I have been using U-haul exclusively for my entire life and love the service and services I receive every time, however for the first time I was disappointed. The facility I rented from and the equipment I rented were top notch as always, but the staff, however friendly in the store left me dissatisfied. The day in question had around 3 inches of snow on the ground and temperatures were in the teens, upon paying for and receiving keys to my rental, the staff had finished. I was just handed keys and told have a nice day, I was not told where my rental was located I had to clear 3 inches of snow from the windshield myself and had to re-enter the facility and physically ask the staff to assist me in backing my rental out of the small space it was located in. I do love U-haul and I will continue to use and recommend their services to others, however I am severely disappointed in the customer service I received and will most likely use another U-haul retailer in the future.

Rick and the team did an excellent job, are dedicated and worked to get me hooked up and ready to roll. I arrived the day before to do a fit check, and I highly recommend this as you can quickly determine if you need anything special. They have an excellent store with almost everything you would need, and competitive prices, for a successful move, big or small. Price was very reasonable for the trailer and I recommend getting the insurance, it was inexpensive. Great experience overall.

Very friendly people but always super busy and slammed not enough help it seems. Truck wasn t clean, had to make them come out and do it before I left. Air conditioning only worked part of the time. They advertise $29.95 and $0.99 a mile for a 15 truck, however, my total was $150.00 before I even left the facility they charge you for 100 miles no matter what and then reimburse it and the gas tank when returned (still waiting to see if I get reimbursed) anyway, like I said nice enough, but if you want a nice truck or will need to use it long term go elsewhere. The ones there for the most part are used and not well loved.

I made my U-Haul Truck Share 24/7� reservation online so that I could get it and go, was even told same ON the email confirmation and to make sure I take my cell phone with me to process the pick-up transaction. Get here and now the online dashboard tells me I have to wait for the store to open. Set-back number 1. As I m patiently waiting, and 7am is drawing near, the employee finally drives up at 6:56am, takes his time walking up the ramp (there was no greeting, I had to say Good Morning first, and he mumbled it back), and with all the excitement of someone who hates his job, proclaims it ll be another 5-10 minutes before he opens the store. Set-back number 2.So now it s 7am and the store didn t open on time. As everyone who has moved knows, 10-15 minutes or a half-hour will set things back on whatever agenda you had. Kenneth Schindler is listed as the General Manager. When the employee (who turned out to be the GM) finally did open, he threw the door open as I was standing there, didn t even say anything, and walked off with all the customer service of someone who didn t want to be there. And attitude. He also couldn t figure out why I wasn t allowed to pick this up like the reservation said as a U-Haul Truck Share 24/7� reservation. The system had switched it to an in-person hand-off.When I returned the truck at 1pm the regular employee was much more customer oriented, much friendlier, much better at explaining, and a world of difference in attitude than the GM. Customer service with a smile matters. Even if you hate being there. If you can t see that, and it doesn t matter if you ve been working there for 35 minutes or 35 years, it s time to quit.

Omg, I want to say this place was amazing. I was unable to do the pick up via phone but the guy came straight out and said I will take care of you. He was able to do my payment quickly due to I was having credit card issues. Once I returned the truck there was a little like but there were two gentlemen in there handling customers in a nice, friendly manor. I would definitely recommend them future rentals.

I couldn t be more frustrated with uhaul. The technician was 3 hours late for the appointment, making my boyfriend 3 hours late for work, and I had to take an Uber to an appointment, which cost $30. Then, they put on the wrong hitch! They told me I had to buy and adaptor, which, together with a locking pin, was $60. Then, the hitch adaptor wouldn t fit because there was an imperfection in the metal of the hitch, preventing it from inserting. So now I have to grind it down. To top it all off, my muffler is now rattling all over the place. We were offered no compensation. So unhappy with this service. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. All of these errors cost us over $200.

Exceeded every expectation and then some. What an experience!!! Mobile checkout, fast easy. Uhaul and Logan really have really figured out how to take care of the customer. Well done! Highly recommended and we will be back

Horrible place to rent a UHaul. Tacked on charge after charge and just said its in "all" his contracts. We returned with same amount of gas and he charged $60.00. Original booked for pickup in Fairmont but called next day and said we had to pick up in Clarksburg. John the assistant manager laughed and said lucky we didn't hit you for that destination charge cause it's really a lot. Like he was proud to rip off customers. All in all $622.00 to use a truck from Clarksburg to Manheim Pa and return. We had truck for 14 hrs and we were charged for 2 days. Again, John seemed amused he stuck it to us and chuckled. UHaul corporate needs to review this location before it tarnishes its name further. Sad day for UHaul.

This is the 4th or 5th time now I've reserved a truck and when I got there they've said they've given the last one of the kind I reserved away. Poor to no inventory management. All they care about is money.
