A lot better customer service than they had in the mid to late 90's. I guess they've been getting the sensitivity training because they now look at people of color as customers not trash. So way to go Dohm's keep up the great work.

I recently bought a moped here and I had a great experience. They were super helpful and walked me through the whole process from inquiry to riding off the lot. I came back and bought my motorcycle helmet here and they were super helpful in finding me a helmet that was in my price range and fit me. I would definitely recommend Dohm Cycles!

Zac is awesome. We stopped in looking at klr650 and within 10 minutes my husband was buying it. He loves it and the service dept just done the first service, left the bike went day day to pick it up, nice guts at the counter. The best part they don't hound you to death when you walk in to look because I don't like that. Great price on bike out the door and my husband is enjoying saving close to 200.00 a week in gas. Will be buying another one in the near future. Thanks Zac, your awesome

Love Dohms only place I ll buy from I ve bought a grizzly a Yamaha Viking and a Yamaha RMAX from them and Yamaha Kodak 700 4 wheeler. Brandon Dawson great dude and will keep u informed on what ur looking for and very helpful and makes u feel like family and they have the BEST mechanic in area by far my opinion that would be one and only Shawn Prather . Top line service and sales

Have been to Dohms many of times. My husband bought his motorcycle there. Tried to go in to purchase a 50cc dirt bike for my son. Price on the bike was $1800 once at the register after taxes and "fees" the total was $2600, we walked out don't plan on coming back.

Went in there to get some parts for my brother and they were crazy busy. They only had one guy working the parts counter and he handled the busy environment extremely well. For a young guy he had really nice manners something you don t see out of people his age and definitely better customer service than most guys working at ATV dealers. Didn t catch his name but just thought he deserved some credit!

They allowed me to get my oil change without a waiting list. In fact, it was quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about, though I admit that one of the great things about motorcycle ownership is the dealerships are always cool to visit. I only ever went to one where the people that worked there didn't seem to be excited about the product they sell or pleasing the customer as a motorcycle peer.

I have been buying motorcycles, four wheelers and SXS from Dohms for 20+ years. I have always been treated great and will continue to buy from them. Excellent service and parts departments also.

I went here with just under $20k to spend on a side by side. I have a trailer to haul it. When I entered the door, there was one worker sitting at a desk playing on his cell phone. He never acknowledged my existence. Another worker was standing by the door chatting with friends. He never acknowledged my existence. I walked near both workers as I browsed on my own. They never said "hi", "can I help you", or "I'll be right with you. " There were no side by sides in the showroom. I went outside and the gate containing what looked like side by sides had an "employees only" sign. I finally left and will buy one elsewhere.

My fiance took his motorcycle to Dohm Cycles about a month ago because it wouldn't hold a charge. They told him it would be ready in 3 to 4 days. The only services he authorized were for them to fix the charging problem and one new tire. They quoted a price of roughly $400.00. We have called them numerous times to see if the bike is ready. As of today they still have it. They say they have serviced several things with it and ordered several new parts. They did not notify us for authorization to perform these services nor did they let us know they were ordering parts and they now are saying we owe them almost $1000.00. Every time we call we are told a different reason that it isn't ready and that they have found something else wrong with it. My fiance said that Larry, Moe, and Curly could have had it finished by now. They have repeatedly mislead us in regards to this. They have not initiated any of the communication between us; we have initiated every communication. They are not courteous nor professional. We absolutely DO NOT recommend this business based on our experience with them.

I have not personally bought any side by side or dirt bikes from this company but my brother has and it is good company to buy from and his side by side has lasted for awhile and still going. I do watch Dohm racing and he can make some dirt fly and give it his best. I would say if his Dohm Cycles are any thing like his racing they are number 1 in my book. I would buy from him if i had the need for any thing he sales at Dohm Cycles.

I was there again on Wednesday, had new tires installed,Service was great with Sean and Charlie.I called one day and they said bring it up the next day everything taken care of if you need service take it to Dolm Cycles in Charleston, They all are like the get along gang ,very nice.Ps. My husband bought a side by side off them he had trouble with the wire harness they wanted 1200.00 to put one on and if that wasn t the problem well you paid them anyway even if it didn t fix the problem. So I called Cycle Center in Huntington WV and they was great said bring it down we will see if that s what is wrong and won t charge you to put a wire harness on it. Then returned to get my side by side and they changed me 118.00 for taking the cover off the fuse panel and not putting it back so. Don t go there for anything. Go to Huntington Wv Cycle Center.

Had to get a dirt bike tire put on the rim after I failed by trying to do it at home with spoons. I ended up needing a new tube and tire. Dohm was able to squeeze me in and had me fixed up and on my way within an hour. The service was also great once they realized I was there alone and not with someone lol.

Salesman had the personality of a wet mop. Even with a substantial down payment, we walked out. Will not be back.

Good people doing a great job! Just picked up my street bike after having a Vance & Hines exhaust with Dynojet power commander installed and it looks good, rides good and sounds AWESOME! I ve never visited the shop before but if the staff and everyone are as nice as Zach and the gang at the track then they would most definitely have my business and may very well in the future , but one may never know

One star for sales. He never followed up with me multiple times. I basically had to force him to sell me something. I would have bought at another Honda dealership if it was closer.Service on the other hand is top notch. They know what they are talking about, proceed fairly and get the work done quickly.

I bought my sons ttr50 from Brandon Dawson. He was super helpful, very nice, and made the experience so easy! I highly recommend dohm cycles if your in the market for anything they sell! Local, family owned, easy( especially for upkeep and maintenance)and fabulous people! My son loves his bike and when it s time to upgrade I ll be going back!

Danny was very helpful while I was buying new goggles both of my stepsons, will deal with this guy many more times. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Not to mention his biceps are humongous. Deserves a managerial position.

My husband took my son in today. He is going to buy him a new dirt bike for his birthday. Unfortunately your staff had no interest in them. Not one employee spoke to them. So they left and when to another shop. While in there they came across anther person that had just been in your store apparently no one was interested in helping him either. If I were the owner of this establishment I would have to take a close look at how many $$$ are leavimg my store and going need were.
