This is my second new Ridgeline purchase from Urse Honda. They have fair transparent pricing, great customer service. The same sales associate Rebecca was pleasant , knowledgeable and kept me informed from ordering to delivery. The manager Seth was also very helpful and always available to assist with questions. The finance manager was very helpful in ensuring questions were answered about extended warranty and line items on sales paperwork. Outstanding customer service team.

We had a great experience from start to finish with the whole team! Bill answered all of our questions, made the process very easy and was super friendly. The finance department was also great at explaining things to us and making sure we understand everything about the purchase. I am extremely happy with the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee I got! Had a great experience buying my Honda CR-V with Bill as our salesperson. Before I left the lot he sat with me and went over everything in the car and helped me set everything up. Bill will definitely get the job done. I told him I didn't want another white SUV he said hold my beer and got me grey. And I really like my CR-V the leather seats and leg room are everything for me. It drives so smooth and sexy. Normally I let my husband drive me everywhere, but so far I let him drive me once this week.

I called honda for help on my radio and i spoke with Jillian,while on the phone with her I expressed that I needed to get my Tires rotated and an oil change.she was able to get me in the same day. Every time I go to honda I see her. She is very knowledgeable about her job and she has amazing Customer service. She is very nice and helps find the best for your budget.she has also offered many times that if I wasn't able to come whenever I need something worked on She would pick my car up and bring it back while I'm at work.l which is very helpful with my work schedule. I always enjoy my visit at honda. thank you Jillian for always making the process easy.

I had an appointment at 10am for an oil change. It took 2 hours. I had work to do so I wasn't impatient. But right at 2 hours, I stood up and they were just bringing my car back from service. I overheard the mechanic say that he saw the car was just sitting outside (out of my view) for quite a while. He said he just figured he would pull it inside to be picked up. No one came to tell me it was ready.There's a couple of other issues. We have taken the card to this dealership for service before, but my wife and I agreed last night that we would travel a little further to the dealer where we purchased this vehicle. Sorry to say, I won't be using this local dealership again.

My wife wanted to buy a new car. She wanted to pick it out and finalize the sale. Her first time doing such. We visited Urse Honda and she decided on a new 2023 Honda Passport Elite with 64 mileage; although she initially wanted a black or white car. But because of the small selection of cars we looked at from various dealerships, she decided this car would do. She couldn t find black or white. The deal was finalized and when picking up the car; we decided we needed running boards and winter floor mats. Because of my wife s short stature and the harsh winters we experience. Bill Smarr said he would negotiate a reduced / cost for them. The order was placed and we paid before receiving. Parts department said it was the only way to buy and it may be several weeks before receiving them. When we get home and search on the internet we find the same items at a lower price at another Honda dealer; with the parts immediately available. I called Urse Honda parts and they refused to give my money back and instead said they would meet me half way with the parts; which by some strange reason were in stock and now available. So they because of the delay and difference in price agreed to include a paint touch up pin for our car. I now feel Urse went the whole way to please their customer. Bill Smarr was very informative explaining all the features of the car . We are very impressed with the our new car.

I had my annual safety inspection today. My suburu failed because of a crack in the plastic bumper. Don't know how a crack in a plastic part is unsafe? They did change the oil and rotate the tires quickly. But they couldn't determine the source of the noise in the rear brakes. Jillian, my service advisor, said that would be $150 extra. Keeping a car in safe condition is expensive.I'm thankful for Jillian for giving me advice about my vehicle. I'll just have to take it to another mechanic to have it worked on.

The sales associate, sales manager, and financial manager were all very professional, friendly, and helpful. They made the process of purchasing our new vehicle very easy. We started and finished looking for a used car with Urse Honda. We came in to look at a specific car we saw on line and were greeted by sales person Tiffany. She showed us the car we came to see, explained it's options and other information about it better than most sales folks we have encountered at other dealers in the past. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, allowed us time to look and discuss without hovering over us, and supplied answers to all of our questions. No pressure. She helped us reach what I feel was a very fair deal to both us and the dealer. Part of that involved us being able to talk directly to the sales manager who was also very helpful, courteous and easy to deal with. We bought the car and have been very pleased so far. We will definitely be back the next time we are looking for a car. Thanks!

my wife made it waited most of the day to get the car back. We got a call from your dealership suggesting that we get an air filter and a cabin air filter again another up charge from your service department. But they never thought to call us to tell us the car was done. She waited half the afternoon and no phone call.

When our truck engine blew up (literally) in the middle of the night, in freezing weather, in the middle of nowhere, 300 miles from home in the mountains of West Virginia, while towing, we had to get our truck & utility trailer towed to the nearest Honda dealership - in this case Urse Honda. We didn't know whether we wanted to replace the engine or buy a new truck. I won't go into all of the long details however it took several weeks to be resolved. Eventually with the assistance of American Honda and Urse Honda the engine was completely replaced, and now we have our Ridgeline truck back, running perfectly. At no time were we pressured or rushed, and everyone worked hard to ensure our 100% satisfaction. Our special thanks to service lead Jillian Dalton. She was kind, compassionate, and communicative. She frequently kept in touch with us, ensuring we were up to date and in the loop, and helped act as an intermediary to American Honda. Our thanks to the Honda corporation, Urse Honda, and Jillian - who is a true credit to the service department and to that dealership. We've been loyal Honda customers for decades, and this experience solidifies our confidence and loyalty to the brand and to the people who stand behind them.

We experienced a sudden trip interruption 1/19/23 on our way to Charlotte, 300 miles from home, we were blessed with such a positive experience. Urse Hondas' service team went above and beyond in customer service.A transmission issue forced us to flatbed in at 2:45 pm. Jillian Dalton, DJ, and the service team went beyond our expectations, their dedication, working beyond closing time to ensure we were able to continue our trip.This morning, we are in Charlotte. I am happy to share our experience.Highly recommend this team.Thank you!!

My pilot broke down on the way to KY. Luckily I was able to drive it to the dealer. Right off the exit. When you take it to the dealer, you expect to pay more, but factory trained techs? Well, they diagnosed the car as having carbon build up under manifold plenum, they cleaned it out , and it barely ran, stalling out, and ran horrible when they completed it. So they took out the O2 sensor and it would barely run but it was super loud and stalled out, due to back pressure in the cat. All that cost 1k they said they could tow it to a local muffler shop to address the exhaust issue? I said stop on any further work. I drove back to md. In a rental car and returned in 4 hrs and picked it up on my big trailer, it stalled out 6 times while loading it on trailer , and towed it back to md.another 4 hrs They also gave an extensive list of items that should be done. I had my local mechanic fix the car in Md. He replaced the cat. Converter, and 1 O2 sensor 1k to fix the car. And I gave him the extensive list of items that should be done, as recommended by the dealer . they did a thorough inspection of the items listed, they could not find any of these issues that the dealer said should be done!I . I will say the staff was nice, but I got ripped off. I love honda products, and have for years, but this experience was a joke. I am going to contact Honda motor Corp. And see about a partial refund. Very

Jillian, the agent, was very friendly and thorough. The trim around one of the wheels and the back bumper was loose. I thought I would have to go to a body shop and have it replaced. The service department was able to re-attach it. I was so happy. I find the service excellent at Urse Honda.

They had a number of options within our range and were patient with us while we made our decision. The detailer did a fabulous and thorough job and the mechanics are skilled and knowledgeable. We had an oil change and tire rotation. Very good and thorough service! Provided a quality inspection report as well. Only complaint - they don t answer the phone in the service department, at least the 4 times we called to set up the appointment and check on the car. But, they did call back every time we left a message and were very friendly.
