First time customer and will go back. They fit me in to have my car inspected. They were very nice starting with reception to inspector. Being female I worry that some mechanics will treat me like I don't know anything about cars. So before going to Link I read the reviews from women that said they had great service so I was very happy to find out they were correct. Thank you so much for fitting me in and being so pleasant to work with.

I called about a head gasket replacement and was told the cost upfront. Took my sons truck to them and they kept me updated on the progress. It was a great experience and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend.

First Class Customer Service !!!!I sent a email to Link Automotive asking for a quote on my daughters car which was on a Wednesday afternoon. Within 60 minutes I received a phone call from Wes who gladly answered all my questions explaining all the details including the Warranty process. Wes was able to schedule the repair on my daughters car for Friday which I was more then happy to hear. Thank you Wes & Link Automotive for repairing my daughters 2021 Toyota RAV4 and getting her back on the road. You don t know how much better I feel about the safety of my daughter and granddaughters life with quality brakes installed on her car.

This was my first time going. The gentleman who helped me and worked on my car was very nice and he was helpful. Link Automotive came highly recommended to me and they didn't disappoint. If i need any repair work I'll be going back there and I've already recommended them to others.

Link Automotive is the most customer friendly, honest shop I have ever dealt with in 45years. Wes is focused on making everything right for the customer at a great price. I have total trust and confidence in Link Automotive!!! If you are looking for a shop, it is worth the drive regardless of were you live. I have a peace of mind ever time I deal with them.

I had to have my heads replaced, they ensured that it was completed in a timely manner and I have not had any issues with it since. Wonderful staff that explained things through the entire process! Not to mention the price was a little lower then the quotes from other places I checked

I highly recommend Link Automotive!! They were the only car place that knew exactly how to get a big job done after I had called 3 other places in the area. They even got the job done in half the time and did a great job! Afterwards I got points for the work that was done to give me a discount on future work!

Cannot say enough about Link! We are from out of town Our car broke down on 4th of July. They were open, checked it out right away and got us back on the road (we were driving home the next day so in a rush) by 10a the next day! Great communication throughout - always answered the phone. I patroned this shop in need of an annual WV State Inspection, and actually left feeling happy! Let's talk about Link Automotive.Convenience: Accessing this shop was a breeze! Super easy to find, and located within a convenient place for everyone in the Charleston-Metro area.Cleanliness: In the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, this establishment places a high priority on not only cleanliness, but also sanitization. Every person I came into contact with was wearing more than adequate PPE (masks AND gloves). As someone who is severely immunocompromised and in a high-risk health category, I will always hold Link Automotive in very high regards in this category. This is the standard to which I will hold every other business going forward. From the moment I made the appointment with Link Automotive and explained my health risks and concerns to the team member taking my information, I was met with respect and understanding. How could this possibly get any better? Keep reading. Link Automotive uses a groundbreaking antimicrobial shield on all high touch surfaces (that's in addition to also wearing masks and gloves) - sanitization isn't just a concern to them, it's a priority.Considerate: Upon reentering my vehicle after the inspection it was very notable that any of my personal affects left in their care were exactly as I had left them. [BONUS POINTS] My car was also free of any extra dirt, grease or grime that could've carelessly been transferred to my upholstery (which often happens at other auto shops, but that ish doesn't happen at Link Automotive).In summary, Link Automotive is setting new standards for the auto repair and maintenance industries. Purchased a 93 Chevy pickup that have been setting for a lot of years. The oil pan gasket and hoses were all dry rotted and was leaking oil. I called link Auto, he told me to bring it down the next day and he would look at it and see what he can figure out. I had the truck there the next morning. Three business days later...Thanksgiving weekend...they called and said that it was fixed but had discovered another issue that needed to be addressed. We discussed it, and I decided to have the work done. my truck was ready the next day. They did great work in a timely manner. I am very impressed with Link Auto's professionalism, organization, and competence. I booked my appointment online via their excellent website, and within seconds I received a text confirmation. They were ready for me at my appointment time; no waiting. They texted me an estimate of the repairs needed, a total, and the opportunity to pick and choose which repairs I wanted to have done. I chose all - front and rear brakes, rear suspension, tune-up, oil change, and valve cover gasket replacement. They did great work and kept me updated via text. My 2004 Jeep runs beautifully now. Link Auto did a fantastic job administering an oil change, tire rotation and new wipers on my car. It was the most efficient oil change I have ever had with the wait time a little under an hour. It wasn t a terrible experience overall and I don t even really like doing bad reviews but you seem to have a nice concept and want to advance you business so here is my 100% honest opinion. I was looking for a quick place to get an inspection sticker. I was told about your place by a friend. The lady that took my info etc was super friendly. While I waited in the waiting room, the conversation between the ladies and on the phone was super inappropriate. Lots of F bombs. I curse and it doesn t bother me but it was loud and noticeable and I thought you should know. It took over a hour to get my inspection sticker, it made me late for my next appointment. That was frustrating. The check out process took too long, the iPad should be up front or something, but they did put my license plate on my car and I appreciate that. I will come back but only if whatever I m coming toGet done is the only thing I have going on that day

It was a smaller job, but the guys at Link spared the time, AFTER CLOSING to work on my Jeep. Will use again, and AGAIN. If you don't use these guys, you are probably paying too much!
