Dropping my Honda CR-V off their tomorrow for a Thursday appointment to have a new AC Compressor installed and filled. I choose GT, not so much by price which was about what most estimates were but because of cleanliness of their shop, kindness and knowledge of the job I need done. I'll post a update once the work is done.

I live in NC and was stranded coming up the highway and broke down and the local service station referred me to Greg Moses at GT Automotive. Wow, I wish every shop was this good and honest! He secured the part we needed for next morning delivery then drove my son and I to a local hotel for an overnight stay which was awesome, then picked us up the next day. Greg and his entire team were awesome to deal with and beyond honest in dealing with us when we were truly stranded. I know we will deal again with Greg and I recommend him to anyone and everyone! Please keep up the great work and the high standards you have!!

I would say this family owned shop is a hidden gem in Charleston area. Very honest and expert people. There diagnoses is right on the dot. Work is AAA class with very reasonable prices. Recently I used their services. First impression was with the cleanliness of their work area than their work ethics and friendliness. Would highly recommend this place.

Great customer service, very helpful, and knowledgeable crew. They were able to replace my old filter quickly and stayed open after close to test it and be sure it worked/solved the problem before sending me on my way.

GT Automotive is a highly reputable family owned and operated company. Fair pricing, detailed estimates, and guaranteed work. Additionally, the staff takes the time to educate customers on preventative maintenance, and there are no sneaky charges. This is a family friendly garage, offering cartoons and other programing in their office waiting room. Rest Rooms are available for customer use. 10/10

On the long drive from North Carolina to Michigan, my 2008 Xterra decided to completely give up on driving. I appeared at this shop without an appointment and without even a phone call (on a Saturday when 9/10 garages are closed) hoping that they could help me and possibly get me back on the road in a day or two. The owner was more than willing to help and had a part delivered from NAPA within hours. Not only was my wheel bearing fixed and I was back on the road the same day, but my dog and I were immediately treated like family by the owner and others in the garage. What could have been an absolutely awful day (for me, my dog thought it was the best road trip ever) was completely turned around by GT Automotive and I will always be extremely grateful! If I did not live so far away, this would be my regular go-to for auto care. Thank you!!!!!!

Fantastic place! Helped us out when we had problems on our way from Ohio to NC. Nicest people in the world. And good at what they do. Unbeatable combination. We will be forever grateful for them.

Was turned away. Said they couldn't mount and balance my tires because they were to big. However they did my sons tires a few months ago that were bigger than mine.
