ahead of us, had to unexpectedly exit I-77 to find a mechanic due to car trouble. Arrived at Mr. Tire at 11:10 AM. Despite holiday busyness and being shorthanded, the friendly guys there worked our car in by 11:25. Issue turned out to be minor but did need attention for us to continue our road trip. Mechanic Anthony Bragg identified the issue promptly and thanks to his good work we were pulling out of the parking lot at 11:45. Mr. Bragg was competent, friendly, and efficient. We are grateful for him and his coworkers for first rate customer service and getting us back on the road in no time.

As some of you know a round of pretty serious storms just hit West Virginia and I witnessed something from an employee at this business that made me literally sick to my stomach. Many people were trying to get to Wendy s near this business and a gentleman parked at this establishment. I witnessed a staff member come out and approach him cussing and being verbally abusive. This employee then proceeded to call a small child it and still proceeded with his tirade. The reasoning was because the gentleman parked at their business. Meanwhile storms destroyed half the county and people were just trying to get dinner for their families and this employee is cussing and acting like a complete fool over a parking space. I will NEVER give this establishment a dime of my money and I will spread the word that this is how staff behaves. I certainly hope this employee is having the day, week, and month he deserves.

My car wasn't keeping a charge so they checked the complete system (battery, alternator electric) and determined it was just a bad battery. They added no extra charges. My to go place

Mr Tire came thru when all others could not. They had my size tire in stock and put it on quickly. They did an amazing job. Even went the extra mile and torqued my other tires. I will definitely return!

Just had a new tire put on this morning after running over a nail. All was great until I got home and found this massive dent and greasy spot above the wheel well they put the new tire in. I called immediately to report it to see if they could pop it since they did the damage.The man said, I have a hard time believing one of my guys did that, but I ll file an insurance claim first thing Monday morning. I am fuming. There was no dent or greasy spot this morning. There is now. That is absolutely disgusting.

I just got back from this business. After quite the ordeal blowing out my tire on 97 I was towed over night to this shop. Brett was amazing helping me out and all the staff were very kind, and the price was great. I am over 6 hours from home and I'm happy to know they didn't take advantage of me and just helped a person out. Turns out people in Charleston, WV are awesome and kind to the core. 10/10 would recommend.

Came for a state inspection. Friendly and efficient staff. I left my vehicle and was informed with the starting of my inspection and the results efficiently. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Their prices are also great. I was checking our their other services while I was there. Parking lot is a little tight, but they cannot help that.

This place is shady and will lie to you to charge you more money. I came in for an inspection sticker only. They wanted to charge me over 100 dollars for a single rear wiper blade and a single registration light bulb. I went out and tapped the light and fixed it. The wipers worked fine and didn't have a problem.The big tall manager out front was extremely rude when I called him out on it and threatened to call the State Police to come do the vehicle inspection. I told him to call them. He said he couldn't get ahold of them because it was the weekend and put a rejection sticker on my vehicle. I called a trooper personally and spoke with him about the situation. I returned to the store with the trooper and the issue was quickly resolved with them putting a new sticker on my vehicle.

We traveled from Florida to WV for a funeral. What we didn't realize was that the coolant was leaking. Come to find out, the lines where the coolant and the oil were leaking. We were terrified that we wouldn't get home. Mr. Tire was up front from beginning to end. We were able to get home. We are grateful for their work on our car. If I could give them extra stars, I would, because they were very good with what they did for us.

They are okay. I came here to get an inspection and oil change and ended up needing wiper blades replaced too. It was $180, so their prices are on the high end. I got an estimate there for tires a few months ago: around $1700. I went to Sam's club and got the exact same tires for a little over $800 with the same (or better) lifetime rotation and road hazard warranty. I picked a morning appointment so they would not be backed up, but it took nearly an hour and a half, which seemed a bit long, considering they didn't seem busy. Not a really big deal, but if you're going to be expensive, at least you should be fast. Finally, they allegedly did a courtesy check as part of the $110 oil change, and I made sure I let them know my tire pressures were unequal and asked them to please inflate to the same PSI. They supposedly check this anyway, and of course they noted on the sheet that they were all 35 PSI, but they were the same as when I dropped it off. Again, this isn't a really big deal, and I can take care of tire pressure myself, but at that price with a nearly 90-minute wait, I expected better service. Overall, they are not bad, but you can get the same work done for significantly less elsewhere. I probably won't be back just because there are better options in town.

The guys at Mr. Tire went above and beyond for me. I have a long commute each day. Today after work I came out to two flat tires. Even though it was close to closing time, Brett made sure I was taken care of. The mechanic stayed late and worked on my car because he knew I was in a jam. I am so thankful. Highly recommended!

The way I was treated when I walked in was horrible- the manager talked down on me and told me false information (I later found out from going to another shop) they lost my business strictly because of the way the manager who was upfront spoke to me. He made me extremely uncomfortable no empathy for others or any sense on how to speak to people. Went to Marty s Tire in South Charleston and was shocked at the difference in service and the way they handled my situation. 0/10.
