I came here to buy a new car battery and have it installed. I was told they needed to see my battery first, then told my terminals needed replaced and they couldn t replace my battery. Drove all the way to the dealership in Hagerstown and they told me no my terminals didn t need replaced and had no idea why they would tell me that. Anyway I got the battery cheaper at the dealership but missed an entire day of work for an easy fix. If you re short staffed or just don t want to change the battery tell me and I ll go elsewhere. Won t be back to this store.

I called at 8:54 and told them I was 5 mins away and needed a set of brake pads. They said they d have them waiting. I arrived at literally 9:01. The employees showed me the brake pads through the window but refused to sell them to me. I even offered to buy them in the app and explained to Cynthia, who was the manager, that I had a vehicle apart I needed for work the next day. I literally begged her to help me out. She said I should have got there a minute earlier and closed the door in my face.

I went in for a free battery charge followed by a free alternator and starter test. They saved me and my wife alot of money and stress and Silas was extremely helpful and attentive. Hiring him was an extremely good choice and overall it just makes me happy to have such a friendly and efficient business in my area.

I went in to return a lawn and garden battery. They confirmed that the battery was faulty but upon scanning my receipt I was actually one day over the 90 return period. I understand policy exists for a reason. I have supported this place with a lot of money working on my vehicles. It says a lot about your business when a manager will not return a faulty battery that is a single day past the warranty. I will never buy anything here again, that is for sure.

Whenever I go here I always look online first because they usually have good online coupons you can use then pick up the item in store. That is a good marketing tactic that usually entices me to shop there. I went to this location yesterday because I needed a new car battery. I looked the battery up online first to see if it was in store and then headed over (the coupon did not cover the battery, sadly). I was greeted by friendly staff and one of them immediately went and got my battery for me. I was in and out in 5 minutes a happy customer.

I called and asked if they were price matching rock auto this week. The person on the phone asked someone if they were and that person said yes. Went in yesterday to price match some plugs I bought. Girl came over and said they don't price match RA. I explained that I called and was told yes. She went and claimed to have called her Mgr who told her no. She went on to say they never price match especially RA. So since she wanted to make a poor business decision, I returned the plugs!I am so tired of the hit and miss price matching. Some stores make good decisions and match, some don't sometimes and depends on the managers mood and some flat out refuse. Are these stores franchises? If so then that's the problem.

I went in for a battery test and replacement and could not be happier. Derek was incredible. Best customer service I have had in a long time and he was very knowledgeable. He handled the whole replacement for me from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend coming here for all of your battery needs.

Amazing service! They go above and beyond and if they don't have something I need they look for me at ither places near so I know where to get it. Store is very cleaned and organized as well

I took my back up vehicle (97 Buick Lesabre) here and Eric was so helpful. I purchased a new battery, him and his coworker put it right in for me. They did a great job and were really quick. He went above and beyond to help me and even to give me some advice. He really is great at his job. I have started going here over the other auto stores in town now because of my good experiences recently.

I think this place is great. Whenever I need things for my car that I can actually do, or understand, this is where I go. They are friendly, knowledgeable, fair priced and have even helped with things like putting in a headlight when time allowed. Super nice folks. I favor the small businesses when possible, but this is a nice alternative over fighting crowds at a big box store. It's a chain (franchise?) with a personal touch.

Nice alternative to other parts stores in town. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The selection is good and if they don't have it in stocks they can get it quick.I have also used the online order and in-store pickup option which worked very well.All around, this is an excellent place to go for parts, tools, and supplies.

I am a return customer (frequently lol). I call around to all the part stores and check who has the part i need as well find out who is most reasonably priced. Advance dont win 100 percent of the time, but I can honestly say they do most of the time. Not to mention the staff there seems to be most helpfull. Staff always welcomes you in the door with a smie

All of the staff I have dealt with, Ryan, Jennifer, Camille and a couple others I didn't get their names, are great people to deal with. They tell you what you want hear. And, they even tell you what you don't want to hear, If I'm wrong about something I need to know it. The correct parts show up on time when ordering. Always helpful.

Frank was great I bought a battery there. Then based on their signage I was supposed to get $10 autozone card after buying any 5 quarts of valvoline. Apparently their signage expired at the end of August but was up everywhere. As seems to be the norm now I got a sorry from the Manager and that s it. Would ve been 5 stars, the extra time I waited just to be told sorry dropped it down.

Great helpful staff who are ready and willing to answer whatever questions you throw their way. The store has a decent selection of products in stock, and they can quick ship a huge selection of stuff to the store. Prices are good... and in the worst case, you can ship to the store from their website.

A excellent group of professionals cells people with great knowledge of the product fantastic customer service from when you enter the door to you check out and leave also very curious and helping people with heavy parts cerium to their vehicle and put In Inside their vehicle I have worked more with Ryan then with some of the others he has always been top notch in again most professional and take the time to see that you're getting the right parts as well as the people who work with him have done the same for me a fantastic crew and very professional I very highly recommend that store I have ordered and picked up considerable amount of parts and the last 4 months as well is walked in and ordered my parts I say hats off to on and I hope than nothing but great success their manager should be proud of and the store owner
