Our RV broke down and they sent a service technician to us. Great service. He came and said it looks like the alternator and jump the batteries enough that we were able to drive the few miles to their shop. Once there they called a few hotels in the area and found one that would take us and our 3 big dogs. Then they drove us to the hotel! Above and beyond customer service. Thank you Guy and Jenny for your help!

Called for a flat tire on interstate. He was very polite but explained to me he only works on 18 wheelers. I told him I had a infant with me and he made a exception and came out and put my spare tire on and would not accept a dime. He told me to pass it on later in life
