Tom was very quick to respond to my question regarding shipping. Much appreciated! Update: I was told that my order would be shipped last week. It's Wednesday and no shipping notification and the company doesn't answer the phone or respond to my emails. I received all of my Aliexpress parts from China already....never had an issue with Rocky Mountain ATV or any other online retailer before. I'll update my review if/when my package ever arrives. Update 4/16/2024: Package arrived today in perfect condition and packaged well. Little over 3 weeks since I ordered it.

I had a few questions about some replacement parts for my KTM 390 and Tom, their Customer Service guy, not only answered them, but even verified that the parts I was looking at would be compatible with my particular model and year of bike. I can t believe how much time and detail Tom gave to me on my chat request! I not only purchased from them, but will purchase from them again when I need replacement parts for my Duke. AOMC is a really great company to work with!

How often do you write a positive review for a company that failed to send you the right package? I will write one every time I buy something from a company like Appalachian Off road. I received the wrong size of helmet, but the quick response, the trust on providing a fast refund and shipping the new helmet was something we are not used to anymore. These guys are in business to offer great products at sometimes very good discounts but above all a customer service that is worth praising with the as many stars as possible. I was lucky to get to know these folks as I collect motorcycles and will always need something for some of them....

I hadn't gotten a shipping conformation and emailed. Tom replied promptly with the tracking info and that it had shipped. Great experience and company to order parts from.

Brian took care of my needs this morning. Great customer service and they strive to deliver my parts as quickly as possible. I really like the free shipping on orders exceeding $99 and the discounts and BRAAAP points. Best part is that I don't get bombarded with spam texts and emails.

I've been a customer of AOMC for a few years now - I have nothing but great things to say about them - they have some of the best prices out there and also run promotions fairly often. Customer service is top notch! I've spoken with Tom via chat multiple times in the past week and he has gone above and beyond to assist me. Can't thank them enough!

Fine if what you want is in stock. Prepare for a wait, if not.. meanwhile, pay your credit card bill, because you re charged whether product ships tomorrow or next month.Nice way to manage working capital, until people get tired of it. Customer support is very friendly, considering what they must hear all day, every day.

Melissa responded both quickly and helpfully when I had questions about a gas tank on back-order. She contacted the manufacturer and told me it should be available in less than two weeks. The fast response, coupled with lowest price I ve seen for that tank yet, made me decide to go ahead and order it. Thanks AOMC crew and Melissa!

They list items all over their website. They are not in stock. Be careful. Who knows how long it will take to ship I don t they don t either? They list items on their website available for purchase seemingly in stock, but those are just things that they can get from their supplier. They are able to order from their supplier. Do they have them in stock? Who knows probably not.I m trying to fix customers bikes here. I order several parts that they re gonna be shipped five days later and I can t get a hold of them on phone. Their chat is malfunctioning.Now I m stuck ordering double parts for my Customer and outlaying whole bunch of cash that I don t have.It s very deceptive to list everything on your website like that. Seemingly in stock and ready to ship but then you order it and you get zero information no updates at all. They re still picking at five days later. Are they actually in stock? I don t even know are they actually picking them what does mean mean? They re pulling them from their Seems like it would. The status of my order says picking. I just spoke with via chat finally and they said none of those items are in stock Them as picking is misleading and a lie. They are not picking them picking that means you go into your warehouse and grab the item off the shelf and go And ship it that s not what s happening, so don t lie to me about the status

Everyone over at AOMC, has been so great to work with !!! When a piece of our order was on backorder, they emailed and explained it very quickly and the communication has been so great. Even now, when dates of the backorder have been pushed back by KTM, everyone over at AOMC have been great! Melissa and Marian and your support team have been amazing! They All deserve Raises, seriously. Amazing company and communication. We have already told many people where to shop online here in Idaho and Utah.
