My family had taken our vehicles to Rohr's Body Shop before and we were always happy with their work.Recently, I took my Ford F150 there for some very extensive work.They were polite, accommodating and did really good work. Rohr's even detailed the interior.The final product was like the day I drove it off the lot!

Mitch and his team at Rohr's Body Shop did an 11/10 EXCELLENT JOB restoring my 2021 Expedition to pre-collision condition after another body shop failed to do so! Mitch was very easy to work with and fought my insurance company to get the job done right! Rohr's Body Shop is very honest and customer focused. I was kept informed through the entire process and the finished product is great. There is no better body shop in central WV. Period. Don't bother going anywhere else. I was in an accident in my GMC Acadia and when Mitch and the guys were finished, it was show room ready! I could not have asked for better treatment or better work!I highly recommend Rohr s Body Shop!

Having a student at the local college, and being many miles away, we felt at ease talking with Mitch and Jake regarding my daughter's accident. They gave us a time frame and an estimate. Once the repairs were finished they came in below the estimated cost and the car was completed within the time frame they gave us. I would highly recommend Rohr's to anyone who needs any body work done to their car. It looks better than it did prior to the accident.

Excellent service and work! My jeep was brought in and finished within the timeframe originally quoted. It looks brand new! I was handed my keys and shocked when I opened the door to see the interior had even been cleaned spotless! Not something I was expecting! This was my first experience with a body shop and I couldn t be happier! Professional and friendly service with incredible results!

All Rohr s had to do is replace my bumper on the back of my Jeep. I would ve got in my dirty Jeep and not thought a thing of it. They went above and beyond by detailing inside and out. THANK YOU! May God bless you guys. Totally refreshing experience!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I chose Rohr's to have body work done on my Toyota Venza. I needed a new front bumper. The estimated time for repair was 2-3 days. The 3rd day was allowed in case they found something else that needed replaced, and they did.The work done looks great! They even washed the whole car and vacuumed the inside. They are billing the extra work needed to the person's insurance that caused the damage.I had to wait almost 2 months to get the repairs made, but there was no rush as my car was still drivable. I was willing to wait as I know they do great work. They've done previous repairs for us also, and have always done a good job.

Rohr s Body Shop fixed my car when another vehicle ran over the front end of my new car that was parked. They did a fantastic job!! The paint along with the parts for the front end of my car match and look great!! Everything is hooked back up and works like new. I highly recommend Rohr s Body Shop for any body work you need done. After being turned down at other places in town because my service was not insurance work , Mitch at Rohr s Auto Body fixed me right up! I called and he gave me the opportunity to come get an estimate the same day. He was helpful and made sure my issues were corrected in a very timely manner. His other coworkers seemed professional while coming in and out of the office. I appreciate their quality of work and effort. This team goes above and beyond for their customer. Mitch and Jake have went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They have been having trouble getting the parts to fix my Jeep. On top of that, my inspection sticker is about to expire. I called them and asked them if they would be offended if I decided not to wait on the parts and just trade it in for a new one. They completely understood and were very supportive. I was so upset and they made me feel so much better. The guys at Rohr s really know how to treat their customers!! Thank you Mitch and Jake. Your kindness and understanding is very much appreciated!!

I have taken my car there twice this year. They have been fantastic, explained procedures well, and went above and beyond to make the repairs easy on me. My car is always cleaned and beautiful when I pick it up. They respond quickly, and are good people. This is the second time within 6 months that we have used Rohr's Body Shop as 2 of our children hit deer!! But WOW! Rohr's did such a great job and the cars look absolutely terrific. Good as new :). I was one of those unfortunate drivers to hit a deer. First time in my life. I took my car (less than five months old) to Rohr s Body Shop. It did take a little while to get my car in for repairs. I now understand why. Their service is impeccable. They finished the repairs faster than I had expected. The car looks amazing. Every employee I have dealt with there is wonderful and professional. When I got in my car I discovered that it had been cleaned inside and out, top to bottom. I will highly recommend them to others. And I will continue to use them for any repairs I may need in the future. Thank you all so much.

Wow! This place is Great. Our van got totaled in an accident while traveling from out of state. We had to leave the van behind for assessment and potential repairs. Mitch was very patient in answering all our questions. He went above and beyond in helping us navigate the pros and cons of repairing the damage. I felt good knowing he was giving us honest advice. I highly recommend this place! I would not hesitate sending my friends and family here. Excellent Customer Service!!! Bravo Mitch!

Took my car here to have my front end repaired, took them less than a full 24 hours to repair it and it looks amazing! They even washed the outside and detailed the inside. I highly recommend getting work done here!

Took my 2016 Toyota Tacoma in for repairs. When replacing the front bumper they broke another piece. They tried to hide it by gluing it. After a couple weeks the glue came loose. Not a professional job. Rip off company. Makes me wonder what else they hid that I haven't found yet.

They are very nice here!! They said they would have my car for about 3 days to a week and they had it ready in less than two days! I highly recommend them!
