I brought them my Father's Ford Ranger that he left me after he passed. It sat in my driveway for a few years and wouldn't run. They towed it and did a BUNCH of work. They charged me less than what another shop quoted, and the other shop had an employee discount. The prices were fair, and the people were very nice. I have my Dad's old truck back, and it means the world to me. There was even a huge dent in the fender that they bent back, just to be nice.Services: Electrical repair, Battery service, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

My husband went to leave work from p&g and his truck was missing. We call the cops to find out that they towed his truck to their lot. He had to pay 175.00 to get his truck back. He goes to p&g and talks to security and they never authorized his truck to be towed. They were authorized to tow a car not a truck. So p&g calls them and they admitted they towed the wrong vehicle. Told my husband to come back and they would refund him the charge mind you the mental stress of not having your vehicle that is brand new but then to miss time from work to deal with it and not once did they offer to compensate him for lost wages due to their negligence. I will never use this company nor will I refer them to anyone. I plan on contacting a lawyer to see what can be done so that this does not happen to us or anyone again.

A great place to get your car repair for a reasonable price! The mechanics and front end were very informative and knowledgeable.They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend! One of the best garages in the State of West Virginia.

Class traitors that prey on regular people by towing their vehicle. Then claim they are only doing what the state or HOA says so there is nothing they can do. That is false. They swoop in and tow your vehicle as quick as possible without you realizing. Regular working people having to pay 300$ to get their car back from these absolute scumbags. Never give your money to class traitors.

Bunch of thieves! They will tow your vehicle even if it legally park, and then will extort $100 off you to not take it. They should be held accountable for their illegal practices. THIEVES!

BEWARE!!!!Nice people, but one of the worst run businesses I have seen in years.I got some very nice tires for my Lincoln in the mail from Tirerack.com. My usual tire place (Hunt County, right down 51) said their machine had broken. So I called and priced a balance and mount at ZZ auto, and was told $15/tire. So when I called in on my day off to schedule an appointment about 11:30AM-NOON, I was told "just bring it in before 4:30 and we will do it."So I showed up about an hour after I had called (12:45pm). There was either 1 other person waiting or 2. I told her I had called about getting tires put on, and had a seat. I waited AT LEAST 2.5 hours before my vehicle was touched. I would see people getting inspections come and go while I sat there, waiting my turn for my car to even get pulled into the garage. I know its very easy to read 2.5 hours and not think about it, but I could've driven all the way to Delaware in that time, despite me calling ahead to ask for an appointment.So they finally pull my car back , and the speed is just horrendous. They are still getting inspection customers who had just come in, basically cut in front of me, and were out the door in 20-30 minutes. I would look through the window of the shop, and it seemed as if 1 person was working while everyone else stood around. I saw multiple mechanics walking around outside while they left one person to work on getting my tires on, even though I had been there 3.5hrs at this point. The man doing my car moved about as slow as possible from what I could see from inside. I guess what I'm saying is, there was no sense of "hey, this person has been waiting 3.5hrs, could someone else jump on and help out so we could get him out faster."Then at hour 4, I was told my lug nuts were stripped on one of the wheels, and that they needed to order new ones. She went ahead and assumed that I was ok with still waiting, and would pay the price ($44) of the new lug nuts; without ever explaining or asking me any of this. I tell her thats fine, as I dont care at this point I just need to eat and get other chores done since it is my day off. I have had the lug nut thing happen at Hunt County on 51 last time I got tires, and the whole time I was there was about 50mins, and they did not charge me anything extra. (Not saying I expect that, but that was my experience there).So finally, after over 4.5hrs, (enough time to drive from Inwood to NYC), even though I called before going to get an appt or the best time, they finish. Mechanic takes it for it a test drive and gives it back to me, and apologizes for the wait. They seem like nice guys, talk to them for a few mins about cars, but Im obviously worn out after 4.5-5hrs trying to get tires put on when its NEVER taken me more than 1 hour even with the messed up lug nuts.I get home, I realize 3 of the 4 tires were put on backwards. They are not symmetrical treads, so they need to face the right direction. It is literally written "outside" and "inside" on the side of the tires, and 3 out of 4 were wrong. My vehicle is AWD, so each tire is supposed to be identical. This was the main reason I spent $800 on identical tires for them to put on. It is about the most basic of basic mistakes that could be made, and it was made on 3 out of my 4 tires.Im not saying they arent nice people, it just seems like the type of business where the owner or manager doesn't care. People are allowed to work at whatever speed they please, and shame on the customer if you thought it would take us less than 4 hours to get a set of tires on, even though you called ahead....ARE THESE THE PEOPLE YOU WANT WORKING ON YOUR VEHICLE? IF YOUR ANSWER TO THAT IS STILL YES, I PRAY FOR YOUR SANITY THAT YOU HAVE NOTHING BUT FREE TIME...Service: Tires

I truly couldn't be happier with the service I received here at ZZ Auto Service Center! First off, the customer service on the phone and at the front desk from Leia was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an auto shop! You don't come across a woman manning an auto shop very often, so when it happens, it's a pleasant surprise! Then the service itself was quick and meticulous, even though it was SO busy! The tech explained everything clearly, and asked if I had any questions. There's no doubt that I'll be coming back!

I drive a 2013 Prius C Three, and the battery died yesterday while I was at work. Contacted my insurance company today about a tow, and someone from ZZ Auto Center was there just over an hour later. They stayed in contact with me on their way, and when they got here, Kelsey from ZZ Auto Center offered to try jump starting my car before towing it. Kelsey brought my car back to life, and talked me through what I needed to do next to retain the charge and about my battery. They were so helpful and extremely communicative. I contacted ZZ Auto for an estimate on my 2000 Subaru Forester. I needed two engine mounts, one transmount, and both front CV axles replaced. I had already purchased my own parts because a friend was going to do the job but realized it couldn't be done without a lift. ZZ Auto quoted me a price of over $1500! ZZ Auto also insisted that they had to remove my engine in order to do this job. That was totally false. I'm really glad I went somewhere else. I got the three mounts replaced at a different local shop for $120. My mechanic friend will still be able to do to do the CV axles for me.I can only recommend to stay away from ZZ Auto!

We moved out here a couple months ago and my fiance took her car here to get looked at and stressed how nice and helpful everyone was here, and what a good job they did so I took my truck here. They were prompt, very helpful and super friendly and professional. Straight shooters, they took the time to walk me through and explain what my truck needed even after I explained I was going to do the work myself because I'm a mechanic, just new to the area. Most shops would lose interest because they aren't making the money off the job at that point but not these folks. They care and they showed it. I'm more then impressed with the values and morals these people have and showed me my first time here and I'll continue to bring my vehicles here for anything I need done. I'd advise anyone else to do the same, honest mechanics are hard to find anymore. Great place, great people, really glad I took her word and went there. Thank yall so much, yall are doing it right.

Thank you so much to Kelsey and ZZ Auto Service Center for towing our van! After a car accident and very stressful evening, Kelsey arrived and was incredibly kind and professional. We were 50 miles from home and ZZ took the job, making the journey to tow our van all the way home. I can t thank Kelsey enough for helping our stressful day end on a positive note. You're amazing!

BUYER BEWARE, the worst experience ever and not resolved. Purchased a boat and trailer approx a month ago from this business. I still have not received the title for the boat or trailer. Each week i recieve a different excuse. Not once has ownership returned my call. Extremely unprofessional.

They towed my vehicle because of an hoa that I was unaware of, that I understand is not there fault but then they left no means to contact them or any indication that my vehicle wasn't stolen. It took about 30 minutes of calling around to local towing offices just to find out my vehicle had not been stolen.

I will 100% be coming here for all my car needs! Being a young woman, I feel like as though a lot of car places take advantage of my naive knowledge of cars. I feel so confident in saying that ZZ auto did not! They checked my car, told me what I need and didn t need, and that was it! I went in because I thought I needed new brakes, but they said I was good. I feel like other businesses would have just put them on for the $Service: Brake service & repair

I have never had such amazing customer service. Joey and his team went above and beyond to help me. He was very knowledgeable, found me a replacement tire in the area, and made sure I arrived safely. Had brand new tires installed for my Subaru, something immediately felt off as I was driving home. I went back in as soon as I could and asked for an alignment and was quoted an outrageous $120 (most shops charge between $60-$80). I said I would like the tires to be looked at since this was the shop that installed them, found out that they had been installed with the incorrect wheel weights. They were nice enough not to charge me for the service, but did little to acknowledge the screw up and would have been happy enough I'm sure, to charge me the $120 and let me drive away had I not insisted that they take a second look at their own work.

ZZ Auto is a great shop. We blew a spark plug in Inwood on our way to PA. Our tow truck driver hooked us up with their ford mechanic and they fixed our SUV first thing in the morning. They also have very fair prices and stick to what to they quote you. It was less than what many estimates on the internet said. We were really happy with our experience and are grateful they helped us get back on the road before 1pm the next day!

LEFT US ON THE ROAD BY OURSELVES FOR HOURS BECAUSE THEY ACCEPTED A ROADSIDE REQUEST FROM OUR INSURANCE AND DID NOT EVEN START HEADING OUR WAY UNTIL 1.5 HOURS AFTER THEY WERE "ASSIGNED" TO US. Driver seemed nice so after the initial excessively long wait to get someone headed our way, we decided to wait it out the additional hour. I had attempted to call other tow truck drivers in the area and they were either unavailable or did not answer. Once the driver arrived to us, he was supposed to assist us with installing our spare tire since the situation was unsafe for us to do so being right on the shoulder of a major highway and the driver' rear tire being completely blown out. Our assigned driver took one look, did not even feel the spare tire, and claimed it was too "rusty" to help us. We then proceeded to ask the driver if he could at least tow the car to the nearest auto shop so that we would no longer be stranded on the side of the highway in the middle of the night and would have it in a place to be worked on in the morning. He told us he has no room for us because his wife was with him, said "sorry" and then drove away. Thus, we were left stranded again. Not to mention the driver also added that "he came out here as a courtesy" as his reasoning for not helping further. Zz auto accepted the roadside assistance from our insurance, there was no "courtesy" involved. This driver was just not in the mood to put in the extra work to help us out and make our situation safer. Thankfully, the WV state police were able to provide us with an escort to the nearest hotel. Would never reccomend this auto service center, especially for those in need of PROMPT AND EFFICIENT service. We ended up having to leave our vehicle abandoned on the side of the road, which was our last resort.

Call this morning ask how much a tow would be from sheetz Inwood to my location it was $125 for a four minute drop off not only that they are located right here in Inwood West Virginia I found is Highly unacceptable. Take an advantage of people I called three other tow truck companies from Inwood West Virginia $75 which I wouldn t complain because it s worth it $125 is ripping off the community I would think twice about calling this tow truck company rather you have friends here or not it is unethical to charge somebody that much money yes it is their business and they have a right to charge whatever but if you think about it why would other three companies charge $75 and they charge $125 who s taking the rest of the money.

One of your drivers was very unprofessional this morning when he towed a van from Bunker Hill, the site of 1776 Restoration Movement. After the van was loaded, the driver proceeded to parade the van past the fenced in compound, to the delight of the people squatting there. Very unprofessional. Edit to add, I understand the driver had to go in a certain direction, however, he could have done it on the main road, not the area directly in front of the encampment. however thank you for your response

Leah is awesome. We moved here from Arizona and she was very patient explaining what needed to be done to get the car licensed and inspected. Today, we had to have the windshield replaced and she stopped what she was doing to get a new inspection sticker on in no time. Would 100% recommend ZZ Auto.

I have been taking all of my family's vehicles to ZZ Auto ever since they first opened their doors. They have always been great, Shelly always make you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door, and Wally, the owner and Jay the lead technician will take the time to explain what is wrong with your vehicles and what needs to be done to make it right. They have always been very reasonably priced and have done fast quality work. They even provided me with a ride to work while they fixed my car so that i did not have to take time off. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a honest and professional garage that you can trust .Sincerely Yours:Satisfied customer
