These guys are great!! I was told by another shop my engine was no good due to a cracked piston (at only ~60,000 miles). I brought the Jetta to these Pat's to help me figure out what to do about it. Pat's team quickly figured out the original diagnosis was completely wrong and had me fixed up within a few hours after receiving parts. Turns out it was a minor repair to get the car back to normal. Definitely recommended these guys. Thank you, Pat!

Pats Speed Shop saved me money when they didnt have to! My 2019 Porsche Cayenne low battery light came on. Pat assured me the battery had good charge, but couldn't figure out (at that moment) why the battery low light was on. After I had left and paid a low cost, Pat's Speed Shop researched the issue on his own and later informed me that there was a computer upgrade available for my model year and I might want to check with a dealer. I did! And there was! Saved me buying a new lithium ion battery at $1700.00 that is under my front seat. Thanks Service: Auto battery replacement

A true euro enthusiast shop with knowledgeable and passionate staff that build and drive the cars themselves. Drove over 2 hours to drop off the car and 2 hours to pick up. I had taken my 1998 Jaguar XK8 to 2 different mechanics who each had it for six months. Neither was able to figure out what the problems were. I took it to Pat, thinking I was just there for diagnostics. Within an hour and a half it was diagnosed and REPAIRED. Finally! And at a very reasonable price. I will be taking both of my vehicles to him in the future for any diagnostic or repair needs. Nice, honest and very knowledgeable!Service: General repairs

All I have to say about pats speed shop is they do some amazing work. They are very professional and knowledgeable about what they do. I went in there to have my wastegate on my turbo fixed and they showed me before and after pictures of what they did and explained it to me. My car runs a lot better than what it did before thanks to pats speed shop. If you need any work done on a EURO car I would definitely recommend them.Service: Engine repair

Pat diagnosed the issue I was having with my VW Tiguan and he and Boris got it up and running better than it has in over a year in one day. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Upon moving to WV, and not being close to a dealer, we took my fianc�s previously dealership maintained E350 to Pat s Speed Shop. Shortly after having the tires done, a wheel came off the hub while driving down the road. Luckily no one was injured. 3 of the 5 lugs showed evidence of being over torqued to the point of snapping, and the remaining to appeared to have snapped while driving down the road. Two other shops reviewed the vehicle and came to the same conclusion.When Pat s Speed Shop was approached they were unhelpful and denied any responsibility.I cannot, in good faith, recommend Pat s Speed Shop due to the egregious safety violation and the poor customer service post incident.

Amazing customer service and honesty.I couldn t be happier with the work Pat has done with my 2015 Audi A3. I had tons of issues when I purchased my vehicle used and he was insanely helpful with explaining what was wrong and fixing it. I ve never met a better or a more honest mechanic.

I have been a customer of Pat's for roughly six years. He's done everything from a transmission swap to general maintenance on different vehicles for me. Very knowledgable and offers the best prices on parts and fluids that I have been able to find.

I drive an hour both ways just to have my vehicle service by Pat/ The Speed Shop. Very relaxed environment, in-depth and informative mechanics with actual passion for the brands theyservice. Best brands and selection compared to any European dealerships in my area.

I have two BMWs and I take them to Pat for all kinds of service. It doesn't matter if the job is big or small, he can handle it. They are willing to stay late to get the job done right.
