I had absolutely the best buying experience with Astorg. I worked with Drew Thomas in purchasing my truck. He was very responsive and thorough and helped me find the right truck for me. The process was so smooth that I just purchased my second vehicle from Astorg, with the help of Drew, in the last year. I won t buy another vehicle again without checking with Drew!

Piper was terrific and I usually don t like salespeople. Very easy to work with and just an all around great guy. Kevin was the nicest, most involved but not intrusive General Manager I ve ever dealt with and I ve bought vehicles in 5 different states.If you re looking for the best used vehicles and deal in town definitely give them a shot. You won t be disappointed.

First and foremost I want to express how simple Astorg made everything for me! I inquired about my Camaro Sunday night while they were closed and first thing Monday morning I got a call from Jake asking how he can help and what he can do for me. I explained that I had been searching for this specific vehicle for months and would be traveling from Savannah GA to purchase it. We were able to do literally everything over the phone to the point where I got to the dealership at 1:00 this afternoon, had all of the paperwork signed and all of my stuff transferred over to my new car, and was back on the road to Savannah by 1:30. It literally could not have been any easier or convenient. I highly recommend Jake and Astorg Auto as a whole. Thank ya Jake and I hope things go well for you!

My salesman, Kevin Campbell made buying my new truck the easiest process ever! I answered a few questions over the phone about my vehicle that I was trading in, he sent me several vehicles in the category that we were looking to get. I came in Saturday to test drive the truck. He had it ready to drive. Once we got back to the dealership, the WVU Game was on, I sat on their leather couch watching the game during the process. We talked numbers, (which blew my mind on how great they did me on my trade in). Signed the papers and drove off in my new truck. I will 100% for sure be a returning customer for my next vehicle!

Absolutely astonished by the service and overall experience at this dealership. We thankfully got in touch with Drew Thomas who helped answer some questions about another vehicle we were seeking inquiring about. It was no longer at this lot, but he did not stop at showing us our options. He was very informative and responsive throughout the whole buying process, and ensured I got the best deal within my price range! He thankfully found the right car for me, and made sure it was perfect. Drew was nice and overall a great guy. I will be sure to come back when on the lookout for any future purchases!

Absolutely thrilled with my service here. Beth was amazing and quick to respond. I called just looking for a car and she had all the info and everything and I bought the car the SAME DAY. No run around and the best trade in I could have gotten on my vehicle.

We traded my wife s Jeep in for a 2019 Expedition and honestly- the experience was great! We didn t have the vehicle with us as we were just browsing. We sent pictures of the Jeep to see the deal and left to go about our day. When we were texted the trade value we couldn t say no. One of my best experiences buying a vehicle and Kevin Campbell was awesome to deal with! If they have a vehicle you are interested in- go see Kevin. He will not play typical dealership games and is very professional. Great experience for us.

Had a wonderful experience here at Astorg Auto working with Pyper Roe. We got a good sticker price, trade in price, and he tried to keep my 1 year old occupied during the process, which was actually pretty quick! Did not have to argue and go back and forth 5 times like usual. It seemed like they truly want to do what they can on their end to sale and for their customers to have a good and exciting experience, as it should be! I was impressed, happy with my purchase, and would go back.

Purchased an Aviator from out of state and couldn't be happier. Transaction was smooth as silk and the car was exactly as described. Kevin Campbell was great to deal with and had everything ready to go when he picked me up from the airport. Easy to fly into and beautiful area. Very good experience and wouldn't hesitate buying from him again. Honest and friendly folks. Highly recommend based on my experience.

Our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Astorg. Pyper Roe was our salesperson and he made it the best experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. He answered all of our questions, valued our time and worked to make sure we got the best deal possible. We love the Jeep and we ll definitely be back to see Pyper when we are in the market again!

We had the best experience dealing with Astorg. Piper went above and beyond what we expected and we would recommend him to anyone. Generally, buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but this was the easiest encounter ever that resulted in having a beautiful new car. Than you again Piper.

We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Chris at Patrick Street and it had some minor cosmetic things that needed touched up. He got us an appointment set up and got us a loaner vehicle and got the jeep fixed up just as he said they would, and in a very timely manner. We are very pleased with Astorg and Chris and we would definitely buy there again.

Pyper and the team at Astorg got us a great deal on a beautiful, lightly used SUV. They even drove it home for me so I could surprise my wife with her new vehicle. Got there at 5:00, test drove it for 30 minutes, went through underwriting and had the new vehicle home by 7:00.

I will never even look at another dealership for any type car or truck...Kevin is the best salesman i have ever met...my truck was in pakersburg i asked him if he could have in charleston by 2 pm the next day. he called me at 9.00 a.m. the next day, truck in chas. that's service. i am very happy with sevice and my f-150
