Very busy shop!!! Hard working employees. Quality of work good, but still have problem with panel/cluster going off and on when there's a "bump" in the road. MANY phone calls during my interaction(s) with the mechanic/manager, which was a distraction/annoyance, but someone's got to answer the phone! The cost of repairs/maintenance to my car was average/expected for labor and parts. My father likes and trusts their work as well...he has used their services several times for his vehicle repairs. I would recommend this business to everyone! Thank you ABC Auto Repairs

We bring all of our work vehicles here as wellAs personal vehicles. They are always honest onAnything that needs to be done and are very professional. I trust anything they say and trust that they will take care of it as they always have. Great place professional and friendly.

For anyone looking for a great shop to take your vehicle I highly recommend ABC they go over everything throughly to find the most accurate diagnosis! Great and professional service! Very friendly staff who genuinely care about each customer! I just wanted to take the time and thank you all for the great service you all have done for my vehicle!

Update today I had a severe flat tire and a family emergency (or it looked flat as a board when I woke up and I filled it at the gas station) I knew I needed a professional opinion on it to see if had a hole or not as it was only one tire that was flat. I took my car to this shop and I can not express how grateful I am to the staff here. They are the most kind and wonderful crew you could possibly ask for. Still going to be a life time client!March 2023 Exceptional service 10/10! Very polite staff. Fast and affordable work with a great degree of professionalism! These are the most inconsiderate , overpriced, self centered so called auto mechanics that I have ever had to deal with on my life. I will never go back to them ever again. If you like being overcharged and told one thing and then they do another without even letting you know how there going to jack up the price on you for an already high price as it is. Then go Have them work on your car. Top it off I go to start the car and The battery is completely dead they had to Bring a jump start kit out just a get it started. Unfreakingbelievable.

My family & I have been going here for YEARS, and will continue to do so!! They are very honest people with reasonable prices & waiting times.As a woman who hardly knows anything about cars, I can 100% trust that they ll be totally transparent with me / won t try to scam me for extra $$. In the past, I always got a second opinion from another shop or brought a well-informed friend or loved one to prevent that. At ABC? I don t have to worry AT ALL about being up-charged or tricked, and can go in by myself without worry. I can t stress how awesome they ve been over the past few years!!

I usually never leave reviews on anything but this guys did such a good job that it was hard for me not to do it. I just moved to West Virginia on military orders and I was looking for a good mechanic to service my Jeep. I went to ABC to schedule an appoinment for services and the staff was very friendly. The day of the service, I planned to have my vehicle serviced late that day or next day. The staff called me during my lunch break telling me that it was ready to go. I was truly surprised on how fast the guys worked on it and how well they got it done.I truly rexommend ABC for any type of services. You'll not be dissapointed.

In today s environment, it is nice to know that there are still honest mechanics who will work on your car and do a good job, treating you like they want to be treated. These guys go beyond the call of duty at times to accommodate a customer in need and it was much appreciated. They are very helpful. Worst experience. Cheaters. Don t go here for vehicle inspections. They will find unnecessary defects and charge you. I was told to pay 440$ for jammed breaks. I had just replaced my breaks at Toyota dealership a few weeks before that and refused to pay. They gave me a rejection and the next day got the sticker approved at another place. My car and breaks are still fine.I would not go here for any service. The old man is awful and will drain you the money. Absolute losersService: Vehicle Inspection

Excellent service! Josh and Harvey are very friendly repaired the thermostat on my 07 hummer h3.. Takes a while to get in but worth the wait they are really busy which is good shows they do great work. I highly recommend them. They have worked on my husband's truck also great work! Thank you Josh and Harvey for excellent service!! Will definitely be going back if needed for any type work on our vehicles.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was in and out, in less than an hour. My estimate wasn't nearly as high as I thought it would be. Scheduling another appointment to go back and have the work done. This wouldn't have been my experience at the dealership I normally go to. Thanks ABC, I appreciate y'all

This is the most knowledgeable people when it comes to automotive. They found a worn parts in the front end of my service van that was unresolved until I went to these folks for an inspection. I m grateful they are on their game. If this front end issue wasn t caught by their technicians I would have found myself unable to control the steering. I recommend that anyone that wants to receive excellent service to their vehicle go to this place.

It s very clean. The owner takes his time with his customers and explains all of the charges to you. As a visitor to the friendly and courteous state of West Virginia, I can't emphasize enough how above and beyond this business is. My car was in need of immediate attention as I was headed home to Michigan. Despite being very busy, both the current customer and the owner graciously fit me in. The customer's car was moved out of the bay, mine was moved in, and my issue was quickly solved. I had no problem making it home thanks to them. I highly recommend this shop.

Truck alternator locked up while traveling. They got my truck in at 8am and had me back on the road before lunch. Great job and absolutely the best customer service! Highly recommended!!

These guys got my shredded tire all fixed up even though the rim was slightly dented and the tire wouldn't go on the bead. Most places would have told me to buy a new rim, but these guys were super nice and super helpful. Good price too!

They done an inspection on 4/1. They rejected my Camry because it needed back brakes. I asked the older guy that done the inspection what the state requirement was. He said, more than this, I ve been doing it a long time. They we re going to charge me $175 for a job that took me 20 minutes to do. Whatever, it s a business I get it. The brakes weren t bad. About 50% or more. I took it back to have the brakes inspected and he told me they charge the regular fee because it s been more than a week. He states they told me that, but I m adamant they didn t. I just moved to the area and once I advised someone that they failed it due to the brakes (and I showed them the pads), they stated I m not surprised. Shame.

I contacted them last week and they told me I could bring my vehicle in the next day any time. My A/C was not blowing cold air and I was afraid I had a leak. They tested it for leaks and ultimately did not find any and topped it off with freon. The car was still not cooling like it should so they kept it an extra day troubleshooting it until it worked.I feel like most garages would have just started wanting to replace parts and accumulate labor fees but not ABC, they take the time to look into it and save you from unnecessary expenses. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Service: A/C installation & repair

They are professional, very friendly, honest and helpful. It turns out I didn't need the work done on my car that I thought I needed done. They found the issue in a short amount of time and also even showed me how to fix the parts that needed replaced to save me a few dollars in labor. I would definitely recommend this place highly and I would definitely take my car there again. A lot of places are dishonest and out to make some money but I believe the workers there are honest and really there to help people and not take advantage of them.
