Nice, sort of friendly, clean AAA facility. I got passport photos done here. Good parking out front. Quick in and out. Bring your AAA card for better rates.

I went to their location in South Charleston yesterday February 14th 2024. I had no idea all the things that they do! I was so impressed that I signed up for their service. What a really nice group of folks!

I need fingerprints taken to work with preschool children. I had to reschedule due to the weather. The agent was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous.

The red leaves on the trees, the static making them shiver and shake more than they move when the wind blows them away. No real flow to the aesthetic. The sounds of the birds seeking refuge there on a cloudy, chilly day. The sound of songbirds was just as memorable as the bright colour of leaves. I saw some of the same leaf in ELKVIEW at Little General *ExxonMobil*

I have a premier membership which entitles me to a battery replacement. I have been on hold three different times for approximately an hour trying to get a reimbursement form bc I had to buy my own battery after the tow company did not have a battery. This will makes the second time I have paid for the battery myself. My premier membership is a joke.

Never again waited over 3 hrs, double the estimated time. Just to be told I d have to call another truck for a tow???? The guy had a flat bed. Hilariously laughable. Joke of a company. Not one cent of $ will be going to this joke of an establishment.

If you have AAA PREMIUM WITH BATTERY TIRE AND TOWING BE SURE TO ASK YOUR AGENT IF YOUR COVERED. SINCE 2020 C-19 LOTS OF AREAS ARE NOT COVERED AND AAA WILL COLLECT YOUR PAYMENT AND NEVER TELL YOU THIS UNTIL YOU NEED A BATTERY. ALL YOU GET IS A JUMP SERVICE. I FELT SECURE THAT MYSELF AND 75 YR OLD SISTER WERE COVERED. BUT NO. I WAS TOLD HAD I BROKE DOWN IN A SERVICED AREA THEY COULD REPLACE IT. ALL I KNEW WAS I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THESE SERVICES LAST YEAR WHEN MY PAYMENT JUMPED FROM 186 TO 229. U WAS TOLD I WAS NOT GRANDFATHERED IN EVEN THOUGH IVE HAD IT SINCE 2017 AND FOR THOSE SERVICES I HAD TO PAY PREMIUM PAYMENT. WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM ABSOLUTELY NOT. I ASKED FOR A BATTERY OR LAST YEARS PAYMENT TO BUY A BATTERY. IM ON A FIXED INCOME AND THE COST OF A BATTERY MAY AS WELL BE A MILLION DOLLARS I DONT HAVE! I WAS LIED TO, DELIBERATELY MISLEAD ANDCI WONDER HOW MANY OTHERS THIS HAS HAPPENED TO. I SUGGEST BLASTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA. IM SICK OF COMPANIES DOING THIS TO UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS.

2nd time ive used this AAA service center. $150 diagnostics charge is tremendously high. The dealer was only 90. First time ive ever been asked for a deposit and felt pressured by txt messages to get my car while under going a medical procedure after they had been informed. Was told it was AAA policy. I'll stay with the dealership next time. . 10%discount not worth the high prices. Ill stay with AAA towing though. In fairness, no $150 computer diagnostics was need for locked up brakes but work done was very good and i paid the $1700.

UPDATE: AAA has contacted me and resolved this issue to my satisfaction.AAA charged $1400 and problem recurred within minutes of leaving shop. Towed back, and they said they could not find the problem.

It's too early after the work was performed to assess the quality. I did especially like two things. The professionalism of the gentleman I dealt with and the way the work that was needed and was suggested was presented. ( It's now been a month since the work was performed and I couldn't be happier. My car has been performing without a hitch. I'm especially pleased that the transmission is performing much better than before. Excellent job guys! ) (photos and and explanation )

Terrible Customer Service. Went in and the lady at the front desk had an attitude. Wasn t willing ti work anything out with me. Then, as I was trying to work something out with her, the people next to me that were working were talking under their breath about me and then everyone started yelling at me at once. I felt hanged up on because it was a situation between the woman and I not everyone in the store. The workers were terribly rude and not willing to help.

Ended up paying out of pocket for a local tow because AAA couldn t schedule to get me for 2.5 hours. Totally disappointing. The team at AAA got my new tire on for me promptly, which I greatly appreciated, but broke a Ram badge on my rim and didn t/couldn t fix it.**Update June 28, 2022AAA reached out to me after my review. I really appreciate that they took took the time to make things right! They ended up contacting the Dodge dealership and getting me a replacement rim to fix the issue free of charge.

Not good. Out rages labor charges for job that only takes 1maybe 2hrs and a part that only cost 46.00 total cost 754 and change. Midas right down the street did total job part's and labor for 354.79. Won't be renewing my account next year when i can get the same service and not be charged out rages labor charges.

We went to get fingerprinting done here. We were glad for the service, but the requirements were not readily clear. The facility is large and organized.

I was told to return the next day to have a windshield wiper replaced on my car. The service person forgot, and then called the parts store to find out if they had the parts needed. He said it would take about 15 minutes for the parts to arrive at the shop. I stayed over an hour. If they had not gotten the parts in, I should have been notified before I left my workplace.

The car care center is great! Barry gave us great customer service! He did not charge us because it was a part that is under warranty and can be replaced for free at the car dealership. I appreciate his honesty! That's hard to find at some places today.

I've been a member for years even life ins. My husband told me about it I never knew about the garage..I made un appointment to have a B1 oil change and they were so kind and welcoming to the shop..they were fairly fast and were on top of other issue that could be problematic in the future that needed to be addressed. This is a very reasonable price service I'll be back there from now on to take my vehicle back.

Only been once but so far so good. Another shop said I needed a very expensive repair, so I took it to AAA since I'm a member and they said I did not need that. The staff is very professional and love that they text the repairs needed along with photos if needed. This review is for the Charleston SC location, I chose the wrong box-sorry!

Excellent front staff and technicians. First class operation. Also great insurance agents for auto, home and more. Can t comment on value as I moved here from a state where parts and labor seem 20% less but I m sure they are competitive. Always a great experience.

Great experience. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. There is a wonderful lady on staff who is a Veteran from the Army who was especially helpful and friendly.

Ordered a package to be delivered to this office as an Amazon Hub delivery. Upon arrival the office refused the package.After speaking with a representative he blamed Amazon (of course). Even though the package was properly addressed and arrived they refuse to do their part in the delivery. After blaming Amazon a couple more times the representative hung up on me mid sentence.To be fair, I cannot speak to the quality of their insurance services. Do not use as an Amazon delivery point.

They do not do what they say they do. They say they don t have any batteries that will fit my car so they can jumpstart my car and I will have to get a battery someplace else and they will reimburse me in a month that s not roadside assistance thanks after 14 years of my business

My car would not start this morning as I was leaving work, but triple a made a not-so-fun situation much easier to handle. I was so pleased with this service and the employee that they sent to assist me. Willie was prompt, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend!

The office manager was very professional and polite. However, the mechanic left grease all over my front passenger seat. What a jerkoff!! Not his car so who cares. Completely unprofessional. I had to clean my seat. Exactly why you need two party integrity. Having your supervisor overlook the end product before returning to a hard working paying customer.
