These guys were just great!! And had me in and back out in an instant. Will plan on returning here after moving to Kenova. 5-star service experience like you would have expected from fifty years ago but has somehow been lost today. Well done.

Fast and friendly. They tell you every step of the way what they are doing. We stayed in the car while the oil was being changed. We may have been there 20 minutes total. Would definitely recommend if you are in a hurry or just looking for a customer friendly atmosphere.

Sent my daughter to Valvoline for a tire rotation & oil change. She said the man working told her they did not do tire rotations at this location & that she would have to go & buy her own oil filter & bring it back to get her oil changed. Have been using various Valvolines for years. Have never had this type of experience.

It was my first time going there. Of course I'm totally clueless about anything car related but they were all so nice & understanding without making me feel dumb lol. It was super fast & simple, will definitely return & totally recommend!

The didn't except ther on web cupon I go with 2 cars there 4 times a year they took the coupon every other time guess I'll have to find somewhere else to get my old changed now

Bit pricey... All fluids was checked... tires checked... Great service... wasn't there 20 minutes tops...

Had an issue with an oil leak after an oil change, and they checked everything to fix it. Turned out not to be on their end but were willing to fix it if it was.
