Sold me a vehicle that claimed to have a 150 point inspection, which was a lie. Found out a week after driving the vehicle it has 1.5 Qt too much oil, then not even 4 months later the brand new tires they had put on were getting rips in the sidewall. The tires were the cheapest you can find brand new and they won t take responsibility nor even try to figure out your warranty and what it covers. Terrible service overall

I had talked to an employee about a particular car. They were supposed to be getting it ready for m to look at. I was called to come in. I live in Logan County so drove fast to get there. When I arrived the salesman was waiting. I looked at the car and he went inside to speak to manager. Came back out and said car was sold. Upset me because of the distance I travel. Later he called to say went over they're head and sold vehicle. I don't recommend anyone to call about their inventory because by the time you get there, it could be sold. No one offer for me to pay a holding fee till I got there. Will not buy from this dealer.

When I got there, the truck wasn t there even though it was posted. Got there and got the salesman s number. We texted back and forth, where he was rude. I went and bought a truck somewhere else that night.

Tried for two weeks to get a simple question answered about a vehicle on the lot before I drove 200 miles to purchase it. A picture of the dash would have sufficed, but no one could do either.
