The staff here is amazing. They always solve my mystery problems and are very affordable. I love that I can trust them to provide only the services I need and at a fair price. Best repair shop I've ever been to.

I took my 2012 Chevy Sonic in because I knew it needed some TLC. Has not had a tune up in its lifetime, has a loud exhaust and asked that they give it a really good inspection and let me know what all was needed. I was told it needed an air filter, serpentine belt, oil change and windshield wipers. I asked about the muffler/exhaust was told its fine sounds fine. I said no its loud...so he finally agreed to look again, and found a hole in the exhaust. Asked about tune up was told I didn't need one. I Explained it had never had one and was idling rough and seems to lurch at times. Was told no you don't want to change original plugs they last longer than ones you replace them with. Plus it was probably the air filter should fix everything I was describing. Oh and I had zero oil, he said. Yet I have no oil leak. So I said I'd still like to have a tune up completed. Well....9 days and $1242 dollars later, no tune up completed but, I have a much quieter car that lurches and jerks and has a rough idle. Some days you feel like a nut some days you dont. Can't say don't go there, can say you may not get what you want.

Took parents car in for a vibration. Mechanic test drove, came back and test drove with me and found the problem. I can t say that I looked very knowledgeable myself. But the mechanic and the two gentlemen at the counter were very knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly. They definitely earned some new customers today.

Walked in without an appointment and was taken care if immediately. Had just left my house for a doctor's appointment 45 minutes away and discovered my right rear tire was almost flat. Pumped it up with my portable compresser and drove straight to IN & OUT. Chris and Ted checked all my tires (I knew I would need new ones soon). The one that was flat was toast, the other rear one was badly worn, and the front two tires didn't have much tread left. So, I left with four NEW tires for a really good price and great service. All the guys who work there in Buckhannon are great! I recommend IN & OUT TIRE in Buckhannon.Mary J Varney

Their service is awesome here my daughter and son-in-law are also employees of the station if my son-in-law cant fix it it can't be fixed. Just go in and ask for Jason wamsley and hell repair anything that is wrong with your vehicle

This place has very good prices. Every time I get my car serviced they are great at getting me in at my appointment time and out quickly too..They go the extra mile to make sure I am happy with the service. If I have any questions they take time to explain everything to me.

These guys are totally awesome and affordable. Today my daughter had a flat and she needs her vehicle for work. I went to their shop, they were super busy but they worked her vehicle in, changed the tired and it was ready to go before my daughter needed it! Great prices, great service. He called around to try to find somewhere that would get it done faster. If I could give this place a 10 star rating I'd give them an 11.

Not all heros wear capes. Traveling from NC to PA, got stranded on I79 w/a flat tire. Spent hours waiting on aaa & calling everywhere simple Google searches gave, with no luck. A local happened upon us, helped get the spare on & got us safely to In & Out where Chris put on 2 new tires & got us back on the road in about an hour. Don't know when I'll ever be back in Buckhannon, but if so, I'll be stopping by just to gave a hug to these super amazing people. Saved our trip & no words can express our gratitude.

Would highly recommend, they offered to come to house to jump start what I thought was a bad alternator, Got truck to shop tested it passed and they found the problem which was way less. Very honest that they didn t go ahead a work on alternator. Have done business with before and will continue. You can t put a price on Honesty.

Came in June 22, 2022 with our 99 Durango to have the transmission lines repaired, the drivers side inner tie rod replaced, the passenger side spindle assembly, battery and the speed sensor on the transmission they did a great job. I recommend giving them a try!!

I was told they could not look up my account or what had been done without my plate number, Couldn t be pulled up by name. The truck sat for a while and when I went to renew my sticker they gave me a new plate and registration the old registration has been thrown away along with the plate.

I got my inspection sticker updated here. I ve been a few times for various things and they are reliable. I just don t Love them and am always on the hunt for a better mechanic.

Thought I had a leak in my tire. These guys fit me in same day, ran some tests, couldn t find a leak but did not charge me for their time and effort. Fingers crossed my road trip goes safely but I m impressed with the customer service!

People are ignorant they don't do a very good job had my spare tire fixed next day had a flat my spare tire went flat as soon as I put it on the car

Very friendly. Even stayed over after closing to put tires on for me when they could have turned me away but didn t. I will continue to go back and have work done to my vehicle at in and out tires. Thanks guys I appreciate it

Amazing automotive experience for me had all the right stuff to get the job done quickly, Honesty is key in this business went to another shop for an oil change and they told me a bunch of stuff was wrong come to find out, brought it here and they took measurements of everything and told me i didnt need any work done, awesome
