Efficient and on time. Only work first come first serve, but are always done when they say. Never had a return trip on a repair or maintenance. They're also some of the few good mechanics that know when to refer to a specialist.

This place came recommended by a coworker. Very friendly, very competent and got the inspection done quickly. I'll definitely go back when I need car repairs.

Good experience turned awful.Had some sporadic shaking in my car, took it in, and they diagnosed/ replaced the parts within two days. They gave a fair price and communicated the issues clearly to us.These repairs didn't actually fix the problem. They took it back in the next day and determined it to be a transmission issue, which they don't work on. Again, very timely and gave us their feedback.I work until 6, they close at 5. On Thursday I had my mother-in-law pick up my keys so that we could plan to get the car when my husband wasn't on shift at the firehouse. We picked the car up from their parking lot on Sunday afternoon following church. My car was left unlocked for three days and was looted through. I had over $800 in personal items stolen from my vehicle because this company's employees chose not to lock a car left in their care that they left out. I called about the camera footage and filed a police report. When I called to speak to them about the incident, they said they always leave the cars in their parking lot unlocked while they are open. They never once communicated this to me or to my husband. We most certainly would not have left my vehicle there if at any point we thought it would be left for any period of time unlocked, especially overnight, while employees were not even on the property. I thought it was common sense/decency/practice for a garage to lock their customers cars when leaving them outside, especially in an area like South Charleston that has a higher theft rate. I was wrong.During the phone call, the employee I spoke to blamed it on me and it wasn't their problem and they wouldn't do anything about it.Take it how you will, but we will not ever be returning here, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone having service done here if you have anything of value in your car.The work was done timely and for a good price, but they clearly don't care about what happens to vehicles on their property after hours.

Worst shop ever they are so petty I asked them to balance a tire and they said it would take too many weights to balance it when they never even put it on the balance machine. Sounds like lazy mechanics to me highly recommend going somewhere else. There s no customer satisfaction when they make excuses to not do something you asked and are willing to pay them too do.

Love these, folks. Isaiah and Tiffany are awesome, honest people. I wouldn t trust anyone else to work on my vehicles. Just recently, they mistaken repaired the incorrect oxygen sensor in my vehicle, fessed up to their mistake, and asked me to bring it back to have the correct part installed free of charge. Class act all the way.

When I first walked through the door I was greeted very nice and respectful. I also couldn't help but notice that they had crosses on the walls and cute little sayings. That made me feel at home because these people were Christian so they . We're good honest people and that they cared about there customers as a person not just a number for how much there going to charge . I had called before hand and had gotten a round about figure of how much it was going to be. I needed a complete brake job with rotor's and pads because I knew by the way my car was shaking that it needs rotors to. I do a lot of one hour and two hours trips so I had to get them fixed . They called me out in the bay area and told me what was wrong and also that I needed my back brakes cleaned. I told them I would bring it back in later to clean the back brakes. I just needed the front ones done so he said ok and quoted me the price again. He said ok please go back in and set in the waiting room and wait we should have it done in about hour . I said tyWent in and set down. Then they were taking it off and a bolt broke off and they ordered a new one andPut it all back together. I paid my bill and left a very happy woman and Thanking God for keeping me safe and for sending me to this Christian family company that I had found an amazing place with honest people to get my car worked on when it needs it. I had low tire pressure & came here. They put my car on a lift checked for nails & then filled my tires with air. I also got an oil change. I'm going to be a return customer. They are very efficient & my bill was under $55. I love small family owned businesses, sorry Vavoline you just lost a customer.

I've not had service done at this fine establishment, but I spotted a sign that only someone who was on a spiritual level same as myself would have....I called and spoke with a very kind young lady who was very complimentary of her bosses....this is certainly a service that I'd consider giving my business too!

I ve been using ALLSTARR for years on and off. I needed to get my husband s oil changed before we swapped cars and he got on the road and they were able to get me in and out with the superb customer service that they always provide. Love working with them. Great service at an affordable price!

Was really satisfied with my visit. Got brake pads put on front of my truck. I actually went in assuming I would need back also, but they told me the back pads were still in good condition. I thought that was very honest of them. Service was fast and everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.They will be my go to place for service to my truck from now on.

There is one little girl that sometimes runs the front office.She absolutely makes my day when she is there. I know she will be there from April 3- April 7 and all summer. Absolutely loved this place. Always friendly and efficient, and honest about what is needed vs recommended, And the prices seemed almost too reasonable. We ve moved out of state and I really miss having a place like this to bring our cars to where we could really trust them.

Great people who take care of you. Not the fastest garage I've ever been to, but they've gotten better. If you need breaks, please go here. They have done my breaks for almost 16 years. They've fixed my calipers as well. Pricing is fair and very good work!

I don't write reviews, but in this case, I will make an exception. Ira and Barb are the best; they are knowledgeable beyond belief! They are such good, decent folks! How so? I normally bring my car in, give them a blank check to fill in, go to the gym, return, pick up my car, no worries. Heck, I am a former prosecutor and can count on two fingers the business folks I trust to be honest with me...Ira, one, and Barb, two. Moreover, their employee Jeff, GREAT knowledgeable mechanic; if something needs to be done, he will tell you, if it doesn't, he will tell you, just an honest, decent guy. I simply cannot say enough about them. I wish more business folks were as honest and decent as Ira, Barb and Jeff.

Horrible customer service. Called ahead of time to get prices for oil and for inspection. I get there they told me a high price than before even though they had all of the information to check before hand. One of the workers was very rude when I questioned the price about an oil change and told me I can take it back to the place that gave me a better price and I asked for my keys and my car and he pulled my car upfront and left the keys on my seat without saying a word. No sorry for the inconvenience have a good day nothing. I was polite with them and they were nothing but rude. First time going and I m never going back WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE A SPORTS CAR. Apparently my factory made car sits too low to be raised on their lift

You can not ask for a better auto care place than this! They are a Christian based organization that are full of love and care for their customers and their vehicles. They are very personable and take time to get to know their customers. They have very good prices for all of their services . If there is a problem with your vehicle they have always been good about showing you what is bad or going bad on your vehicle and giving you information on what that part does. They never try to sell you on more than what your vehicle needs. They do state inspections and have even helped me when I thought my head gasket had blown. They were willing to take on the job if that was what my truck needed. They pressure tested it and come to find out it was a seal that had gone bad and fixed it for me. They have earned a life long customer with me.

Nice employees. I was at the Dr office across the street and needed a jump and when I ask If they had jumper the employee said sure and came and jumped my car. There is not to many places like that anymore. I live in Cross Lanes looks like I will be driving to South Charleston to get my oil changes now. Thank you for for being so helpful.

Always helpful, fair and honest. They do inspections and don't rip you off. I recommend them to people whenever I can.
