Ball of Toyota was amazing to work with. I live far away and Kaitlyn was amazing from the start.She got me approved and then waited for me to be able to travel to pick up the car , she went above and beyond to have everything approved and ready to go so everything went smoothly. She also met us outside with a smile and was friendly and courteous and helpful . I love my new car and wish I had done this sooner!! Definitely recommend

Kaitlyn and Cole were amazing to work with. I was able to complete my purchase over the phone in a matter of hours and they had my car waiting for me the next day. They were both very professional and friendly. There were no high pressure sales or misleading advertising . They had the exact vehicle I was looking for at a competitive price. We drove 3 hours to shop here and would do it again for our next vehicle. Best car shopping experience ever!

Nathaniel, my salesman and Cole, the finance specialist, were a pleasure to work with. I was buying from out of state, and I had a multitude of questions regarding the Tundra I was interested in. They took the time to go outside and check the truck for all the things I wanted to know about, and we negotiated the price over the phone with no issues at all. Took care of most of the paperwork over the phone and through email, and when I showed up to the dealership after a 450 mile trip, it only took about 30 minutes to get everything finished and drive off the lot! Very pleased with my experience at Ball Toyota.

This is one of the best dealerships I ve ever done business with. Kaitlyn was amazing and her communications of when the truck was coming in were top notch. Cole in financing made the whole agreement smooth and seamless. The general manager came and picked me and my wife up when we arrived at the airport. I will absolutely do business with them again. Hands down the best service.

We had an extremely positive experience at Ball Toyota. Kaitlyn was efficient, friendly and very responsive. Cole in financing was great. We were well taken care of and will definitely look to Ball Toyota first for future purchases. We absolutely love our vehicle! And have already recommended folks to check them out. Great customer service and honesty goes a very long way! We don t give positive reviews lightly!

I asked Ball Toyota to check my brakes for a grinding sound. They never checked the brakes, but charged me and applied a WV state inspection sticker. This was only discovered a few weeks later when checked by an independent mechanic found rear rotors, brakes and calipers destroyed. I have the old destroyed brakes. How many people are they still doing this to?

Told us our trade in had hail damage and seriously low balled the offer. Said NOPE, tried to negotiate, but they wouldn't, so we left. Went to Moses and they said there was no hail damage and gave us blue book+ so we bought from them. Ball, well, you lost a $60k sale

Had some issues with Toyota corporate on a previous vehicle, but Ball and their great GM worked with me on my trade-in to make sure I was satisfied with minimal headache on my end after some work.Jacob my sales rep was always prompt with me, and the service guys are always polite.

While traveling through West Virginia to a wedding; a deer hit our Highlander severely damaging the front and side of our vehicle. We were able to drive to Ball Toyota and arrived prior to their opening.The employees at Ball are the best! They checked our vehicle and advised next steps; offered us coffee, snacks, and a place for our toddler to run around all before they even opened for business! They were the spot of sunshine we needed this morning! This team went above and beyond the parameters of their jobs! This group was so kind, empathetic and genuinely concerned for our safe travel. If they took this kind of care of complete strangers from states away; I can only imagine the unsurpassed service they will deliver for your vehicle needs. Charleston you are lucky to have Ball Toyota! A special shout out to Dave, Richard, Chris and the gang at Ball Toyota!

We had such a great experience at Ball Toyota. Rob was very knowledgable and answered all our questions and made buying an out of state car as easy as he could. Mitch assisted us seamlessly through the financial piece. Easiest car buying experience we have had. Very proud to buy from a reputable dealer who stays at sticker price. Had the worst experience I ve ever had at any dealership! I was called gambler when not buying the extended warranty. Then I take my brand new Grand Highlander off the lot and the check engine light comes on within 10 miles. They have been horrible to deal with since my brand new car issues. I would never suggest this dealership.

This place is AWESOME! We were traveling to South Carolina from Ohio, and about 2 hours in to our drive, a maintenance light came on saying a certain fluid was too hot. I had just had some maintenance done at a chain oil place on our Toyota Highlander and turns out the place did it wrong; we didn't know this. So, really long story short, we were directed to find a Toyota dealer as they would "have the parts needed to do the maintenance correctly." Thank God we found Ball Toyota in Charleston. It was pushing 5 pm and they were packed. The manager of the service department (I think he was the manager) took pity on us and fixed our problem thoroughly. Also, they stayed past closing time for us, on a Friday! (Unfortunately, it took around 4 hours as they had to wait for a fluid's temperature to go down and then do other things). Under the hood was a literal mess from this problem fluid getting too hot and popping the lid off and spraying all over. Anyway, two comments... Ball Toyota is THE BEST place to go for honesty, a thorough job, and caring service. Secondly, if you own a Toyota, invest in the service plan your dealer offers. It will be well worth it have whatever maintenance needs to be done correctly and to not be stranded on the highway with your family on the first day of vacation.

I had been trying to find a specific Tundra truck for several months. Finally found one here. Jacob and the rest of the staff at Ball Toyota were amazing. Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Positive attitudes, knowledge of the vehicles, motivation, and a willingness to help go a long way these days!

I had an AMAZING experience buying my first new car at Ball Toyota. Kaitlyn was great and I will also be coming back in the future if I'm looking for another car or for maintenance on my new car. Mitch the finance manager also did great. Him and Kaitlyn both were knowledgeable and very informative and helpful. They explained everything and answered any questions I had.

It was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Kaitlyn Simmermaker was professional and knowledgeable. She did not have your typical pushy attitude you seem to find in most sales people. Will is always a pleasure to work with. He is always prepared and willing to go the extra mile to create the best environment possible. I'm glad to have had them both help me! Go see them today, you won't be disappointed.

Ball Toyota is one of, if not, the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. Destiny was great to work with and walked me through every step in the process. I always knew where my car was from being built to being delivered to the dealership. Cole, the finance manager, was also great. He was very easy to talk to and there were never any surprises along the way. They charged MSRP and just the normal doc fee and TTL. I drove over 6 hours(each way) to get the car I wanted and would gladly do it again. We were at the dealership for 2 hours and could have probably been in and out in under an hour but had a great time talking to everyone. Highly recommend and our next Toyota will definitely be another Ball Toyota.

To all Bert Wolfe Management, you truly have a top notch very professional salesman in William McCormick, you don't find many like him any more. I personally want to thank him for working with us, my Dad is acting like a kid again, ( even though he not yet back up to his self just getting over the flu ) he didn't think we could do a deal, he loves it, he keep saying they won't trade me , I said Dad let's go see I think the numbers will be OK, which it did work out, it will more than likely be his last new ride, I wanted him to get it if he could. Thanks again for making it happen, also tell the sales manager I said thanks to him to him also. One happy 81 year old "Dad" !!

I had a service appointment which was confirmed the day before. When I arrived (drove 35 miles) they had shop issues and could not provide service. They were aware of the issues when I confirmed the appointment however they did not notify me or compensate me for my time and trouble. The service manager would not return my calls even after Toyota International told me I would get a call from the manager. Ball Toyota told several lies to the International Toyota customer service team (they said they offered me a free service along with other lies). This experience was the worst business ethics I have ever experienced.

Positive:The sales team was great to work with at Ball Toyota. Specifically, Jeff Shaffer (Sales Consultant) demonstrated excellent communication during these difficult times when trying to buy a new vehicle. A+ highly recommended.Negative:I must report back that I can't stand the pressure sales tactics Mitch Nicholas (Finance Manger) employed during the buying process. Mitch was very friendly when the process started, typical salesman. However, once it was clear I wasn't interested in buying an extended warranty, especially one that wasn't brought to my attention ahead of time so I had time to make an educated decision, his tone made a complete 180. Mitch was very pushy, trying to find the right warranty from a year/cost perspective that would work for me. Unfortunately for Mitch I wasn t interested in committing to an extended warranty without some time to think about it. I bought a brand new Toyota based on their history for reliability. I find it ironic that he would push so hard on this warranty stating his concerns about buying a completely redesigned Tundra due to fear with all the computer components that he kept referring to as potential expensive points of failure. Even if Mitch wasn t lying about not earning a commission on this extended warranty, clearly it s a money maker for the dealership, because as a last ditch effort he even offered a discount on it. This experience with Mitch left a very sour taste in my mouth after an otherwise great experience with Jeff.

Been on the lot twice now interested in a vehicle and haven t even been greeted. Walk inside, still won t talk to you. Got my car battery changed and even though I was quoted $50 less then what it ended up being and the service associate wasn t very nice it works fine.

The entire staff at Ball Toyota made the buying process very easy. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I am very appreciative and special thanks to Jeff for giving me a tutorial on my 2022 Toyota Highlander. Excellent service.

Best truck buying experience I ve had. William McCormick was top notch. He couldn t have been any better. I came from Oklahoma to get a special vehicle I wanted and he made the process smooth and enjoyable. I was also impressed with Cole Ballard. They both made me feel important and respected. So rare in the dealership world. If you live in the Charleston WV area go see them and make sure William is your salesman.

I recently purchased a new Tundra from William McCormick at Ball Toyota. After noticing the vehicle I was interested in on their website I reached out to William to confirm availability and to discuss price. We were able to agree on price and William stayed after closing time on a Friday evening to prepare paperwork so all would be ready for me to pick up the vehicle on Saturday morning. Saturday morning I drove 4 hours to Charleston to pick up the truck. William was helpful in explaining features on the truck and seemed genuinely appreciative of my business. He has followed up several times to see if I have any questions on the truck. Overall I was very pleased with William and Ball Toyota and would consider them again in the future.

This is an amazing dealership! Purchased my vehicle for MSRP, which is almost unheard of for a Toyota anymore. I worked with Alex and his communication skills are unparalleled! He was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I would travel 5 hours again to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and Alex.

I was able to make an appointment for the following day. When I arrived, my car was worked on right away. They finished quickly.The current listing does not show that service is open from 7:30am-6:00pmM-F closed weekends

I highly recommend Ball Toyota of Charleston for your next vehicle purchase. Rob Gilkey provided the best sales experience ever, and I have purchased at several dealerships in the past. Rob was most friendly, yet professional, as was all the staff that I encountered. Our finance manager Cole Ballard was very friendly, yet professional as well. Both gentleman deserve more than a five star rating, if it were an option, I would give the entire dealership a ten star rating. This dealership as a whole, stands out to me as the most welcoming, most friendly, and most efficient place to shop. The entire experience was quite simple, as well as hassle free. Thank you all so much Ball Toyota, for all you ve done for us. We have also decided that this will no doubt be our dealership of choice.
