They put the Wonderful in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia. My truck was towed in on Monday, and I was back on the road on Wednesday. I highly recommend this shop.

We had a truck stop at the shop so they could check the levels on the transmission and other fluids. The truck was in and out in 45 min and we got charged for half an hour work.That is honest work in my book.They go on my list of trusted shopsThank you Chris

Man! My after hours dispatcher sent the right guys! Herbie and Zach looked out for us big time! Had air leak diagnosed in seconds, fabricated the part and had me rolling in half the time they expected. They double checked for air leaks and found a second one which they battled for another hour finally getting her right. They showed up in a steady downpour ready to get it. Thanks for coming out late on a Friday night fellas. Crosby Trucking knows who to call in Charleston from now on. Friendly, positive, serious knowledge, that's dedication!

10 STARS Review from TIMEX FREIGHT, INC. WAUKEGAN, IL.Fantastic people I had a truck brake down at US-35 & I-64 in Scott Depot, WV. with coolant leaking from rusted out pipe on EGR actuator, on DD15. Called at 7:30 pm, on Wednesday, March 8th.They told me, they gonna get parts first thing in the morning and bring it.Young tall guy come and fixed it. Waits for another 25-30 minutes to make sure, there's no any coolant leak.THANK YOU GUYS!

ALERT Truck drivers.These guys should change their To Scams instead of cams. They charge me 580$ to fix my truck AND i got the same issue after driving only 200miles.When i call them back, They were making excuses. Friendly staff

Zach and Herbie as well as the owner at Cam s service center deserve 10 out of 5 stars. They went above and beyond to get us moving as we were stuck on the side of Highway 79 north bound on a foggy night. At midnight, we called in with a stuck open purge valve on our air dryer, the tech showed up with parts when nobody else had them and fixed our issue within 30 minutes. Thank you again guys!

These guys are awesome! Chris called us back after missing our call and we told him what we needed. He said he could get us taken care of right away. We drove from the place that just gave us false information and backed our 30ft trailer right in and he started straight away. Very professional and super nice. Great place to get tires done passing through Dunbar!

These guys are AWESOME!! Ethan was so helpful getting us back on the road when we broke a hub on a trailer we rented. Chris and Ethan both helped unload, amd reload the trailer on the side of the freeway with cars and trucks ripping by at 80! What we thought was going to be several hours ended up being just over an hour. I tried to give them a tip but they wouldn't accept one. Hopefully the boss sees this and gives them both a raise!? They definitely deserve it!! Highly recommend these guys if you're stranded on the side of the road in West Virginia and need some help!

Being owner operator for 5 years no one give me a break before but this guy's after fixing my tires I went to the office to pay the guy tell me have nice day he don't even charge me for labor I recommend this place for all owners operators.Thanks for making my day

As we were traveling through mountainous West Virginia on 79 South, our RV began chugging and could barely make it up the next slope. We babied it along several miles until we pulled into Cam s parking lot in Dunbar, WV. Immediately a technician in a service truck pulled up beside us, diagnosed the problem and momentarily Zack began to service our RV right on the spot. Moments later we were on the road again. We highly recommend Cam s for your RV and other engine service needs.

If it's a quick dollar (change your tire, bring you fuel, etc.), they're on it, but don't let it be something that has potential to be complicated, because they'll leave you on the side of the road. I drive a 99 Ford PSD and broke down Christmas evening passing through town. Called Cam's , and to my shock, Chris, "the boss" answered. After I explained my circumstances and the truck'sbehavior, he told me that he was only responding to tractor trailer tire changes for the evening, but his Ford Diesel mechanic, Brandon, would be in at 8; call back and he could send him my way. I began calling the next morning at 740, and every 30 minutes afterwards leaving a msg each time. Finally at 945, Brandon answered. After I filled him in, he offered an immediate diagnosis, and stated it wouldn't take much time to make the repair, but stated he would have to get clearance from "the boss" and would call me back. He called back a few minutes later, and said he could get to me at 1. At 1230 I walked to where my vehicle had died the night before. I waited and waited. At 2, I tried calling the shop, again no answer, left msg. At 230, after two more calls to Chris, it dawned on me that Brandon had returned my call that morning from his cell phone, so I called him - no answer. I sent him a text, and asked if he was still coming. His response was he was trying to get to me, but they were busy. At 330, I texted again, only to get a similar response. My response back, was I couldn't stand the 12 degree temperature, sitting in a truck that won't start, so I was returning to the motel. Please call when your heading that way and I will return. At 445, and after no text or courtesy call, I tried once more by sending text stating, your not going to make it are you? Brandon returned the text apologizing and stated he only does what he's told, so he wasn't going to make it. So I tried once again to call Chris, aka "boss", aka owner, and once again got voicemail. My msg to him was simple, I was only looking for honesty. If you would have told me last night, or even this morning that there was no way you could get to me, then I could have spent the day looking for someone available. Instead I'm out another night in motel, and still looking for a mechanic. I offered one more opportunity and said, if you want to make this right give me a call to discuss options for tomorrow else expect my experience to be published as a bad review. The guy has no balls whatsoever - never called me back. If you're reading this Chris, I hope you never end up broke down and stranded 18 hours from your home, in a state that you have zero friends or family, all the while in subfreezing temperatures, and your wife, child, and dog are relying on you to get them home.

Could not have asked for a better experience..had check engine light come on 13 miles from their shop 2 minutes from quitting time. Chris the owner stayed until I got there at least to plug up diagnostic tool to check codes..found a bigger problem unrelated. Allowed me to stay overnight on his property,picked up parts on his way in the next morning had my truck fixed and rolling by 10:30am.Great work at great prices..

We called Cam's because of a DEF situation. Our 2016 International Prostar had a full tank of DEF, but come to find out there was Crystallization formed inside and blocked the hose(s)...or something like that...Zane came out, was there in 15 minutes, ran codes, went to get parts and was back in 10. He was professional and friendly, but most importantly had us rollin' in an hour! We almost tried to get towed to International, so probably saved us a million dollars too!!! Thanks so much, wish every city we traveled to had a Cam's!!!

I work for AIP, and we do a lot of business with Cam's! They are very friendly and helpful. I can take my truck there anytime and usually they can get it started the same day! Chris is very friendly and nice to work with. Big thumbs up from me.

We were stranded on a 13 hour trip. Called AAA for a tow, wait time was 45 minutes w no repairs. Duh. Found CAM auto service on a Google search. Team of two, Chris and Zane, came and had us up and running in much less time than expected. Very professional and fast for our issue. Would highly recommend!

Not only are they professionals they are on time I have the best mechanics with the most knowledge and the most professional owners I've ever met my life in the service shop industry if you need anything from a jump start do a motor rebuild give these guys a call cam's has got you covered I highly recommend this company. !!!!!!

Near Scott Depot WV on a trip from Maine to Arizona when RV engine died on the highway. AAA was a 4 hour wait for tow. Called Cam's was promised a 45 minute response. Technicians arrived as promised, diagnosed issue, and went for parts. Completed repairs and we were back on the road again in about 2 hours from the time we called. Excellent, timely and professional service!

Professional. Excellent Service. Friendly Technicians. Reasonable Priced. Brought two workers to get us up and moving ASAP!! We broke down on the way to Bristol TN. Called Cams and they were here within 25 mins, had the problem solved within an hour and we were back on our way! IF YOU'RE IN THE AREA CALL THESE PROFESSIONALS.
