I had such an AMAZING experience with Enterprise the other day when I bought my car. Preston worked with me all evening to find the vehicle that was right for my toddler and I. He was very attentive to my needs in a vehicle and he let me explore several options. He was not pushy like the other car sales men I have come across in this journey. He wanted to help me find something that I loved and was best suited for my needs. Preston was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and did a phenomenal job helping me compare them before I came to a decision. People tend to get caught up on the fact these vehicles were rental cars at one point, but Enterprise does great with the vehicle maintenance and they all have to be thoroughly inspected prior to being sold. I am very pleased with the vehicle that I bought! They have great options for warranties as well. This has by far been the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership!

First time I ve ever bought a car, and I was referred to Enterprise by Chris at Avis rental Yeager airport- I had to rent several cars last year when taking my late husband to his chemo treatments and got to know Chris. This was the easiest car buying experience as I ve been a part of the process but never bought on my own. Terrance had the best personality and was so happy to help me. The manager April was wonderful and made things fall into place.

I was sold my car under the impression that I was also getting the extended warranty. After a few days of having my car the Enterprise Dealership called me and said due to an error(their fault) in their paper work the bank didn't actually approve my load for the full amount including the extended warranty. My only option was to return the car or move forward without the extended warranty. Buying a car is already stressful and I didn t want to deal with returning and finding another car. They didn't explain the paperwork I signed properly, as far as I knew the deal was done when I left the lot. As I ve learned that wasn't the truth. The dealership really didn't offer any compensation for their mistakes and stressful situations other than a tank of gas.

My car buying experience was the best I have had in my lifetime, and I am 65 this month! No pressure, felt as though I was in charge, not the pushy salesperson of almost every other car purchase we have completed. Jason Holcomb was personable, informative, helpful throughout the process. I have never had such good service and also made to feel right at home by all the people there at the sales floor. Also, need to mention Connor at the Rental department as well as Kerstin Kennedy of the Rental department at the MacCorkle Ave. Charleston WV location. Such helpful, nice people. I think your company must go above and beyond to find the perfect staff. Thank you!

Most pleasant car buying experience I've had. Jason and Preston were very responsive and good about letting me know where my vehicle was in the transfer process. Jason was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the paperwork quick and easy.

I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Enterprise Car Sales and had an excellent experience! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process, and I felt confident in their expertise. They were also reasonable in their pricing and trade-in value for my car, making the purchasing experience smooth and stress-free. The quality of the Jeep was exactly as advertised and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Just completed the purchase of the second vehicle I have bought from Enterprise. Jay, my sales person went above and beyond what was required to make sure I was completely satisfied.I highly recommend Enterprise for used car purchases. They are very transparent with their prices and don t resort to high pressure tactics to make a sale.

Prices are high and there s no negotiation. Vehicles are usually high mileage. The sales staff is polite and friendly

I can not express how easy it was to purchase a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales. Going in, I knew exactly what my price was and that it would fit in my budget. The salesman listened to my every need and was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me understand the car buying process. No haggling, friendly staff, and a beautiful facility to boot. 5 stars from me!

I had an extremely positive experience from the initial preapproval online, to the sales team down to the car buying process itself. I dread coming to dealerships because I always get taken advantage of and leave stressed out but this time was certainly different.I had forgotten about Enterprise Sales until my Enterprise rental car rep recommended them when I had totaled my car. I shopped a bit online found something I might like and decided to try and get preapproved to see if it even made sense to come down and shop. After I was preapproved, Jade had contacted me to schedule an appointment. She couldn t catch me by phone but we were able to communicate through email n which she was extremely helpful. Upon my arrival at the dealership; I was met by Mark. Mark asked what I was looking for and he delivered. He showed me 6 cars and took the time to explain each of their perks and if there were any cons. It was super cold and I had our two kids with us so he was extremely patient. I finally settled on one I wanted to test drive and I continued to look at the ones he showed me to make sure the test drive car was the one! Once I committed the paperwork was painless and he had us finished in less than 45 minutes (which I was grateful for because our kids were starting to get bored). The following appointment Preston helped me take care of my down payment and was so patient when my card declined several times because I maxed my limit. They were all extremely personable, respectful of what we needed AND was not pushy by any means. I 100% recommend Enterprise Sales in Charleston to assist you with your used car purchase!

Staff was great to work with, offered every opportunity to test drive the car and answer any questions that I had. Preston did all of the paperwork so I could take it to my bank and set up the loan, it really made it easy on us. Happy with my car so far, it was well maintained and only has 29k miles on it. We'll see if we have any issues with it, and I'll update how it is handled. Thank you Enterprise!

It was a great experience. Mr. Michael Cooper was very knowledgeable and helpful at the time of purchase, with every question I had, he had a bonifide answer. I'm glad that I had a chance to meet and to work with Mr. Cooper. Keep selling.

Bought a minivan here and had a great experience. Went to trade a used forester for a truck and had a bad one. Manager appraised our vehicle without leaving his office. Would not recommend to trade a vehicle in, but would purchase here again.

Preston and Erika are the best!!!! They look at u like a human being not just a credit score!!! I went in to get one car but they showed me another car and I love it!!! The process was extremely easy with them!!! Thanks again!!

This is my 3rd experience with Enterprise (specifically this location) but this is my first car solely in my name, I m so very grateful for all the extra miles Brittany & Erica went for me to get my own car with limited credit. Not only did she call me after hours with the news that she found a car for me but she listened to all my requests and needs in a vehicle. I spent a better part of two days in this location while they worked on a good deal for me, seeing these employees with other customers and witnessing the behind the scenes on how they treat their customers. It s absolutely astonishing how kind they are and how invested Enterprise is with their customers. I ve said it a million times before and I ll say it again, I ll forever be an Enterprise customer. Thank you Erica and Brittany and all the others!!

Enterprise folks were all very accommodating, and very informative, without being forceful or pushy ( much appreciated ). The process of trade-in to purchased car delivery was very efficient, smooth and painless. The whole team appear to work together very well and professionally. It was a pleasure working with the sales consultant Preston. Very much appreciated the follow up call after the sale. An obvious extra touch that does not go unnoticed. I could easily recommend Enterprise to others with confidence they could experience an equally satisfying experience.

The team is super friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The car buying experience at Enterprise was simple with no hoops to jump through. The cars are clearly priced and below blue book.Michael was understanding and very genuine. He took great care of my family and made sure that we was well satisfied with our purchase. I would definitely recommend Enterprise and the team in Charleston.

Erica and Doug were amazing people to work with. From the time that I started shopping for a car to the fast approval and signing the paper work. They were friendly and never pushy what so ever. They made it clear that everything is my choice from what I wanted to the warranties and all other. Even when there was a problem they went the extra mile to make sure that we got everything taken care of as quickly as we could. You can bet I'll be back to buy another from enterprise car sales. They are awesome.

Great staff with a good selection of cars and great customer service. My wife and I wanted to make a quick trade-in happen. We found a car in MD that we liked so Mike and his crew helped get it to Charleston quickly to make everything happen for us. We love our Subaru. Highly recommend!

(Offers optional insurance gap coverage into sales agreement).Works to help find you the best financing rate at multiple lenders.Example, I got a 1 year old, used 2020 model vehicle for $13K at 5% for about $270/month for 72 months with $500 down at time of purchase and with NO trade in vehicle.My credit score was below 700 and labeled "fair" by Credit Karma.

While I did not originally intend to purchase a vehicle from Enterprise, Derek, Jordan, and Mike were all absolutely wonderful to work with. This was not at all like my past car buying experiences that were high-pressure and stressful. Derek found me a car that met my long list of "must-haves" plus more! I couldn't say no. The entire process was a breeze and I will absolutely be recommending Enterprise Car Sales, specifically this location, to anyone I know in the market.

Best car Buying experience , that I have ever had! Please ask for William Jordan Tyler !!! I applied online and got a call to come in and take a test drive. I was surprise how quickly the process was with no pressure! I purchased a car with 22,000 miles on it and the next day discovered the air conditioner was not blowing right. It was taken car of immediately and I was given a rental. Enterprise was out of rentals during the day, so the manager gave me his new 2017 Pathfinder to drive til mine was fixed. I love my car and the customer service!!!!!
