I have been here quite a few times and to most of the auto parts store in the area. I like it because it is close to my location but ultimately the best thing is the employees. Every time I go there I have a pleasant experience. I went twice today to fix a lawnmower and Pat shipped with me and literally took my around the store to grab everything I needed. She is more knowledgeable about these things than me and that is another reason I like the store because there are women who know more than men when it comes to cars and three of them work here. They took my batteries back even the ones that aren t the usual ones, they still were able to recycle it for me. I will be back for sure. Highly recommended.

People were very nice and approachable. Installed my new wipers and disposed of my old ones. Explained all of my options clearly and helped me pick the right wipers for me and my budget. Highly recommend.

Good an bad...got a fuel pump an it was bad, went back for the 2nd (we tested it before I left) an it was bad as well, 3rd time's a charm!!

If I could rate them lower I definitely would!!! I've shopped with them for years, but this evening Will be the last. I call and confirm the part I need is in stock and ready for pick up, I get to the store 10 minutes till 9pm, and not only do they already have their doors locked they also hang up on me when I call to see why they're Locked.

Had to change my broken brake light and thank God Sean was there and knew how to do it for me I really appreciate him and I am returning for more merchandise at the store Sean deserves a 10 out 10 thank you man!

Highly recommend the gentleman named Shawn who put a new battery in for me right at closing time!! I had 4 kids in the car and he didn't hesitate to stay over to put it in. Wonderful customer service!!!

Very nice and friendly people work at Advance Auto parts. My car was making an unusual noise and I asked if one of the workers could listen to the engine and offer an opinion about the noise. They were very good at locating the noise and even checked the price for the part that is needed for the repair of the car

My family and I were traveling from Wisconsin to N. Carolina. We had car trouble in West Charleston and luckily found this Advanced Auto. They had everything we needed let us borrow some tools and Tyrone came out and helped with so much. Everyone that worked there AND passing customers asked if we needed help. Gotta love the Southern hospitality!! It was the best of a bad situation! Thank you all- but especially Tyrone!!

Customer service was good, however they didn't have what I was looking for and they didn't seem to know when they would receive it again. I was looking for CD holder visors for my car. And the store was a little messy.

Had an issue with alternator that a guy here helped diagnose for me. He was great. All the other locations just kept saying the alternator was fine and passed the free test. But the guy here knew enough about cars that when he listened to what other things it was doing, he instantly diagnosed that the alternator was charging the battery fine, but was not closing the circuit when not running and draining the battery.

My Grandson and I was getting a ice cream when battery died. Shawn came to store picked us up and took us to Advance to purchase a battery. Shawn then took us back to my vehicle and then we were on our way! Thank you Shawn and Advance Auto on Virginia St.

Guys said they couldn't reset the code for air sensor. Every other Advance Auto I ever went to had no problem with this.

They didn't have anything I needed and the Chrome letters that I was gonna get are $2 a each and only an inch tall and that's too expensive but they have anything you really could usually need for your car.
