Headed for South Carolina in a brand new EV. As we passed through Charleston WV our car was low on charge. We saw Moses had a Level 3 chargerWe never used this type of charger. Manager, Dave came right out and talked us through the whole process. We had a little over an hour to kill.He offered the lounge inside the dealership to us. It was early morning and he offered to have Matt, one of his employees, drive us to a nearby McD's and bring us back. Matt treated us so well and was such a great person to talk to!Dave continued to offer us anything we needed.I have got to say this is one of the most friendly groups of people I have met. Great people!Thank You Dave and Matt.

Ryan was great helping us purchase or newest car. He along the test ride, explained the numbers, and gave us lots of options on financing. Great Guy! Wes was also great explaining the paperwork and payment options with us well. Overall great team!

Purchased a 2024 Lyriq. Put a down payment on the car about 5 days before purchase and pickup. When we picked up the car, the low tire pressure light was on with all 4 tires being low. It was after hours so no one was at the dealership. The interior had not been cleaned, the windshield had smudges and haze on it, the trunk had leaf debris, including in the storage compartment. It was missing the charging cable kit and the trunk privacy cover. Car also wasn't charged but to 50%.When I got the car home, I tried putting air in the tires but the stem was so close to the rim, no tip would fit. 2 rims are now slightly scratched. Contacted the dealership and was told to bring it in so they could add air. Not an acceptable long-term solution. Shared a GM article that identified this as a known issue along with a known fix, installing stem extensions. Waiting on service appointment once a part for another issue arrives.Driver door had a slight blemish on it which I notified the dealership. Initial answer by service was that this wasn't a warranty issue. Manager became involved to get panel replaced. Waiting on part and should have appointment scheduled.Had to show dealership that charging cable kit and privacy cover were standard features via screenshots of Cadillac's website. Parts are on order. Had I not checked and looked into the issue, these would remain missing.Dropped car off two days after purchase to have air put in tires and for door to be evaluated. Air was put in 1 tire. Hours went by. I texted the salesman that all tires were low. Air was added to 2nd. Again texted, air was put in other 2 tires. Car was detailed but leaf debris remains in storage trunk area. Car was at dealership 2 days, was only placed on charge 30 minutes prior to arrival.Love the car, sales person was nice but it doesn't seem like any standard checklist was followed to have the car ready and the tire stem issue, being a known issue, should have been fixed prior to sale.No one seemed to know how to sell this car. As mentioned, I had to notice, question, research myself, and educate the dealership about the missing standard items. No one knew that there was a $1500 credit toward having a Level 2 charger installed or 2 years of free EV Go charging credits that was to be discussed and decided at the point of sale. Only through a Facebook group did I learn this was offered and I had to send emails, plural, to the manager. They are now aware, a month after purchase, and are now addressing it.If you go to buy a car here, and I hate to say this phrase, you HAVE to "do your own research" because there's no one coming to save you.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I messaged on a Tuesday and ask about a vehicle on the lot. They suggested I set up a VIP test drive on that Saturday because I had a 2 1/2 hour drive. I agreed to come test drive it. I called on my way, when I was about 1 hour away, just to confirm the car would be there waiting on me when I arrived. I was told yes. Upon arriving after a 2 hour 45 minute drive, I was told they loaned the car to the service department and it was not on the lot for a test drive. Of course they said they had another vehicle similar that I could test drive. Needless to say, we were very upset. The only thing the salesman said to my husband is that my husband was rude and he wasn t going to deal with him!! So if you are going to test drive a car at this dealership, be careful and know that they do not care to lie to you to get you there in hopes that if you have driven 2 hours and 45 minutes that you will agree to test drive something else. And no, we were not even offered gas money for traveling that far.

We were only in Charleston for the night and had to leave in the morning for important appointments In Charlottesville the next day. When we got in the car to leave we saw we had a completely flat tire so we called Cadillac Roadside Assistance. Moses Cadillac had a technician, Mike, out to our car within 20 minutes to put on the spare. He had us follow him to the dealer & when he lost us, even called to make sure we knew where we were going. When we arrived, Mike had already called the Service Dept to let them know we were coming in and advise them of what we needed so when we pulled in, they took it from there & had our car in to fix the tire immediately. Every single person we encountered at Moses was polite & the overall experience was outstanding. I can t think of a single thing that they could improve upon.

The professionalism at this dealership is completely lacking. We purchased a Cadillac CTS in March of last year. We were told that this car met 100% 5 star inspection with no prior major services needed. Since our purchase we have been unable to keep the car in alignment. Our tires keep wearing down to wires on the inside even causing a blowout while driving with my child in the vehicle. Upon taking my car in this time due to my tires once again down to wire in way less than a year the service department manager told us that he was very familiar with this car and they would take care of it because it was a pre-existing condition. He had seen it in this shop multiple times even before us. So after having my vehicle over 24 hrs the service technician Jackie spoke with both of us very rudely. Kept raising his voice and blamed the car for being out of alignment due to the pot holes in WV. He also refused to complete the alignment stating its not covered under warranty. He also proceeded to tell my husband who has worked on vehicles since he was 13 that he doesn't know what he is talking about. Very rude and degrading to both of us. Once my husband arrived at the dealership to get the car Jackie continued to be very confrontational and rude. He initially refused to give my husband the keys to my car unless we paid $60 for a reason he was unable to give. Jackie continued to say he didn't have to prove that he did anything to my car and he didn't have to give the f***** keys up unless the $60 was paid. After arguing with Jackie we finally got our keys. And of course the general manager was not available today. I highly recommend that anyone or any business not to perform any business or services at this dealership. We have never been treated so badly and disrespected so much from a car dealership. Absolutely shameful.Addendum to first post:So Moses after taking the car to a very well known local mechanic it only took 3 minutes of placing the car on a rack to determine not only 1 but 2 busted struts with oil leaking out of it !!!!! Maybe your mechanic doesn't know what he talking- about Mr Jackie!

This is referring to the body shop/service center. We sent our car here after it got tapped in traffic and it leaving a small dent in the bumper. When we got it back, there were bubbles in the paint. So we drove it back because we didn t want it to lead to chipping. When we went to pick it up, again, there was now a dent, a chip, and what looked like someone rubbed sandpaper along the top of the bumper, scratches everywhere that weren t bothered to be buffed out. At this point the manager said he d replace the entire bumper. He was sympathetic and got it fixed but we had to take it back three times and needed the entire bumper replaced for what started out as a small indent.

Out of state purchase.Just purchased a SUV from out of state with Mike Tincher. I was really nervous buying a car I couldn't see in person but Mike kindly helped me with all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire purchase. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and from anywhere!

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE!!!!! I recommend you find ANY other bodyshop if your car has been in an accident. I was in a wreck Jan. 15 2022, its March. 21, 2023 and I still have a PARTIALLY repaired car. I've called for months for an update and still haven't received one!

It was so nice to here from Ally today! She was checking up on us to see how satisfied we were with our purchase. Which we are! Fantastic! Ally made our adventure on finding the perfect truck, a pleasure! She was very informed on the vehicle and showed us all the bells and whistles. Ally is a great asset to Moses! Thank so much, Ally! Give her a 10! Will be a pleasure to refer her to any customer.

I purchased a vehicle there late DecemberThere were a couple small places on it and they agreed to touch upWhen I showed at body shop which they set up the appointment, no clue. Finally couple days later they did the touch up but now 30-45 days later the places are backI ve left messages for Mr Cobb who is over body shop and no responseToday I was transferred to the GM David Fields. I had to laugh bc you can t leave him a voice mail bc his box is full,If I treated my clients like this-I would not be in business

I wouldn't go back if you paid me.I purchased a 2015 new Buick Verano from Moses Cadillac Downtown on/ around the 29th of July 2016. On October 2nd 2017 I traded in my car for a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Buick's are 1) a terrible investment and 2) not a practical option for the Pacific Northwest/ Rockies.I was told by my Subaru dealership all paperwork was submitted to the bank within two weeks of that sale. My bank said my loan had been closed out for since October. I was told by Moses that they never received my extended warranty and service plan refund request nor my faxes, letters, or paperwork dropped off in person. Combined there were almost twenty copies sent to Moses Cadillac of Charleston. When I contacted my bank for the bazilionth time they swore up and down that my loan had been closed, and that they had submitted a refund request. John Whitt purposefully delayed my refund/ service package cancellation for Moses' personal financial gain. John Whitt took advantage of my age, my race, and my gender. From the time I purchased my vehicle he made comments about being a young unmarried woman, and asking where my husband or daddy are because he knows a little lady isn't buying her own car. EXCEPT I DID. He was rude when he was caught not working. There is no way someone misses twenty copies of paperwork. NONE. Zero. My experience with this dealership was SO BAD that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney General. I want to caution you- never buy a car from Moses. And never buy a Buck if you plan to trade it in!!

Sales staff was not very knowledgeable, spoke down to my husband and I, and wildly undervalued our trade (NADA's for 12K trade in they offered 8K), plus the salesman continually used our daughter as his reasoning for getting something bigger and more expensive.Only giving 2 stars because the manager was friendly. The sales man was awful, tbh.
