I couldn't be more satisfied with the vehicle purchase from Brandon Weese at Jenkins Ford. What a class act experience from start to finish. He made me feel comfortable and not rushed to make a sale. My husband traded in my truck and I had to return to get the all the details about it. We dealt with Rick, I called he told me just to let him know what day was good for me. I showed up he took my truck right back to get what it needed, was very precise on how long it would take and brought it right back to give me all the details on the features. Great service!

We absolutely love Jenkins Ford in Buckhannon. Rick our salesman plus manager was amazing going above and beyond making our transaction easy and point on! We love our new truck and plan on going there for all our vehicle needs. Would recommend them to everyone. Our truck is badass!!!

I came across the truck that really caught my eye! I called the dealership and Brandon Weese immediately went to work helping me with every detail to making my want a reality! Every aspect of the transaction was smooth and easy with the professionalism of this crew. From Brandon to DJ Crawford setting up all the paper work, it was really a great experience!

I highly recommend you ask for Brock Cuttright if you are dealing with Jenkins. No offense to other salespersons there, but this is the 3rd time I've dealt with Brock. He is smart, knowledgeable about the vehicles, very customer oriented and will do his best to see you get the deal you want and you are treated right. I will be dealing with him again and recommending Jenkins mainly because of him.

So long story short i bought a used GMC a little over 4 months ago, had to have it in the garage 2 times within that time frame. I called Brandon Weese, my car guy, and told him my issues and that I wanted to trade.. so along with him and DJ Crawford and their manager they made it possible for me to get into a brand new explorer and out of a problem vehicle.. They went above and beyond for me and I am so very grateful for that and that now I can get to work lol.. But the really the best experience for me is the atmosphere.. They treat you great and they actually feel like family!! Will never go anywhere else!! Thanks again guys you ROCK!!!

My husband,David, and I were interested in the 2015 Ford F-150 we saw on Jenkins website. I called and spoke with Brock, very friendly and professional. He rolled us over to Brandon in Sales. Brandon was awesome!!! He called us on Friday to let us know the truck was still available. We went to Jenkins Ford on Saturday. Brandon had the truck waiting close to the building for us, ready for the test drive. We loved it!! Brandon introduced us to DJ in finance. They both were very informative, professional, kind, personable and made us feel extremely comfortable with our purchase. Because of the way the Jenkins Ford team treated us, we will return. Jenkins Ford is great. We recently purchased a used Chevy Blazer there. I called and made an appointment. The vehicle was pulled around and ready for us to view. They were straightforward, honest and friendly. The buying process was very quick with no extra or hidden fees. I would definitely buy there again provided they had what I am looking to buy.

My 2012 Lincoln MKZ was recalled for a faulty air bag. I made an appointment at Jenkins Ford in Buckhannon W.V. and took it in for repair, an oil change and a "the works" check up. All was done and they also found that my new Ford battery, (about 5 months old), was also faulty. They were going to replace it under warranty that day but were out of my size so I had to go back in about a week for the new one. In the passing week, I notice a very minor glitch, not even worth mentioning here. I brought it to Tim, (the service manager's), attention when I went back for the battery and he acted like it was his sole job that day to correct it. He went above and beyond my expectations for the situation and, as always, the service is great and faster than promised. I have had other brands of cars and different experiences with other branded dealer's service but every time I take a car to Jenkins for a service where it requires something be taken apart inside the car, there is NEVER any trace that they have been there. All lines and gaps between interior parts like dash to wall, dash to windshield, door to door jamb or anything else are always perfect. This is the second car that I've taken there where the interior had to be disturbed and it always comes back perfect. It it were a crime scene, the police would find no evidence that they were even there. No greasy finger prints, nothing. It's just sad that I had to move 1,000 miles to get quality auto work. It may sound like I'm raving but it's the truth. I'm that impressed.

Jenkins Ford is a wonderful place to not only buy a vehicle but also have it serviced. They are so helpful and accommodating! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

At Jenkins Ford I have always been treated with respect and made to feel they value me as a customer. Have not had many issues with any 3 of my Ford but when an issue did arise, Angie, Bobby, Joey, or John himself saw to it that is was taken care of with the highest priority and made sure everything was right. Great dealership and an awesome team.

Unpleasant ! $ 101.73 for oil change & tire rotation on a new Ford Ranger truck with 5000 miles on it. What a rip off !!!! Won't be back EVER !

I have never contacted a dealer to get my car serviced and faced a company that did everything they could to not service my car. I have never talked with someone who just didn't care. I am glad I have never purchased from this dealer.

As always, Jenkins treated with me with professional and efficient service. Came by without an appt. on a Saturday and my Raptor was serviced quick and painless. I added an extended warranty quickly and easily while I waited and everything was explained including my FordPass points!

My fiance and I had an outstanding experience at Jenkins Ford last week. We were on the way back from our road trip and the transmission died on my Ford escape (2016) about 400 miles away from home. This also happened the day before Easter which was a Saturday so there was no way us to get home or to another nearby city to stay with family or even to an amtrak station to get home by train.Nancy and DJ went above and beyond with their service to make sure we could get home. Before helping us get a used car they called in some personal favors to see if they could get us a rental car just so we could get home and figure out the rest later but unfortunately, there none available for a 1 way trip. After exhausting our last resort by not being able to get family to come pick us up, the only option for us was to trade in the dead Ford escape and get another used car. Nancy and DJ helped us out a lot throughout the process to make sure that we didn't feel pressured into making a decision and by helping us keep the costs manageable since this is wasn't a planned purchase.The mechanics even stayed 20 minutes after they were supposed to close to check my car when it got towed to the dealer to see if it was a repair they could do quickly. Unfortunately it was not but Nancy and DJ also stayed after the dealer closed to help us get back on the road asap.All in all, 10 out of 10 experience and I can't thank them enough for helping us get back on the road in a great car without breaking the bank.

Just purchased the new 2023 Ford Bronco Heritage, Rick Floyd, not only went above and beyond to find me the best deal and trade in on my old vehicle but he worked with finance to get the entire process started. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was ready to take possession of and paperwork was ready to sign. Rick took the time to review every feature on my new Bronco and get me set up. Our business had a great experience. The Ford supply line is still behind and Jenkins was upfront and helped me a long the way. All the staff was excellent and very thorough with all the paper work. They even dropped the van off for me!

We really like the Toyota Highlander we bought from Nancy King at Jenkins Ford. My wife is driving it every day to work and loves how it drives. The Car Fax was also helpful information, informing us that the vehicle had been serviced regularly. We will go back to Jenkins Ford in the future if we need another car.
