I would absolutely give this garage less than one star if possible and I wouldn't give it a review at all if it wasn't for the fact that I feel an obligation to warn everyone before they think about taking their vehicle there. In the summer of 2023 we took my new car to have a condenser put on it and the coolant recharged because some deer had run into my car and destroyed my condenser which left me with no air conditioning. They were great and putting it on and filling the freon up in fact they were so well at filling the freon up that they over filled it. This caused too much pressure to build up in my condenser and it burned up my compressor. I took the car back and had them to check to see what was wrong and they informed me that whoever had filled the freon up head over-filled it. When I told them it was them that had done it, they became very quiet at first, then proceeded to tell me that because I had not started the car up over the winter and bled the pressure off of the condenser that it burn up my compressor. I knew this to be a lie, but not wanting to argue with them I spoke to several dealerships who informed me that it was in fact a blatant lie. Now they do not want to make it right. So lawsuit bound we are.

You can t be serious! I ve replaced plate lights on my car multiple times and have never once had to take the whole damn back of my hatch off. I ve taken my vans and my other Subaru here before, no problems. The car is practically new so to do this baffles me. So if you want your car to come out looking jank, this you re spot. just checked- the plastic panel if I was going to replace it would cost me $900! Thank GOD I don t lease this vehicle.

They do quality work at quality prices. It's honestly the only mechanic office that I've never minded having to sit and wait in. The folks that run this place are decent, honest people that really deserve your patronage.

Went for a vehicle inspection. Let's just be honest, I had a modification done to my truck which would cause it to not pass inspection. I either expected them to pass it since nothing else is illegal on the truck and said modification is harmless, or give me a polite no. The 2 guys in the shop were polite with the no but the lady working at the front desk decides to come out and be very rude to me, and started nitpicking things on my truck that are perfectly legal such as my tint. I was nothing but kind to her in return even though she was blowing up on me. I also don't see what business she had coming out to berate me. Stay at the desk and let the nice fellows in the garage handle it! Took my truck to another garage the following day and got my sticker but thanks anyway. Also I am not mad that they wanted to fail me for inspection, I went in half expecting a no anyway. I'm mad at the behavior and treatment I received from the desk lady.

Messed up my friends brakes put them on upside down and was not willing to fix them and wouldn t take responsibility whatsoever when my friend spoke to the secretary there she hung up on her. Would not recommend.

i mean.. they did the job. they re not very friendly. but i went to get my car inspected and they did just that so i can t complain.

Absolute worst place of business I have ever been too. Rude people. Crooked is the only way to describe it. Take your vehicle there and they tell you one thing take it elsewhere and it turns out they're just full of it. Such a disappointment. TWICE now.
