Quickest service I ve ever had! Also the nicest service center I ve ever been to! Instead of parking and going inside like most dealerships, you just drive up to the garage bay doors and they open them to let you in and you checkin from your car. Then they have a nice little waiting room with a charging station, TV, snack and pop machines, complimentary water, coffee, cocoa and tea. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and a little lady I was chatting with in the waiting room said they never make her feel like a burden when she has to come in. I will continue having my Yukon XL services at this location Especially when they offer coupons! My FAVORITE part was the fact they send you a video walk through explaining what they are checking and let you know it s all good or what needs changed in my case cabin and engine filters. Since they offer a text update feature (Jackie was my advisor), I was able to tell them to go ahead and change these filters while I was there. 10/10 for the service department! If I ever go to purchase a new vehicle, this trip earned them my business.

I ve never had such a good experience buying a car as I have from here. These are great, honest people, and we will continue to bring our car back to be serviced. They got us in the car we wanted in 20 mins tops. We will never go anywhere else! If you re thinking about getting a car from here, don t walk, run!! Thank you Moses !

I had four new tires installed on my car, and I waited at the shop while work was performed. I knew to expect about a 1-2 hour wait. My service advisor, Jackie, checked in with me periodically to give updates. He was friendly from start to finish, with great customer rapport. At close to the 2 hour mark, I was informed of an issue with one of the tires, and they had to get another tire from their supplier. Things happen. No sweat. When my car was ready, Jackie explained he had applied a discount for my extra wait. I didn t expect that, and was very appreciative. The level of customer service I received was top notch. I highly recommend this location. And if you can request an advisor, ask for Jackie. He ll take great care of you!

They make the best of a bad situation. I bought from Dutch Miller - big mistake - stay away from them. The truck started having issues the first week. Dutch Miller told me that since I didn't buy an extended warranty from them then I was on my own despite the vehicle still being under GM warranty coverage. I called GM, they referred me to Moses. Vehicle was towed under warranty to Moses. The problem has been persistent with 3+ visits so far. Turns out to be the kicker speaker system sucking the life out of my vehicle. Millers lied about the system being in the vehicle originally - now I have a $100 deductible thru my extended warranty to cover a problem Millers knew about. Moses has made every effort to fix the vehicle BUT denied a loaner vehicle which is a point of contention since all 3 of the warranties in this truck pay for a loaner/rental.Overall the service department has done a great job. Brittany our liason has been exceptional - she's the main reason we have stayed with Moses for these issues. Again, not happy with the denial of a loaner or rental.

Very happy with experience from both the parts and service segments of the dealership. Service was completed in the estimated time period and not only did they complete the requested service, but also corrected two different recall adjustments that I had ignored for some time.

First I d scheduled an appointment and the rep ghosted me. Waited almost an hour and got help from another. Found keep I like and was assured some cosmetic damage would be fixed and it wasn t. 3 days later issues with the gear shift, was told I d be given a loan vehicle but when I dropped it off I wasn t. Now, a month or so later, fuel injector has gone bad. Of course warranty has already ran out. New to the area and now I know not to purchase a car here.

Prior to coming to this dealership, I had taken my car to two different mechanics with no successful resolution. This dealership figured out the problems with my vehicle promptly and were knowledgeable about how to make the repairs. Their service was friendly, and they maintained contact with me about my repairs throughout the day. I also loved the convenience of paying my invoice electronically before my arrival for pick up.

The managers would rather drive the vehicles they like than sell them. They use and abuse them, run up the miles, and sell when something else comes in they like. 2 different trips there and couldn t see a truck due to managers joy riding in them for weeks. What a joke.

Justin was our salesman. He greeted us professionally and was eager to answer any questions on the vehicle we were interested in. He was very thorough, keeping us in the loop to what was going on while awaiting time with the Finance Specialist, Wes, who was just as professional and was pleasant. To go above and beyond, both Justin and Wes allowed us to have our French Bulldog, QB, inside the dealership during our roughly two-hour car purchase experience. Great car-buying experience!

Honestly, service was always top notch. When Covid hit, as with everywhere, I think there was some staff shortage and with newer employees and different service advisors it was mediocre at best.But, there was always one guy that stepped up and made everything right even though he was never my service advisor. His name is Jackie, not sure of last name. Well this appointment, as fate would have it, he was my service advisor and he didn t let me down. I had a couple of problems with vehicle that I wanted to get checked out. He explained that since I only requested an oil change it was a different section and they probably couldn t get into the main garage that day but I could schedule a different day and I was fine with that. I swear, within the hour he had already called me with all the info, he got it in and checked it out, found the problems, found the parts, got approval from warranty which I thought was expired. Basically , it was here s the problem, here s the fix, here s your cost, and here s a couple other things your truck needs. In a time it seems most people can t or won t do their job, this guy does and he is single handedly the reason I would buy another GMC from this dealership. Well done.

My service rep, Duane, went out of his way to make my time there valuable. My Yukon was serviced for a radio upgrade. This didn t take too long and he had it washed for me. That little act of kindness goes a long way with me.

I had a coupon that was not honored because they said it required 6 or more quarts of oil and my vehicle only uses 5. So I'm confused, I was charged more because my vehicle uses less?I was charged for tire rotation that was not done because they claim I need new tires.I went for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Inspection was rejected, tires not rotated and charged almost $100 and only received an oil change. The car is only a yr old. There is 30,000 miles because I travel 100 miles a day for work. If the tires on a new vehicle are only good for 30,000 miles GM should consider a different tire.

I hate to badmouth a company but I had a very unpleasant experience here. I dropped my car off to have an air conditioning repair done. I was told after the initial inspection I would need a new compressor for the unit on the car. They gave me an option to order either new AC Delco parts directly from Chevrolet or we could order after market through an auto parts store for a significantly lower rate. In an attempt to save some money and time as the autoworkers strike would affect the AC Delco part delivery time I chose the cheaper option. When they called and told me the part was in the earliest appointment time was 10 days out and I accepted and took the day off from work as I was told this could be done in one day. This is where the problems start. I dropped the car off at 7:30 am on a Monday and was told the car would be ready by noon. Noon roles around, no phone call. One o clock, no call; two o clock I decide to call. The advisor tells me there is an issue with the part and they can t seem to find out what is wrong but they will call me back shortly. Hours go by and nothing so at 4:45 I call back. I am then told my car will not be done today as there is a separate wiring component they need in order to finish the repair and my car is currently inoperable due to them removing the drive belt and they have no loaner cars for me. When I asked what could be done they said my options were to either figure it out myself or pay the labor cost of putting the car back together or waiting on another part to come in. So you are telling me I took my car to a supposed certified Chevrolet dealership to avoid the headaches of someone not knowing how to work on the car only for them to tell me they did not know how to work on the car or they would have known they needed this wiring component. I paid a premium price for certified Chevrolet technicians only for them to not know what they were doing. Needless to say I was infuriated. The other part doesn t arrive until Wednesday and in the mean time I had to rely on the kindness of friends and coworkers to take me to and from work as my car was basically being held hostage at the dealership. They never called on Wednesday when it was done, I had to call around 1 and the advisor tells me the car is done but they failed to call me. I then have to take an extended lunch missing time at work to have their shuttle come and take me to the dealership. I pay for the repair and leave. When I arrive back at work I open the hood to see what had been done only to discover the caps which cover the Freon ports are sitting on top of the engine. I call the dealership and they tell me where the ports are and I am able to reach one and tighten the cap but the other requires removing a hose from the air filter intake so I have to take the car back to the dealership to have this cap put back on. After all this headache, time missed from work, incompetence of the advisor and technician working on the car I could not recommend this deal ship to anyone unless your car died in their parking lot and you have no other choice but to use their services. I will not be returning unless it is for warranty work on the A/C compressor. Also while my car was inoperable I salesman from the dealership attempted to contact me to buy the car which I find to be in very bad taste.

I scheduled an oil change for my Buick Encore. I had to work the day of the appointment. A courtesy driver took me to work. Everything went very smooth. I really like the video of the inspection of my car. I've always had a wonderful experience with Moses.

I have experienced nothing but POSITIVE.......... Professional and Personable service on my Buick Envision and my past Buick lacrosse. Greg was our service advisor on the Lacrosse and Jackie has been our advisor since Greg retired. Both have been fantastic. I leave my car with them and have the utmost confidence in their guidance in the maintenance of my car. I bought my car from Moses based on the service that I have received for the last 6 years. Jared Hoylman is a super nice person and he has been so good to us (my wife and I) throughout the whole buying experience. I realize when you contact a dealership over and over again and never actually visit, it's hard for the dealership to take you seriously. We did not visit the dealership until we came to purchase the vehicle. Jared is a very patient and caring person and I'm sure there were times when he felt like giving up on us, but he didn't. Everyone we dealt with at Moses Buick was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. Had an appointment at 8 in the morning. Was told when I had made the appointment my parts would be in and installed. Showed up on time and all the techs were rude and no personality. Once I handed over my keys I sat for over an hour only for them to tell me my parts weren t in. Didn t say anything about when my parts would be in. They just handed me my keys and that was the end of it. Will never use this place again and don t recommend anyone else does.

After placing an order for a new vehicle in February, I was pleased to get regular updates on build and delivery status. It finally came in and I m beyond pleased?? After buying over 8 vehicles from the Moses Family I can say I m VERY happy with my order and how everything was handled.A special thanks to John Whitt on helping with my order. I was traveling from PA to NC. My breakfast stop was planned for Charleston, WV. I'd been looking for a Nissan Rouge for my next vehicle. A random glance while driving through town, brought me to this dealership. A smooth, fast and friendly car trade ensued.
