With an appointment it took over 2 and a half hours to put one tire on my vehicle and after they finally put it on I had to wait an extra 30 minutes before they came to check me out and give me my keys

I had a slow leak and they were able to fix it. They were super nice and helpful. 2/5/22 6pm to 7pm these two employees were Awesome! They got my family back on the road.

My Mom got her oil changed and tires rotated .They didn't tell her she needed new tires . Car was making a funny sound, so we had it checked out, and the back rear was showing metal , which they should have seen . And she needed a ball joint on top of that . Otherwise, no problems getting in .

They got me tires but it was alot of drama and none of the employees could agree on what tire was right for my car. If I wasn't in a jam and had to be towed there with a flat tire I would've went somewhere else.

Scheduled an appointment to get 4 tires mounted and balanced 2 and a half hours later the car is done. But then they spent another 30 minutes searching for my key that they LOST! Oh and we had to wait even longer because when we finally got the keys and and started the car the tire sensors were not working. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

why have a phone number and not answer the phone? ive been trying to price some tires for 3 days here i live a good distance away and aint going to waste a trip without knowing the price but 3 days of calling probably let it ring for about a half hour at a time and still no answer. idk if they have no employees or just dont care about customer service but to me its just ridiculous

Called many times and stayed on the phone equalling out to about 45 mins waiting for them to answer. When they did, there was no response but could hear stuff in the background as if they answered and set me down on the counter. Went there after an appointment was set up to get 2 tires changed and rebalanced and they took an hour after saying it should take about 35 to 40 minutes. The time wasn't the issue, it was the rudeness of the employees and lack of customer service.

Had an appointment the lady at Auto check in very rude and had a bad attitude. My car was only car in the bay and still took 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. If your looking for friendly service go somewhere else.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Opened at 9am... Show up at 945am for just a simple free tire rotation. After 2hrs of waiting I have someone pick me up so I wouldn't be waiting. Show back up little over an hour later to 3 guys standing around talking and my vehicle still unfinished. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Seems management has changed it so you have to call ahead to get anything done in the tire change and oil change area.. I've been going there awhile and I didn't see that coming. But the people were nice so I can't be that mad

I don t think they wanted to work that day. Went for an oil change. Told appointments only and they were booked solid. Both bays empty and standing around so what was booked? In past drove in had oil changed and out. Now they are telling me Walmart changed to only appointments. That s going to cost them business. I will never go back.

Would give them a hire rating if didn't have to wait 3 hours for tires to be changed plus they take others in before you and they came in after I did

Had a 3pm appointment. Walked around the store for an hour and went to check why my vehicle hadn t been serviced. They forgot about it!!! Asked how long it would be and they told me another 30-45 minutes. Horrible service and wouldn t recommend

It took over 2 hours to change oil and rotate tire. While it took less time to change 5 tires on one vehicle and fix flats on two other vehicles. And I made an appointment.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The sales lady in the service dept was very rude and absolutely hateful. I will never shop at Buckhannons Walmart service center again. Rather pay more and get it somewhere else from friendly people.

I'm so tired of coming here to get an oil change.. Its always the machines are down or they have to take appointments.. I just think they're too lazy to do their jobs!

My car only takes 5 gallons of oil to fil, they claim it took 8 and over charged me. Never again will i go.

Nobody would work on any cars in the two hours that we waited just to get a new tire put on a rim. That's all. Just a tire put on a rim. Had to leave with the new tire not being put on said rim.

They never have what the comuter says they have in stock. I was told my 4 tires would be there today but now it will be next week maybe.
