They did some work for me recently. I was quoted an amount and they took longer than they expected, but gave me a discount for that reason. They did great work and I felt the discount was good business practice as there are often unforeseen circumstances when preparing for any job. The owner and I had a disagreement so I did not return for other work I wanted done. I'd simply suggest you get everything in writing before the work is done so there is no dispute at the time the bill is to be paid. I was pleased with the original work done, but I will not return.
