Capital Ford reached out to us as we were an old Todd Judy customer. We had been interested in upgrading our Jeep Wrangler to a more comfortable family SUV. However, just haven t been able to make a deal at other companies or dealers. However, Capital Ford really worked super hard on getting us an amazing deal and to keep our payment where we wanted it. They allowed us to take a really thorough test drive to ensure that was the vehicle we wanted. When we told them we wanted to work the numbers, they did all the painful work the day before we were able to come in and sign paperwork. So the day of purchase was quick and smooth. In and out in an hour or so. The new car manager and his team worked super hard to find the BEST interest rate and deal for us. I can honestly say this was the VERY BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you so much for everything you have done for our family during this big life purchase. We love our new Explorer!

Bridget Camp provided excellent service. She exceeded our expectations. After searching other dealerships within a 4 hour radius, the Marmet, WV Capital Ford location had the best selection and great customer service team.

Nae gave me the absolute best car buying experience I could ask for. It was fast and easy. She made sure all of our needs were met and that we were not rushed! We took a few days to really go over the details and decided on the perfect car. Thank you Nae.

We talked in the phone. I told them my situation and my budget and what vehicle I wanted. They said, after checking my credit, SURE COME ON DOWN, we ll set you right up. I drove over 99 miles to get there. After I got there, they said they didn t agree with what I told them. Tried to get me to pay, $447 a month for the vehicle I chose, with an insult of $500 for my 2007 truck, trade in. Don t go there unless you tape record the deal they give you over the phone. They re liars, and they ll cheat you out of your trade in

Recently, I purchased a F-150 from Todd Judy Ford East in Charleston, WV. In summary, it was the most miserable vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had.A salesman had advertised the truck on a Facebook group. It had the exact specs I was looking for so I contacted him. He asked about my trade so I sent pictures, the sticker and the VIN. He came back with a complete lowball offer for the trade, at least $12,000 below Kelley Blue Book trade in value. I had no interest in their lowball number, so I made a good faith, straightforward offer based on the actual value of the trade in. My offer was my vehicle + $xx,xxx dollars for OTD price. This was the value of my trade plus cash to get to the advertised price. In addition, I stated I would put down a deposit which would be deducted from the total financed. He responded That should be good. Three days later, the salesman called and said the offer was accepted so I gave him my credit card for a deposit to hold the truck, since they were 800 miles away. I asked for a copy of the credit card receipt and a contract for the vehicle. He sent the copy of the receipt but no contract. Honestly, I was surprised there was absolutely no counter offer or negotiating over the offer. That should have been a clue of what was to come.I drove 800 miles and arrived at the dealership for my confirmed appointment. During the hour and 1/2 wait to see the finance person, I asked the salesman on two different occasions if the total dollars to be financed were as stated in my offer. He said that was correct. After a few minutes with the finance person, it became clear that the numbers were not at all close to my simple offer. In fact, the total to be financed was $12,000 more than we agreed to. Basically, they had totally ignored my offer and were working with their lowball valuation of the trade. The finance person brought the salesman and sales manager into the office and these three dealership pros stated, in a well orchestrated display, that they did not understand my offer. This was almost laughable. I was amazed. What is not to understand - the trade in plus cash minus the deposit. Nothing in the offer referenced any of the numbers they were trying to jam down my throat. They understood it perfectly and that is precisely why I never saw a contract prior to driving 800 miles. In fact, since I returned home, I have asked multiple people if they understood my offer - not one of them did not understand. So, here I was, 800 miles from home dealing with the most unscrupulous dealership in the country. The sales manager agreed to drop the price a bit since you came so far . I told the group that I wouldn t be there had I known what their plan was. Had they had the wherewithal to counter or negotiate before I made the trip, it would have been a different story. But, they did not. I finally agreed to their inflated price.I got in the filthy truck, which had not even been washed and got out of there with zero explanation of the features, etc.Stay far away from this dealership. If not, you ll want to wash the slime off when you get home. Ford should be ashamed to have these clowns representing the company.

Been looking to purchase a new Bronco Sport, found 1 at the Patrick st location. At that Bradley or Tim thTodd Judy East reached out to me with a Bronco with more options and I took that one. I have bought several vehicles from Todd Judy and have always been treated as I was their only customer. If you shop at Patrick St. ask for Cameron Speaks or Ben Webster. If you shop at the East store ask for Trevor . Both locations always treat you well with no hassle and they are very customer driven. Tim Green is a top class individual Thank you Kevin Wilson

We have had service performed at the Marmet, WV location previously always with good success. Last year we had a difficult to diagnose electronic issue where they ended up needing two main components replaced to solve the problems. The service tech had the parts expedited and our GPS and related systems were finally restored. We continue to have service performed here because of the Service Departments dedication to excellence.

We were on our trip from Florida and had a tire pressure issue on my Ford Escape stopped to have it looked at. From the moment I walked in the staff was wonderful. From Heather at the front desk to Scott in the service department he was just the smiling face I needed in this situation. He is definitely a asset to your company and made this customer experience wonderful!! Thanks again for taking such good care of me!!KimFlorida

The amount of headache it has been just getting service on a vehicle they sold me 9 months ago is beyond ridiculous. Everyone I speak to tells a different story and if their lips are moving they are lying. They even lie about their names, right Samantha? And when I said Attorney General, nobody had anything else to lie about suddenly. Really should have just fixed the car in it's entirety as Manager Tim Green said would be done.

Sadly I wouldn't even rate this place with a single star but you have to in order to post a review!! We went to purchase a car from here and we were able to leave w it that evening. Less than 12hrs of having it the blow motor goes out. After telling them they can get the car back if they think they're going to charge us for that having a warranty on it... they fixed it a week later. LESS than 2 days later they come and take the car back and say that the bank loan never went through after having the car for over 2wks. Then put a REPO charge on our credit! We tried calling and complaining about what was going on ect and they would hang up on us. SPENCER COX was the salesman who let us leave the lot w the car and the paperwork not being done and then telling us we were driving around in a car that's not even in our name. But somehow managed to get a repo on our credit for a car that's not in our name?? This entire place is screwed they even promoted the salesman after learning about how we were treated. They came to get the car from our home and left our personal things out on the sidewalk in the pouring rain without letting us know until we walked outside and everything was drenched.

Don t recommend Todd Judy Ford body shop!! They ve had our truck for 6 weeks and still not done. Claim they have the parts which would only take 45 minutes- hour to put on, but they can t seem to find the time. We are down to one vehicle causing more miles on it than necessary. :/ They haven t even offered another vehicle to drive or to make it top priority. Very unprofessional. Not even worth one star, but it won t let us rate it lower.

Buyer Beware!!! They will lie to sale the car!!Bought a car in January, on test drive i said man something is wrong with the brakes or something. Salesman said the rotors are just rusted it will resolve in a few days then sold me a warranty that supposedly covered brakes and said no big deal it will cover it if it is something else. Came yesterday, they said warranty doesn t cover it, or really anything to do with brakes. Then said because vehicle was purchased in Jan nothing they can do

April 2021 I bought a brand new car (Ford Escape 2021) AND a used truck "Ford F-150) SAME DAY not even a year my window, door, and back hatch had broke. I made THREE appointments to have these things look at to see if warranty would cover it the first two they didn't even check as this was the reason I was there, by the third appointment I had to cause a scene to get them to even check to let me know that now it was not covered by warranty. I came back to get lifetime tires which after waiting for two hours they informed me that my car was no longer covered because I hadn't had service here since. I stopped coming here after waiting four hours (by appointment) for a simple oil change and tires with a 1 year old. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!! They do not treat their customers well. I was also informed a shuttle could take us into Charleston so we didn't have to wait here all day. The man at the service desk just shrugged his shoulders, couldn't even get me to speak a complete sentence to me while I was here to get my car serviced. Take your money else where!!!! I wouldn't even give a full star I just had to to post my review!!!!

This dealership is a joke. The only thing this place is good for is to sale a vehicle to them that you want off your hands. They don't even look at it and just check the mileage and vin. Then they provide a check. This is good for the seller but not for the individual who purchases a vehicle that is overpriced and has not been inspected upon purchase.I have several colleagues who purchased from them. The service department is useless. The sales manager who goes by "Big Country" is the worst. How they made this guy a sales manager is beyond me. I did email inquiring about a vehicle to see what ridiculous response they provided me. They mark everything up over MSRP where other local dealerships have the ability to price below MSRP because they know it will result in returning customers for service and purchases. They will offer to sell certain vehicles for MSRP if you "finance through them". People really need to ask for the original paperwork from the bank and not the marked up percentage Todd Judy adds to make additional profit. This dealership targets the uniformed and poor credit population to manipulate them in to purchasing a vehicle at a higher price than NADA and an increased interest rate. Please ask for the credit report they pulled and what the bank used. They will use the tactic of showing you the lower of the 3 reports and not what the bank used.Additionally, if you watch the facebook page of their so called sales manger "Kevin Dorsey", you will an ignorant unprofessional display of the business. Constant videos making fun of people with poor credit, people who don't have a cosigner, people who can't make a high payment which wouldn't be high if they didn't overprice their vehicles and add to the initial interest rate. Also, this sales manager has posted pictures and videos of his young child putting up the middle finger at the dealership. I have recorded this and saved all images for submission to Ford. Ford needs to close Todd Judy down for their unethical practices. Todd Judy reported upon opening the dealership he wants transparent pricing and prices on every vehicle. Most of their vehicles have contact for price.Overall, there are so many poor factors about this dealership. They will call and harass you if you inquire about a vehicle, but if you need service or have any issue after the sale, they will not answer or return a call. A colleague attempted to purchase a truck from them. They ran his credit numerous times, increased the rate. When he stated he would go somewhere else, the sales and finance manager laughed and said your credit has been ran good luck attempting to find another bank to finance you.

These guys are the best!!! I was in a rough spot where I needed a car QUICK before the school year started and they worked their butts off to get something ready for me just in time. I saw a specific car online that had just gotten to their lot and they went above and beyond getting it serviced/detailed in a single day so I could take it for a test drive. They understood that I was on a tight budget and talked with multiple lenders to find the most reasonable financing plan that wouldn't break my bank. On top of that, everyone I worked with was incredibly friendly, honest, and accommodating. Truly a 5/5 star experience - they made a very stressful situation about as easy as it could be, and I'm sooooo happy with my Ford Fiesta! If you're on the hunt for a used car and want an honest, straightforward and stress-free buying experience, Todd Judy Ford East is the place to visit. Ask to speak with sales consultant Dale Dent - he'll make sure you leave happy with exactly what you're looking for!!
