This is one of those places that you only use when bad things happen.In my case I hit a deer. This is the third time I hit a deer and the first time I used them. I'm so glad I did!I'm so glad I went to this place!Cameron was phenomenal! He communicated and communicated often! From the start he took the time to explain to me what will take place and gave me updates throughout the process.This was by far the quickest turn around I've ever seen and the quality is outstanding.Also worth mentioning that after I got my car back, none of my tail lights were working. Keep in mind that they worked in the front of the car. Regardless, they took the time to diagnose and repair the issue.Highly recommend!!

Super communicative about the status of your car, everything was completed on time and the repairs look perfect. They also have a relationship with the Enterprise down the road so getting our rental and returning it was super simple. Very nice and professional people.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE unless you want to be without your car for months on end and you're fine with insurance fraud.This is going to be very long-winded but please read if you're considering taking your vehicle here.I live in Virginia and was visiting the area when I hit a deer on November 3rd, 2023. The damage to my car was entirely on the front end; the windshield wasn't broken or anything. My car was not driveable, however, because it was leaking antifreeze and the radiator was bashed in. I was recommended this auto shop by my brother who lives nearby and has had his vehicle fixed here years prior. I drive a 2018 Honda Civic. It being a very standard and common car, I expected my car to be repaired within a few weeks. After dropping off my vehicle and having my insurance company do an appraisal, it was about 2 weeks before Caliber Collision even gave me an estimated repair time, which would be early December. But then they kept pushing back the timeline multiple times, which was inconvenient for me being a few hours' drive away and needing advance notice of my car pickup time.Eventually I was told that my car would be ready for pickup on December 22nd, a full 7 weeks after the date of the accident. The day of pickup, I received a text saying that my car wouldn't be ready for another week because they still had to do the front alignment and a "radar calibration."Since all the bodywork was done and I had already gone 2 months without my car, I was reasonably frustrated and impatient. I decided to pick up my car anyway and take it to the Hagerstown Honda dealership for an alignment, which they were able to do for me the very next morning. When I informed Caliber Collision that I was going to pick up my car and get an alignment elsewhere, they offered to waive my $500 insurance deductible if I let them keep my car for an additional week to finish it. I did not accept their offer and I retrieved my car and took it to the Hagerstown dealership for an alignment.When Caliber Collision had tried to tell me that my car needed a "radar calibration" in addition to the front alignment, this was confusing for me, as I did not think that my 2018 vehicle had any sensors, cameras, or radars on the front. When I took it to the Honda dealership, the employees there confirmed this for me. So the workers at Caliber Collision are either incompetent and poorly experienced on vehicles, or they were trying to commit insurance fraud. I honestly don't know which is worse.I'm not a car guy so I'm personally not informed on the subject of fixing cars. But I would have hoped that someone who is employed at an auto collision center who was working on my vehicle for 2 months to replace/repair the entire front end would have taken notice that my car does not have any front radar.I sincerely believe that Caliber Collision was offering to waive my deductible in order to convince me to let them keep my car for another week so that they could go through with their plan of charging my insurance to do a "radar calibration" on my car (when my car does not possess a radar to be calibrated).I still have to work the details out with my insurance next week (with Christmas being around the corner) to make sure that Geico was not charged for an alignment and a calibration that this auto shop did not end up doing on my car. I'll be sure to post an update if Caliber Collision gives me issues next week while I sort that out.PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. You can get the same service within a much more reasonable timeframe at literally any other auto shop. And hopefully a different auto shop won't have questionable and illegal business practices. I would never take my car here again and my brother won't be taking his here anymore either.

Just had my car repaired by Caliber Collision and they did a great job! Zach is super helpful and courteous, too - a pleasure to work with. He kept me apprised of the process throughout the time they had my car. Highly recommend!

I had bird fly into my mirror and knock it out of the housing. Caliber is in my insurance company's list of repair shops near me. It was so easy to set up an appointment. The staff was super nice. The repair work was perfect. They even cleaned my car. Zach was amazing from start to finish. He kept me updated on the status of my repair. Zach handled the claim very professionally and everyone from the office staff to the workers who crafted the bodywork and paint job to the worker who cleaned my car did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this particular location to anyone who needs auto repair work done.

Some of the best customer service I seen in a long time. Take note companies. The attitude and professionalism of the staff, including the front desk, play a significant role in customer satisfaction. Helped with Rental car (above and beyond). They kept me up to date almost every day on what was going on with my car and updated estimated completion dates. One of the most critical aspects of an auto repair shop is the quality of service. Repairs were done correctly; they fixed the issue. They used quality of parts and proper mechanics. Other than timeliness they were A+. Timeliness took a star away. It took them almost 3 weeks (18 days total) for the bumper and light which I was told was normal for the modern electronics and calibrating. Provided updated, detailed estimates, explain the necessary repairs, and seek approval before performing additional work beyond the initial estimate.

I had a wonderful customer service experience. I had Cameron assist me with an insurance claim process and I was refreshed by the straight forward honesty that I don't receive from most companies these days. He broke down the process for me to understand easily and was up front about each and every step along with what they mean in plain English. Got me right in , 30th of October. Was told 2-3 weeks it s now December 11th and we are still at least another week out. The excuses are back and forth, this time is we found a censor that needs to be calibrated . Found? I m pretty sure you knew about it when you dismantled the car 6 weeks ago. I ve had to call every time to get the status. Now the guy who calibrates the newly found censor might be on vacation. Totally frustrating

They do great work and everyone is so helpful and friendly. They make the whole process very easy cause they do everything for you. I like that they send frequent texts updating me on the repairs. I love that they detailed my truck inside and out before they had me pick it up. Horrible at staying in touch with me regarding the updates on my car. They received some wrong side parts and didnt check until what was supposed to be the last day so I now have to wait 2 more weeks for my car, which has already been there since January. All that supposedly needed replaced was bumper, fender, and rear quarter panel and these parts were never listed as something they were waiting on. I asked for a text update the last day I had my car rental, which I already maxed my credit card in and explained that yo Xoxhilt on the phone. She never sent the text. I called her twice the next day and she told me she'd have an update after lunch. I had to email again by 3 to ask for an update so i could figure out what to do for transportation. She just keeps reiterating they're not responsible for my rental (duh, I know) and then breaks the news about these wrong parts. I ask to speak to someone else because this is unacceptable along with the fact they took 5 days at the beginning of this to even get my cat towed in there. She only responded that her notes show she called insurance a few times and they didn't respond so she finally set up the tow. Anf that the new correct parts will be there within a week. Thats funny because insurance was very responsive to me. And the man who i first called to set up the tow said he would be contacting them and another woman called me 5 days laterto ask why the car wasnt towed yet and when I told her what he had said she mentioned he never wrote it down. So, which is the truth? I'm never recommending them to anyone and never bringing my car to a Caliber again.

They were incredible! Handled everything for me, from the initial estimate to completing the repair they coordinated all calls, parts ordering, insurance and rental car items, literally everything! All I had to do was drop the car off to them and they did the rest. I got both text and call updates as they went through the repair process. Had to have my door replaced. First one they ordered came in broke and yet they still got my car taken care of and released back to me before the date expected. They kept me notified every step of the way. They were very professional and courteous. They even washed and cleaned my entire car as well as taking my rental back so I didn't have to.10/10 would go here again.Especially recommend Xochitl.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
