Came in and did a real fast job. Didn't take time to clean carpets. Only went over rugs once , literally swiped once across the carpets and left..didn't move anything like they said on website, went around everything in our bedroom and left. Terrible service..wish we can get a refund.

Recently I had Stanley Steemer come out and clean my carpet and airducts at a rental property. I spoke with the new owner and he was extremely professional and helpful. He even told me that my dryer vent was clean and did not need to be done, very refreshing to have a service company not try to upsell you on everything. The crew who came in was professional and did a wonderful job. The airducts were extremely dirty and there is a lot less dust now. The carpet also turned out like new. Not happy with my service. I have 4 pieces of furniture to clean. 2 guys arrived at 8:47am. Had to set up clean and break down and left at 9:25am. Even wet, you can still see the stains that I was expecting to be gone are still there!! AND there's a white spot on my chair that wasn't there before.

Horrible place too work for. You think you making friends till you get laid off for something that happened off company property and off hours
