The customer service was arrogant and put offish. Wanted me to understand he had a superior knowledge of car parts. I just want to fix my car. I don't want the history of the Teflon bushing, for example.

Terrible they don't even have a single pack of brake light bulbs. It is a really common bulb 7443 thousands of cars use them there is no excuse to not have that bulb. I've been a mechanic for 20 years this is unacceptable.

I was in a hurry this morning and stopped at this AAP near my place because I needed a new car battery.I felt I needed to leave a review because Veronica and Dee were super fast, friendly, and professional!They diagnosed my dead battery, found me a new one at a great price, and had me back on the road with a new battery in a flash!Could not be more satisfied that I stopped here for my car maintenance needs!

Great staff that are always willing to help you find what you need. Never felt like I was being pushed into buying more than I needed and anytime I had a problem with the getting the wrong thing they always get me on the right track. Dustin and Luke are knowledgeable and I'm always put at ease when I walk in and see either of these guys.

11 August 2019 - Nick and Jacob were awesome! I was passing through town and found myself in a pickle. They were both top notch and helped get me sorted out. Definitely recommend!

Last time customer. I brought a battery told it will be home delivery today. Only reason I spend almost $200 here. Almost three hours later have it canceled by the store saying it is close by one person. Cleaning the store by the another. Would have been ok with that but now they telling me I can t get my refund for an order I did not cancel 3-5 days later just smile we will give you $20 for your problems. I want interest every day my money not returned to my account screw a promo discount. Charleston wv and your other services need to do better

This place is well stocked and always has good promotions. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I've become to think of most of them as friends because I'm in there so often. I suppose that I should just get a better car.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are very helpful in finding correct parts and installing what I need. Nick replaced my battery today and he was very helpful, well mannered and friendly. I recommend Advance Auto Parts.

An employee couldn't stop eating his lunch to help me. I offered to pay said he didn't feel like it. I will never go in there again. Auto Zone has cheaper parts anyways I was just close and thought I would just swing in there but never again

If you can't find it here, you will need to order online, this location is always stocked and has what most others don't.
