The box was dropped off on time and was put exactly where we asked for it to be put.After our time, WM came on the date of pickup and the box was taken to the landfill. All the people at WM have been great to work with. Thank you WM for making everything so much easier on us. Take care and may God bless

Wm was great for a long time picking up our trash. Lately not so much recyclables were not picked up for almost a week after scheduled which being open top containers allowed the wind to blow cardboard and plastic water bottles everywhere. Also the regular trash pickup has gone downhill, they leave some of the trash can lids open and in the rain because they have no drain holes is a problem, also trash cans that are dumped by the rear helper mechanism if the trash doesn't make it in the truck they stopped picking it up to leave the area clean. 2 neighbors and me put all our cans together on one corner to help you guys out so it's easier for you. You guys were good before but lately not so much. Hoping for better service.

WM comes every week unless there is an issue. In that case they make sure to let you know in advance if there will be any changes to your scheduled pickup day. The only complaint I have is the price increase this year but such is life!

Always on time. Emails about changes to pickup due to holidays. They don't leave a mess. Very good service at a reasonable price.

New cans are great. Guys do arrive early.2 x in last billing period didn t do pick up on regular day ( due to weather). But 2nd time didn t come at anytime that week.The increase of bill 2 x so close to previous increase not appreciated. So that is reason for 4

I have asked for a container relacement for some time, the wheel is falling off. When I bring it to the curb the container falls over and is very difficult to control. Hope this problem does not injure me. I beleive the first time I made WM aware was 2 years ago.

I would give zero stars but I can't do that, the guy who picks up our trash is wonderful! The service itself sucks! I moved into this place started my trash service and got billed a double bill for my first bill because apparently my landlord was paying it before me and was being double charged so they thought they could double charge me, their money hungry, as soon as another service is available in our area I will be taking it!

Started service in Aug/Sep of this year. Literally just got my container this past week after many calls and emails to no avail. Had several bags of rubbish (not actual daily trash but all things accepted by WMC). Explained to the CSR that these things were bagged up correctly and would be sitting next to the standard bin. I am still looking at these bags. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, drivers are rude and could care less about customer satisfaction. If I had any other way of ridding myself of garbage I would do it but this is the only option at this point.

For newer West Virginia residents especially, there's a "free dump day:" 2nd Saturday of each month. Today, the limit was (as I can best recall) reduced down to 500 lbs appx. I can recall in prior years seeing a higher "free poundage" amount, but I understand that Waste Management is a "for profit" organization. Expenses and inflation are rampant, so we pay more. My "700 pounds" cost me about $13 and change, which is fine.Oh, if you are hauling stuff, you must cover your loads.This landfill is easy to get-to, near the Meadowbrook mall North of Bridgeport: just keep heading West, and use Google Maps to lead you if needed.Those using the facility MUST have a high-visibility safety vest and hard hat handy. You may NOT enter without these items. This is an OSHA thing, so it's not negotiable. You can PURCHASE these at the entry gate if you don't have them. You can alternately just buy them from the local hardware store, so long as they conform to current OSHA regs. I dont' know about "ride- alongs" like kids or spouse/family members. This is best left to a "solo run" or two or more with OSHA safety stuff.Please be prepared to WASH your vehicle after visiting the landfill. There is a rather "nasty" cementitious product that's just part of the driving surface (crushed granite or limestone) that acts like "stucco" when it gets on the vehicle. I have a 3,100 psi electric power wash that I regularly employ (good money saver, paid for itself), but today it took a good HOUR to get all of that "stuff" off my truck and undercarriage. I scrubbed it as well with my detail brush.I would advise against letting this stuff stay-put and dry-off. The rain won't necessairly wash it away, and it looks to be an excellent oxidizer (rust inducing). I also would shy AWAY from using an auto-wash, as this stuff looks abraisive and I wouldn't want to see other vehicles get abraision damage to the paint from left-behind material. It's a matter of kindness and propriety, I suggest.Well, just remember, a clean vehicle "rides much better!" :) It's also a GREAT workout, for those trying to stay fit!!! ;)

No issues other than price. Having every bill. The Guys are always nice. And leave my trash can area neatCustomer service tries to help,always. Really no serious issues other than Bill chaning all the time.

Overall excellent. Employees are great-drivers good, recycling is subpar. Need bigger bins for recycling and service should supply them. I am sure some subsidy is offered to recycle, so pass it on to customers. Thank you

Service mostly reliable but occasionally frustrating: the driver missing my container for pickup , spending half hour on the phone going from agent to agent through multiple states trying to schedule large item pick up .

Excellent service all the way around, always got notifications when service would be delayed for weather, holidays, ect and the driver was awesome working by himself and doing great.

Trash is collected in a timely manner. There is never anything that may have fallen out of the can left on the ground. When we encounter the trash collectors that are always polite and friendly with a hello, a wave and always a smile.

I don t have any experience with the landfill but WM s customer service is horrible. To be required by the city to have trash service from a company that offers no local support to customers is ridiculous and infuriating. The odds of getting accurate information is about 30% at best. I am considering dumping my residential pickup and taking trash directly to the landfill and recruiting others on my street to join me. I dislike Waste Management more than I thought it was possible to dislike anyone or anything. Every interaction brings me closer to pure hatred. I feel sorry for any poor soul that has to answer the phones at their call center, knowing that people are going to be angry before they hang up 90% of the time. Become a better company. Provide a better service. Your customers deserve better than what you are providing.

WM has missed two of the last 4 weeks leaving us with trash for 10-14 days with no relief on the bill for the missed pickups. Having a difficult time getting them to understand the need to have ours picked up when they pick up the dumpster next door

I'm 82 yrs old and have to carry my trash cans about a city block to the curb because I live behind another house. Sometimes I'm not able to get them out fast enough and you don't take my trash like this past Tues after Christmas.

Mismanaged. Good people working the trucks but I feel sorry for them having incompetent managers that change the day of pickup but do not communicate to any customers. This happened on the recycle route

I needed to talk to a representative, and it was impossible to speak to a person. Your customer service is not worth a hoot. My garbage can was damaged by the garbage truck and I was going to request a new one, so I don t know whether you ll be able to help me or not, I tried and tried to talk to a person to no avail. You really need to hire more people, not AI.

Requested a dumpster to do a house clean out after my fathers' death and WM promptly delivered a 4yd. container and picked it up when they said they would. They cancelled his trash pick-up as requested and were great to work with. Very professional and are polite. Nice to be able to talk to people who are not overseas trying to explain things in broken English.

I live at 301 Kingsbury Court and I'm handicap with a handicap daughter so If I can't find a neighbor to pull my trash can to the end of driveway I stick my head out the door and ask your man and he gets it for me and I'm forever grateful. Thank you so much

Over all the services received are good but expect a yearly increase in costs of this service that definitely becomes very noticeable after a few years .

Try getting ahold of someone You ll need at least 2 hours to sit on hold. If you need the green totter, they re on back order for months.

Customer service is good polite and helpful. Trash is picked up as scheduled. Glad to have new driver and pickup fella (same person does both jobs) he doesn t yell and be rude at 6 am like the old guy that apparently didn t like his job. Thank you to the new guy and customer services support

So far my interaction with WM services has been wonderful. They were very helpful when i called to set up service and upon trash pickup days gather all my items well and in a smooth manner. No complaints thus far!
