We purchased a brand new VW Atlas from Joe Holland. The whole experience was very pleasant from start to finish. Drove from PA to get the car. Welcomed us like family when we arrived. Sales guy was James Taylor. He was very nice, polite, and very informative. I give them a perfect score. We will see how everything holds up. Thanks James and the rest of the Joe Holland team.

Jimmy May was the easiest person to work with! He was very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and worked with my needs while looking for a car. Showed me plenty of options and I felt very relaxed through the entire process. Can't recommend him enough!

My interaction with the sales person , Josh Miller was great. It was a very cold and snowy day, yet he was patient with me even when I couldn't make up my mind on which color to pick. So was the manager. The whole buying experience was really nice.

After making an oil change appointment, I arrived on time and was met promptly by the service dept. I requested to have the tires rotated while there and was made aware that was fine. I then sat for 1.5 hours waiting on the service. I believe this is entirely too long for a scheduled service. Then I was asked to come to the service desk where I was informed that I was in need of an engine and cabin air filter, as well as wiper blades front and back. I then asked if the rear wiper blade typically would wear out in 10,000 miles, since it was changed there at the previous oil change. It was brought to my attention that in the service area they couldn t see that in their records, but at the service desk he could see that it was. So, he apologized because there was NO WAY they actually checked the integrity of the wiper blades. Only that they didn t have it on record it hadn t been changed and was more than welcome to charge me for a service that WAS NOT NEEDED!! So I immediately declined any of the other items, because I am sure that they weren t checked either. As I left the service desk it was another 45 minutes before my vehicle was pulled around for me to pay and leave. After being told, just before the UP Sale was attempted, that the oil change and tire rotation was complete. I will take my service for my vehicle elsewhere from now on!!!!!

My salesman, Benny Morton, was great. However, his manager, first or last name Warren, was not. The disrespect and argumentative nature he displayed was appalling. When all purchase paperwork was finalized, I walked outside to give the vehicle a final look over after they cleaned it up for me and found scratches on the front bumper. Warren informed me that all new cars have imperfections and that the average person wouldn t even see the scratches. I said that was unacceptable and had to basically argue and negotiate for any kind of resolution. I also found scuff marks on the plastic material on the interior driver seat (this was after two attempts were made driving my vehicle to the body shop to buff out the scratch marks, which didn t work). By the time I left the dealership, I was in tears. The only person who seemed to care and even ask me if I was okay and needed anything was an older lady who was inside cleaning windows. This vehicle makes the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Joe Holland, and sadly they have now lost any future business from me because of Warren.

BEST CAR DEALER AROUND! SALEMEN are the best! Eric Meadows goes above and beyond for his customers!! It took us 6 months to find the last car!But we finally found one to meet our needs!Thanks Eric for your dedication to your customers! Honest, dependable Knowledgeable, caring and goes the extra mile consistently!! Staying later to look at vehicles!Joe holland is trustworthy! Confidence was given in evaluating the used cars prior to offering them up for sell! If they would trade for a car that didn't pass inspection they don't sell it! Your dealership is friendly and courteous however when I brought it in recently for a tire issue, the managers were unaware of a VW tire warranty. I had to go back and forth via several calls with not only your dealership but another VW dealership to stress the tires were under warranty. It was not until the other dealership talked to Joe Holland s staff did your dealership honor the warranty that was in fact a VW warranty.

Extremely happy with the recent experience we had with this dealership. We brought our Jetta GLI in for the recall work and told them it also had some kind of vibration noise. We had this issue for YEARS and non of the other dealership was paying attention or even willing to help. But Joe Holland did, the advisor Kile Burke, and the service bus gentleman were awesome. They got me in on time, listened to my concerns, signed me up quickly so I could leave for work, drove me to and picked me up from work. Everything was fantastic! We are thinking of using them again for our upcoming maintenance.

James Taylor was a great salesperson. He didn't pressure us, he knew about the VW. He called and checked with us a couple of times. Jason was great as well. He answered our questions about another used VW at another dealership. David did a great job finishing up with the paperwork. Phillip was very knowledgeable about working of the VW. We was happy with the deal.

I was told they didn't accept my bank and was offered an insanely bad rate through there bank obviously I didn't go back but a couple days later my bank contacted me with a fraud alert since they had hard checked my credit 8 times dropping it 48 points assumingly because I didn't buy the car wich honestly I loved but wouldn't do it with cash after that experience

Doug Green is the man!!They were amazing and got the deal done pretty quickly. Offered a great price and even though I bought the car virtually and from a very far distance, they provided amazing service and delivered my car in pristine condition. Really enjoyed my experience from this dealership and would definitely do business with them again. They have some really great people as well, shout out Doug Green and David Scott!! Amazing dealership!

Gino and the Joe Holland team were a pleasure to work with. Although somewhat new to his position and showing some nerves when selling a pitch, his approach made the entire car buying process comfortable. Rather than having salesmen pounce as soon as we entered the lot to be ushered around and shown the expensive deluxe trims of models the dealership plenty of cheaper versions of; we were given all the space and time in the world to truly get a feel for what would we were looking for. We needed a vehicle ASAP and could have easily been pressured into overpaying for a vehicle we didn't even want, as other dealerships attempted to do. Although this particular dealership did not have the original vehicle we intended to purchase in stock, due to the current market as pertaining to distribution from the manufacturer and this SUV's popularity, we were still able to drive away happy. It did not take long after hearing our wants and needs, that Gino pointed us to two Volkswagen Atlas' fitting our description. Rather than leaning us toward the Atlas with superior trim and features, we were given the freedom to peruse both vehicles to our hearts' content. Even leaving the lot to get a quick bite to eat and discuss over our options felt comfortable; where as other dealerships in the area attempted to squeeze a decision out us, using aggressive sales tactics that made us feel that we were being ganged up on. Guess that goes to prove that no matter how entertaining and over the top advertisements may be, good will and friendliness towards customers wins in the sales industry. This overall experience with Gino and the Joe Holland team, is ultimately won my family over. They turned car shopping, typically a trip to the dentist, into an exciting and memorable experience. The vehicle we purchased was almost 10,000 cheaper than what we originally set out to get, but still included the same features and little more. This along with reasonable markups and great interest rates from Volkswagen, allowed us to walk away feeling the adrenaline of couponing mother just leaving the supermarket, rather than fools walking out of a casino who have just lost it all to the house. Once home and parked in the driveway, none of us wanted to go inside. We spent hours hopping from seat to seat continuing to be baffled by the space and leg room, and taking the time to learn about all the things that our previous 2015 model car could not do. Once again, it was a pleasure to work with Gino, Phil, and all the other members of the Joe Holland team. Thank you all for helping my family find the next vehicle we will be relying on for years to come, and thank you for making the process very congenial.

Purchased a new vehicle this weekend and couldn t have had a better experience. I worked with Josh all week to work out all the final details, so it only took us about 30 minutes to sign the paperwork and drive away in our new VW. Although not without having Phillip get us set up with all the tech and features, which was awesome. 100% recommend.

Looked all over for a great dealership to buy my new car and found Joe Holland. Josh Miller was an amazing automotive consultant. He answered every question we had immediately. Living 3 hours away we thought it would make the buying process difficult; we couldn't be more wrong. He truly went above and beyond for us. Not only was he attentive he went out of his way to make sure everything was stress-free and efficient. When we got there it only took 15 minutes to complete the paperwork, thanks to David Scott, business manager. We definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership and have told our family and friends them.
