Best tire shop in Charleston! Always great prices & Travis could not be any more helpful! Finally, a tire shop I don't feel like I have to second guess, second opinion, or be afraid of being given the "female" treatment. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I have been back home now for almost 2 years, and BRIT TIRE & ALIGNMENT has deserved being the only shop I take my cars to, even for just oil changes. Travis and crew knows and give 'old school' customer service and quality repairs. They have never let me down.

It s hard to find a shop that acts like they care as much about your vehicle as you do. Brit has proven this to me over and over. They re the only shop I ve gone to that doesn t over or under torque the wheel bolts, they keep the inside clean, and always finish up when they say.

Went in yesterday to have some rims swapped out and an alignment. Turns out the new (used) rims I brought in were bent. They also explained my alignment was fine.So, a lot of work to leave me in the exact position I started in.However, they were very honest and helped me the best they could. They charged a very fair price for the labor (perhaps undercharged me).Highly recommend these folks for their honesty and solid with ethic!

You cannot beat a locally owned and run operation. I have found their prices are very reasonable for tires and service and generally better than the big box stores. Mechanical work is excellent. They do much more than just tires

I started taking my car here for routine maintenance and I have been very happy. Their prices are reasonable, quick service, and they re friendly and knowledgeable. Finally found a good garage to go to.

Bought my current set of tires there several months ago after being referred by the company that services my vehicle. They were the only place that could find the tires I needed for my Mercedes without going back to the dealership. The owner was very nice & helpful. It saved me money and they were efficient in getting them there. I went to have my tires rotated this morning and again,.....excellent service. Very fast and very nice people to deal with. I've bought many sets of tires over the years and I've been more pleased with Brit (owner & employees) than any previous dealings.

Booked an appointment online at the beginning of the week for Friday. They couldn t get me in at the time I wanted to drop the car off, but they worked with me and was real courteous. Friendly workers. Great service. Reasonable prices. Not disappointed! They agreed to let me drop off when I needed to, and come back after I was off work. Thanks guys!!!! You made this so easy and worry free!! I will definitely use you all in the future!

Amazing, fast and very efficient experience. The prices were amazing on tires and the speed at which the completed the job was the fastest I have experience ever when having tires put on my vehicle. The customer service was great and they were very knowledgeable and courteous.

My vehicle was having issues after hitting a pot hole. The employees were kind and helpful. They ordered what I needed, and set up an appointment so I could get my car back quickly. I look forward to returning to Brit's when I need assistance!

If you are getting an inspection here, you better have everything in order. Make sure you have some money in your pocket as well because it's not cheap. Sometimes you can find good deals on tires here, but if you are needing an alignment I would go somewhere else. They do not guarantee their alignment and we had a new set of tires ruin within the warranty period (about 20k miles on 75k mile tires) and we did not get our tires replaced for the alignment redone. We will not be going back.

Shawn and Justin both took great care of my car while it was there. Up front, honesty, courteous guys at a reputable shop. They knew exactly which tires to recommend based on the car, my driving habits, and my needs. Road noise is gone, car handles as good as before and no longer pulls to the right. Thanks guys!

These guys balance but not turn a wrench I guess. Went in knowing the ball joints need tightened they were loose. Had a set of tires go bad in 2-3 weeks, so took my ride to BRI to get tires and balanced. They tell me tires on and I need to tighten those ball joints, like I got a lift at home. We ll good thing they were loose because I had a strut sheered and wheels bind to the right, because you know, tires needs balanced. Thank God for the play the loose ball joint provided for the driver side. So obviously BRI didn t notice or care to tell me after they put a tire on said strut. As soon as you get the hatchback, that s right, a 2 door Vw hatchback, (big wrench turning job). wheel binds as soon as you get the little guy in air. They just didn t want to turn a wrench so it s your ballpoints. They just had to get that wrench turning out of the garage. All around just terrible service, and they are pretty open about it. With a lift I could tighten the balljoints in half an hour.

These guys always do a great job. They ve done oil changes, tire mounting and balancing, sealed some wheels, and I ve bought tires through them before. Always quality work.

These have to be the most honest people I ve ever seen. Other places I fear always try to tell you things are wrong that aren t, but these guys don t do that. I really appreciate the honesty in them. I would definitely recommend them!

Britt Tire was highly recommended. I plan on giving them a try. It would be helpful to hear from Britt Tire that they are on the up and up. I know a great deal of folks and I would be more than happy to give them a high recommendation if their price, service and honesty is above reproach.The $20.00 concerns me though. It is the principle of the matter not so much the money
