I can t express enough appreciation and gratitude for the customer service and work that was completed on my car on August 25, 2022. My son and I were traveling from Virginia to Wisconsin and had the misfortune of having a problem with our car. Debbie was very reassuring that they would be able to work us in. James, the service technician, took our car right in, diagnosed and fixed the problem. We were able to get back on the road within 2 hours. The whole team at Advance Fleet are very genuine and honest. Their prices are very reasonable. I can t thank you all enough for getting us back on the road so quickly.Service: Engine repair

My trip from Gauley Bridge to Huntington ended with an unexpected pit stop in Glasgow, due to a flat tire, after hitting one of WV's moon crater size pot holes.With this happening shortly after 8am in the economically depressed town of Glasgow, (oh how I miss the Glasgow of the 80s and 90s) I first thought my only option was to call AAA and wait on a tow, as driving my car on a flat could lead to a bent wheel (ultra expensive on a Volkswagon).Just an 1/8 mile away from the incident, Advance Motor Fleet Service to the rescue!!All things worked out, met a very nice group of folks in the process.After the service, I was on the road again (Willie Nelson pun) in approximately 25 minutes.Lots of gratitude to James and Zain, my road Angels!!Service: Tires
