Lost my truck keys today. After searching the job site far and wide with no luck, I accepted I was going to have to get a tow back home to Flatwoods, WV for a new key fob. TC Repair & Towing was recommended to me, so I called them up. They were nothing but kind, considerate, and helpful through out the entire process. They even went the extra mile and tried contacting several different lock smiths for me (to try and save me money)! That s what is amazing! Upon arrival we found that my key was actually underneath my truck. Which was super embarrassing considering the lengths I had gone looking for it to no avail. However the bottom line is this, these people care about their customers! 10000% would recommend for absolutely anyone. They really made a crappy situation much better.

Broke a drive shaft on my Semi. I called TC and they were there fast! They had me up and running in a few hours and did the job right. I would recommend them to anyone when traveling through their area. Not only were they fast, they were very reasonable on the cost!

I ve had TC s work on my truck a couple times in the past and let me tell you, they are amazing! The whole team, there s not a face walking around that doesn t seem familiar. They will absolutely go above what s expected of any repair shop to get you going again. I write this as I m waiting for them to open and save me once again! The only shop in this area I d consider, point blank! Thank you Tim and Lorena for being amazing people.

Called in for mobile repair for a suspension issue, they were on scene with parts within 2 hrs and had repaired right away. Lorena is friendly and explained the mobile rates upfront no surprises. Will use again.

My Jeep broke down on a Sunday while vacationing with my kids. TC Towing showed up quickly and carefully loaded it on their flatbed. Lorena clearly explained each step and cost expectations. She even drove us to the state park lodge to get a room!The repair was completed on Monday at a very reasonable price. They made my kids and I feel like a welcome part of their family. In all, if I had to break down, I'm so glad it happened where it did. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

After sitting on the side of the road for three hours while our insurance company tried to locate us, they finally sent us TC Repair and Towing! What a blessing! The owner, Tim, and his wife, Lorena, could not have been nicer! Our Miata had shredded our tire, so T&C towed us to their garage and spent hours trying to locate a tire for us. Not being able to obtain one on a Friday evening, they were kind enough to drive us to the North Bend State Park Lodge, where they kindly gave us a tour of the park! On Saturday, a tire that fit our car was located, and they drove 1 1/2 hours there and back to get a tire that fit our car and had it installed and returned to us by late afternoon. They are the kindest folks we have ever met and were diligent about getting us back on the road! Not only are they extremely competent in their work, they did not gouge us on ANY of the services and went WAY beyond what someone else would have done! Life long friends could not have been more helpful! So if you are looking for a professional business with a LOT of heart, these are the folks to use!!Service: Car towing

When the storm of 2022 hit , we were snowed and iced in . These guys went above and beyond to make sure all my truck got out safe and nothing got tore up. They helped get roads cleaned and salted . Made my life easier . Great People

Great people, very friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices on the repair shop. They looked at my truck on Saturday, had to order parts and worked on it most of the day Monday. I was expecting an outrageous bill but it was very reasonable. If I m ever in the area again I m going to stop in whether I have problems or not. You ll be friends when you leave. The transmission in my truck went up in smoke around 10p on a Saturday night while we were headed to Snowshoe, from Columbus, OH. We d been stranded and waiting on help from AAA for over two hours when a helpful local found us and called TC Repair. Chris was there with a flatbed in 15 mins. He loaded up the truck and drove us to the hotel down the road so we could get some rest (it was midnight by now). He unloaded the truck at the hotel (keep in mind they hadn t asked for a dime at this point) and rushed off to an emergency call, letting us know that he d return in the AM to take our truck back to Columbus.As promised in the AM, our truck was loaded up and on its way home before we even got out of bed. We had breakfast, and Lorena broke from her busy day to come pick us up at the hotel and drive us 30 mins away to pick up a rental car (we were going to Snowshoe with or without my truck).The crew at TC is top-notch. Very rarely will you find people willing to go above and beyond like this for their customers anymore. Highly recommend them.

We coming from ohio my diesel truck coded out on me ...i got it to shop they knew i was moving on so dropped what they were doing orderd part fixed my truck very quick! Everyone so nice and friendly as well as profesional...it was a great experiance!! I an Army Vet...they reconized and were very respectful thanks to all at TC!!!

I am a supervisor of an ambulance company. We had a squad doing a long distance transport & they broke down on the way back home. I called TC Repair & Towing to tow our squad back home. They showed up on scene & after looking at the vehicle realized that it was just a blown hose which they could fix. Not only did they fix the squad & send them on their way but went out of their way to take care of my crew. They took them to get some food, etc. Lisa took the call & when she left Lorena handled the situation from that point on. I believe Chris was the tow truck driver. These people went above & beyond the call of duty & we THANK YOU so much for getting our crew back to us safe & sound!!!!!!!

Very rude and disrespectful people. Will tow your car on Sunday but not let you get it out until Monday, so you get charged for an extra day. Worst towing experience of my life
