The gentleman who assisted us was very friendly. Although we came at 4:35 pm ,he could have turned us away cause they close at 5pm. But instead he took us in and added us to the list. They take cash only if I am not mistaken but ask before you go. So you can save yourself a walk to an ATM down the road. Definitely will return again.

Plenty of room in the waiting area while the car was being serviced. Technicians were prompt in getting it in and working on it. The service desk was knowledgeable and helpful.

Great service. Fast and reasonably priced. They got me in for new tires, brakes, state inspection etc on my Motorhome. Awesome bunch of guys. Owners are down to earth and the type of people you'd be proud to know.

I have had things done here and there for several years since their opening. I am not sure what other female reviewers are referring to because my experience has been the exact opposite. I have moved out of the area and did have a bad experience with a service company that was obviously trying to take advantage of me. Since that time, I have returned to this establishment for anything that can be done outside of the Mercedes dealership. They always go out of their way to offer any assistance, upfront about costs, honest, keep appointment times, fast service. I do not have have one bad thing to say about this company. Top notch, and they will continue to receive all the business I can provide.

Not very professional, my experience was that they put a more expensive tire than agreed on my rim and tried to charge for it. Another time I had a nail in my tire but they were too busy to look at it. Glotfelty s in Elkins will have my business from now on.

Very pleased with the services I received. I called to get a quote at 3:30pm on a Thursday and by 9:00am Friday, Keith called me to say my tires had come in. I had the tires on my car in less than 24 hours from the time I had ordered them. New tires, oil change and state inspection. Billy answered any questions I had and was very helpful. It was worth the 4 hour round trip, such wonderful service. I will definitely be going back for future services. Great place!

We got an alignment and an oil change done. The people were friendly and helpful. The wait wasn't too bad and we were really happy with the price. We'll definitely come here again.

This is my favorite place to have work done for my car. They're good, the staff is friendly, they're reasonably priced. However, today's experience was a little marred by the fact that not one staff member was wearing a mask or face covering. They didn't have it posted on the door as they ought to by order of the Governor, nor did the require masks or face coverings of their customers. I try to support local businesses when I can, but I didn't feel as comfortable as I usually do today. Not once during my time did I so much as see a squirt of hand sanitizer used, nor any other sanitizing protocol. I'm disappointed in this.

Awesome service. They were able to take my vehicle for a test drive and check out the front end almost immediately. Awesome help on tires and wheels. Have me very good information and educated me on newer products. Will definitely be going back.

I had them mount and balance a set of wheels and tires. They scratched the wheels and gave me back 4 individually different valve stem caps. Lack of care and customer service seems to be everywhere these days.

I had previously thought about purchasing tires from Corridor H Tire but had opted instead to go with C Adam Tony Tire at that time. After that experience had been all said and done, I wish I had went with Corridor H Tire instead.So when the time came again for tires, I checked in with Corridor H Tire first to see what they had. They gave me a fair price on a set of Michelin's for my truck, so I figured why not try them out.I was not disappointed. Corridor H Tire was great at getting my tires on and ensuring that I had a comfortable wait. It helps that the staff was friendly and helpful, as well as not pushy. To be honest, it was refreshing to have such great service. I'll definitely be returning again for maintenance, as well as tires in the future.

I was stranded on the side of the road with 2 grandkids. Boyfriend came, jacked up car and took the tire here. They were wonderful on the phone when I called. When my boyfriend got the tire there, they had a replacement tire ready and got it fixed asap.. I was able to get back on the road quickly to take my grandkids back to VA with their parents.. I am so grateful for their wonderful services.

Excellent service and reasonably priced. They didn't push to up-sell and let me make up my mind with no pressure. Very satisfied and will definitely will go back for service in the future.

I use Corridor H Tire regularly for our work trucks, and I have never been let down by themActually I don't even have a negative word to say about any part of their operation or service. Even when they are booked solid they always seem to be able to squeeze us in and get out trucks back out in the feild to make money. I would recommend Corridor H Tire to anyone who's in need of auto service for their business and/or personal vehicles.

If your a female looking to get any work done on your vehicle, BEWARE. They gave me a list of things that needed replaced on my vehicle, I then took my vehicle to another mechanic to make sure that it was correct, I found out that they misdiagnosed my vehicle on something that was simple, also charging me for parts I didn't need. If I would have went along with what they said needed fixed, it would have caused more damage to my vehicle, coincidentally causing it to need more work done. I shared my experience with a couple other female friends, and SUPRISE, 2 of them had similar experiences! This is not a coincidence, I will never go back, keep your eyes open ladies!

I bought tires for my daully and had to go back for a rotation which they done but didn't add air to any tires as i requested and never put on valve caps on 3tires

Very great staff. I had to get approval for my company truck to get tires and the guy working the front counter was very helpful getting it done while there was an issue waiting on approval on the other end of things.

Replaced all of the valve stems on the tires of our 5th wheel RV after having a problem on the road. They were very helpful in fitting us in.

Dont buy tires here and expect them to honor the manufacturer warranty. When you buy tires they expect them to be rotated every 5-6 thousand miles ( which is reasonable) which I always brought them within them miles and have them rotated and ask them to check everything else out to to do 2 things. 1 its good to do preventative maintenance and 2 it keeps the tires within manufacturer specs. I dont think they even looked or did what I asked them to do they just rotated and that was it. The first set of mastercrafts lasted only 11,000 miles ( I'd say 85% of my driving happens on the interstate or on the corridor. They said they would pro rate the new tires ( which was a lie) and that I would get a check for the difference I waited 2 months and had to call the manufacturer to be only told that they had denied the pro rate ( thanks for the heads up). I already bought another set by then and now ive got 8/9000 miles on this set( which are generals) same thing brought with the miles to have rotated and checked they said everything was good. I just brought them in again because all 4 tires are cupping. I asked to look to ser what would be causing this issue and all the sudden I have 2 lower ball joints are bad. Funny how they never noticed this when I brought them to get them rotated how come they never caught this issue. They have lost my business for good.

Great service! Had 4 new tires on my dump trailer on a Saturday before July 4th in 30 minutes! Those guys jumped on it like a pit crew from Nascar!!!

This place is a joke. They charge you for things you don't need - dont follow the rule of law when it comes to modified inspection stickers and then laugh at you as if to challenge you to do anything about it. I will never return here again.

I here they treat there employees aweful!! There older gentleman that work there get no lunch break much less a 15min brake in a whole work day!!
